They are so professional and honest. When I call the office to schedule, they try to get me the same plumber I had the time before. While this isn't really necessary, it's nice to know that the person coming to the service call, is someone who I've dealt with in the past. They know who I am and it's a friendly face. When I call the office staff schedules me for a time that works with my schedule. They have excellent communication, the technician calls and lets me know when they are on their way, and they show up on time. In the past year I have had Gonzalo with Hometown plumbing out twice, once to replace a kitchen faucet and once to fix a leaky toilet. He is so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient.

I can rest easy knowing I have a trusted company I can call on for any plumbing issues, and that's a real peace of mind.

I was looking for a plumber to fix my mom's chimney leak when I came across Prodigy Flow Plumbing. I sent a message through Yelp and Kevin replied with his phone number. I sent him a text and provided him our info. Within the hour he showed up at my mom's to check her leak and ended up fixing it on the spot. Dishwasher drain was plugged.  Completed all the work in an efficient way.  Also complete some minor work on the faucet. I highly recommend.

Michael and William did a great job on our pool and spa!  They drained, chlorine washed, regrouted pool tile, replaced spa tile and fixed pool remote.  Started on Monday and done by Friday.  Very easy to work with and always easy to get a hold of. Our pool is beautiful again!

They were there when they said they would be, the same day I called. Knowledgeable, competent help, had my problem solved promptly, explained the process clearly. The charge was very reasonable. I will certainly call Tommy's the next time I need help with plumbing.

After supposedly completing the job and taking the check they were given we have had continuous problems. As they were called to come out .. Not only was the receptionist extremely rude but then the owner was called and he to was so so rude.

If you are looking for a former U.S. military owned and honest person to work with, I believe I found our man. My mother had a clogged line that needed to be cleaned out by a professional during a holiday weekend.   I called around and my usual guys couldn't come out.  No plumbing in the house of a elderly woman,  things were looking very bad.   I finally searched yelp and found the number to Affordable Rooter Service.  The answer to my problem .  Mike the owner stopped his weekend by the pool and came to my mom's rescue.   The kindest and probably one of the most of honest men you can probably meet this day and age.  Thanks Mike, we are forever grateful to you.

I live in a different city and I didn't want to bombard my mom with other people coming to her house for quotes. I was also looking for someone my mom would feel comfortable with in her house while doing the job. Edgar and his team did an awesome job, and they made my mom feel really comfortable (especially because they are bilingual, and my mom feels more comfortable communicating in Spanish).  My mom felt as if her family was doing the work, and they went the extra mile to help her. They even rolled all the trash cans out one day for trash pick up for my mom NOT to do it - that action speaks volumes of the type of people they are.

The work was done about 2 months ago and the price was very reasonable. We have NOT had any issues and are extremely happy with the work. All the folks that came by for a quote only looked at the house from the outside and didn't bother to look at any pipes at all, but Edgar went beyond anyone else during the inspection to make sure that everything was quoted correctly. He did measurements, climbed up the attic, and even dug a hole to inspect the main line to make sure that he inspected ALL pipes.

Was completely happy from start to finish.  The dispatcher was kind and friendly and seems to care.  The work was done quickly and perfectly.  They were clean and tidy, prompt and answered all of my questions.  The guys were friendly and knowledgeable.  There were no problems at all.

These are not your ordinary plumbers! This family owned business has fabricated all sorts of custom stainless assemblies for my complex bioprocessing systems. Leo & Jerry deliver outstanding work on any kind of project and exceed expectations every time.

We called Todd's Plumbing for a very slow flowing sink. They showed up exactly when they said that they would. The sink was fixed quickly and both Todd and his assistant were extremely nice people. We will definitely call them the next time that we need a plumber.

Helpful, responsive, came the next day from me calling the evening before, and CALM! I as a first time home owner (who is dealing with galvanized plumbing) was panicking at my first plumbing problem but they came and fixed no problem at an affordable price, even offered quotes on future work I'm considering. I'll absolutely be using them in the future.

We have relied on Titan for a couple of years now. They're quick to arrive, priced fairly, and always courteous. The plumbing in our house is old and we can't afford to have it redone yet, so unfortunately we have recurring problems. The most recent visit is what finally brought me to leave a review. Our shower was leaking (which is something they repaired several months ago) so I gave them a call and they had a guy out within the hour. He came, looked it over, and resolved the issue quickly. Unrelated to the shower, our front door was hard to open and close. You had to pull hard to open it and push hard to shut it. So as he was leaving he asked, you mind if I fix this? and he quickly tightened some screws and fixed our front door! All this for FREE.
Overall, they offer great customer service and do great work. I definitely recommend.

We've used Louie's Plumbing in the past and were mostly happy with them.

Today, however, I'm very upset. I made an appointment for Louie to come clear the clog in my kitchen sink. I was told that he would be there some time in the afternoon. I let the office know that I might cancel later, if I could get the sink clear on my own. I was told to let them know, which of course, I would have.

Later I called back to let them know that I had to be out of the house for a few minutes. I was told that they had cancelled me, because they got other calls that were more solid. She never called me to let me know she cancelled my appointment so that I could find someone else. I was waiting there for them and they just weren't going to show up.

I won't be calling them again.

Ricardo gave us a quote on a Saturday and then the  morning (Wednesday) he was supposed to install decided to increase the price by $400.  Instead of having integrity and professionalism, he refused to do the job for the quite he gave.   He stated that he needed to charge $400 for his labor and that he charges $65/hr.  It's funny how much they charge hourly compared to other professions.  I definitely would not depend on him due to lack of dependability, integrity, and professionalism.  On top of that, I spoke to Ferguson's who supply the water heaters and a 40 gl Bradford White water heater (kit included) is $616.68 out the door.  Ricardo indicated the prices had gone up but that was a lie.  So, since the water heater is around $600, he wanted $800 for his 2 hours of work? I'm so glad he lied and raised his prices because I was able to get an even better deal with some honest plumbers.   Be aware when replacing your water heater.  Unfortunately most plumbers want to take advantage of you because you're in quite a predicament.
