Our septic system backed up on a Saturday afternoon. We began calling plumbing companies only to have people tell us we will call you Monday or they don't service residential septic systems anymore. Alex, not only took our call, he came out, with his wife, on Sunday and pumped and cleaned our system. Of all the companies who have came before him, he was by far the most professional and clean. We had a a copper pipe attached to our wall snap and had to shut off our water. We called for a repair and they came out in about an hour! We were so thankful. They were very professional and did a great job. Being almost 41 weeks pregnant and due at any moment it was a huge relief to be able to have our water back on and the pipe fixed. We will definitely be using them again and will refer them to others that need plumbing repairs. They are also very reasonably priced.

Jason is incredible, I bought a house recently and needed a plumber to move the hot water heater from inside the house to the garage. Old house was built with the heater inside, not cool, one leak or bust and my house is flooded.

Jason showed up on time for the estimate and was thorough in checking things out and giving me all the information, his price was fantastic and blew away 2 other quotes I received that I felt were outrageous.

We arranged a time and again Jason was on time and kept me informed in the process letting me know where we were as he moved towards completion.

After everything was done we had a small hiccup when a fitting cracked and caused a pipe to separate. I called Jason and he came right out in less than an hour and fixed the problem. Everything has been great since no problems at all.

I was referred to this company by a neighbor and it was worth every penny. Sabir was the person that came by for a estimate and did the work, he was very knowledgeable, prompt and professional. He was honest and gave me a reasonable price for the amount of work that had to be done to put a utility sink in my garage. My house had no prior sink there so he had to improvise in order to make it work and he put it exactly where I needed it and I was very satisfied. It is good quality and works very well for me. So I am happy and thankful and I will definitely recommend him to others and have him do work for me in the future if need be.

Very reasonable pricing and keeps great communication on arrival times and necessary parts. He even called manufacturer of my hot water heater and got my parts warrantied and sent out the next day. Highly recommend Eddie.

Service crew really nice and on time. My only concern is they do not give you a price for anything until the work is completed and then WOW! You are just suppose to have that kind of money.  Estimates are much more preferred before doing the work.

I thought I had a gas leak-- turned out I had many. In-ground and impossible to pinpoint and when we started digging the corrosion was terrific-- apparently galvanized pipe, even wrapped doesn't last much more than thirty years in ground. Carroll Plumbing gave me an estimate, but when they started work we found a mysterious 'T' in the ground and had a really tangled puzzle to discover what went where. Had to call in more of their people, had one guy crawl the tiny attic-- a house-owner's nightmare. I thought it would be double the estimate, but no, they stayed within shouting of the original amount. Hard workers, deeply invested in doing a good thorough job, courteous and cheerful even in the heat, and it took a shorter time than my neighbor's similar replacement took and I didn't pay as much though I had a messier more complicated job. I owe them a round of beers.

I called multiple times, I always just got put on hold and had to listen to their adverts. I never got to speak to anyone. This was over a two-day period. If you want customers, you should answer the phone.

If you are English speaking you are golden. If you speak any other languages, they do not want your business nor will help with language barrier.
