I have used Advanced Plumbing twice in the past year. Both times for my elderly parents that don't speak English. The Tech Chris went out of his way to call me to translate and got the job done on time, efficiently and at a great price. Couldn't be happier. If you live in Bakersfield and need a plumber I would highly recommend. Also, I have no affiliation with this company.

Definitely recommend! Wouldn't trust anyone more! Very knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy and more than fair prices. He's been taking good care of us and my parents for a very long time and he's always done a great job! If he says it needs to be done, it needs to be done. Thank you to you and your staff for continuing to provide quality services within a reasonable time, fair pricing and never compromising your integrity while doing so.

Our water heater broke on a sunday during the coronavirus pandemic, and Tony still came out and installed a new water heater. He was quick, efficient, kind, and professional. Absolutely 5 stars!!! We are keeping his card on the fridge to call him for any other repairs! Thanks, Tony!

I had a leaking toilet at my buisiness. The Plumbing Doc took care of the mess quickly, was very reasonably priced, and with courteous service. Other local companies gave me the run around about additional work that would need to be done at a higher price just to unclog a toilet. I would whole-heartedly recommend The Plumbing Doc for fast honest service and efficiency at a very reasonable price!!!

Super impressed with Garrett's company. He responded promptly, came out right away and gave us a free estimate which was lower than many, comparable with all. The work was finished on time and just like promised and within the estimate quited. We have a new plumber as long as we live in bakersfield!

Great service provided. Very low prices compared to other good local plumbing companies. Was punctual on arrival with a courtesy call when in route. Fast and professional service. Wore a mask for safety during this pandemic time. I would recommend them for their services.

This company is great! The owner was able to come help me on my lunch break. I told him how much time I had and he made sure to respect that and not have to stay any longer. He explained things to me clearly. He was respectful and professional. I will make sure to call him again for any of my septic needs.

Needed an emergency plumber due to a leaking toilet in our rental house. Mark came out same day, found and fixed the problem, and also diagnosed and took care of several other plumbing issues while he was at it! Terrific service, friendly, and very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Richard was amazing, kind, courteous, and prompt. Great communication from the start. Our water heater went out and he was able to replace it promptly. He cleaned the area and hauled off our old water heater. He's knowledgeable, thoughtful, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him! It's nice to have someone we can count on for our plumbing needs who is dependable.

We had a 75 gallon water heater changed out after it had leaked very badly , flooding our unfinished basement area.
We callEd Carroll Plumbing and Maintenance on a Friday night and they were able to hook us up with cold water for the night. That after hours plumbing cost $393.75, which was fine.
My complaint is with the installation of the water heater.
Water Heater(Rheem GN 75 Low Nox Heater-R75GN75-125)...........$2250.00

Tax....................................................................................................................$188.88

$3,719.29
$3,719.29 is a lot to pay for a replacement water heater, but that is not my complaint. Things are expensive these days and the charges aside from those mentioned below are at least plausibl.
My complaint is that a laborer, whose main task was to help the two plumbers take the new water heater from the truck to the site and take the old water heater back to the truck was billed for 3.5 hours. This distance from our driveway to the water heater site is about 70-80 ft. and has a door with ample width where the water heater must be lifted over the lower edge.
When I called Carroll Plumbing and Maintenance they stated that it was perfectedly reasonable that it would take him 3.5 hours to help move the water heater and that the laborer had, indeed, spent 3.5 hours helping move the water heater. I do not find this credible.
It also seems excessive to spent 8.25 hours of plumbers time to change out a single water heater.

Absolutely NOT! We called them out via American Home Shield, for lack of water pressure in the master bathroom and kitchen. They said their was a lack of flow from the hot water pipes and they would need to clean them at the quote of a minimum of $750 which may not fix the issue. We went there and were able to figure out that the valves were clogged, something they didnt even look into. We are far from plumbers too. So we had to pay that service call fee for Heros and then another $125 to get a competent plumber out to fix the issue that we were able to self diagnose.
Very bad - stay away!!

Emailed them on a Sunday night to setup an appt. on Monday AM to deal with a rental house plumbing issue. They replied that night and called the Tenant to schedule 1st thing Monday. Monday AM, after they looked at the issue, called me and gave me a price. A few hours later they called and asked a question about a spur line that seemed to have been abandoned. They confirmed it was abandoned and dropped the price a 100.00. I don't think other crews would have done that. By noon the issue was fixed and everyone was happy.
Would recommend the service.
