I'm more than happy to give Bill a great review! If I could give him a 10, I would. He transformed a small linen closet into a wonderful laundry closet. This included moving a couple of walls and making a new master closet. You would never know the house wasn't originally built this way. Bill also helped transform a tiny half bath with a half sink that was hung on the wall into a usable bathroom. He installed a new vanity, a medicine cabinet and a barn door so there is room to move. He installed a second barn door for the master closet as well. Both look awesome! His attention to details is impeccable. He was easy to work with, always professional and helpful, on time and stayed right to his proposed cost. His work ethic is very hard to find!

When my AC decided not to work, I found Bill on yelp and decided to roll the dice. One of his team came out to my house within an hour, diagnosed it (bad capacitor), and was up and running in no time. He actually found a secondary problem that didn't arise and showed me how to fix it in the future. He even walked me through the process to educate me on the inner workings of an AC. Although I consider myself a handy kind of guy, after watching him work, I know it would have taken me a week to figure out and who knows how many trips to Home Depot and money spent. Save yourself some hassle and give Bill's team a call. All I know its amazing how hot a house can get in the summer without AC on.

I've had Malcolm come to both the century old homes I've owned in the past three years. He's prompt, thorough, and affordable! Plus, he's always got a good story! A++

Knowledgeable phone rep that took the time to listen to the problem and said he couldn't help because he didn't carry what I was looking for but directed me to a competitor that probably could. Another COA will be to come back to them and utilize them to accomplish what I ultimately might need done.

Our tenants reported that our home's basement was flooding with sewage due to a collapsed sewer line. John responded quickly and rearranged his job schedule to complete our repair asap. Throughout the job John provided great communication and reliable service. John's pricing was also very fair. I would absolutely hire John again and refer him to other customers.

Best plumbing service ever!
Cary got in touch with me immediately, and within 36 hours, I had a new toilet at a great price.
Don't even bother looking for anyone else, this guy is who you need.
He's on speed dial now if I ever have any issues.

Too busy to be bothered with installing a new kitchen faucet and converting a portable dishwasher into a more permanent appliance. I suppose you'd need a bigger job to entice their interest.

I am pretty disappointed in Advocate Master Plumber. I needed a new shutoff valve in my home. Jerry came out and replaced it with a shark bite ball valve but charged me $320 parts and labor. Being a single Mom and not knowing about trusting someone to charge you a fair price and not taking advantage, I paid it. It was only after talking to my brother that I found out I was grossly overcharged. National average of installing a shut off valve is between $173 to $208, which sounds reasonable. What I was charged for after 1 hour of work not so much, I would not recommend him to anyone.

I called the day before with a sump pump issue. Adam came out this morning and was kind, knowledgeable and awesome to work with. 10/10 recommend!

Lutz Plumbing visited our house in September after we woke up to a watery garage floor. They fixed the toilet that was the culprit, and then fixed a second toilet that was running (but not the cause of the leak).
Fast forward to today, when lo and behold, we have a new leak in our garage that was caused by the second toilet. Lutz quoted $700 to *replace* the toilet (and quoted a replacement toilet that a quick Google search can see retails for under $200) that was supposed to have been fixed less than 6 months ago. Coincidence?

I've used this company for over a decade and then moved to a condo that has their equipment. I don't know what's gotten into them, but they totally ripped me off when they came out to check the drains and fix a faucet. They charged me $310(including $99 for service visit) to unclog a shower drain. They had to order the faucet(another $200) and said if I didn't pay them to unclog the drain that day, they'd charge $99 just for the est. and another $99 service charge to come back with the faucet, all total $610!! My furnace is theirs & their plumbing guy couldn't tell me where the filter goes, so I called and asked if they could have their furnace guy come out and show me where the filter goes( it's strange - no one knows) and they said that would cost another $99. So this company wants to charge me over $700 to unclog a drain(took 5 minutes), replace one bathtub faucet, & show me where the filter goes in their furnace. I've paid them $310 for 5 minutes work and they haven't called with the new faucet days after they said they would. Oh yeah, they also gave me a quote of over $2000 for a new water heater(40 gallon tank). I've been very sick with end-stage-renal disease and feel like a fool for letting them take advantage of me, but hell if I ever use them again for anything.
