I reached out to Epic after I saw excellent reviews about this company on Yelp. Jesse called me on a Sunday - wow!! - and gave me his thoughts over the phone. Jesse sent Jasen two days later who resolved the two complaints (shower cardridge and loose kitchen faucet) neatly and efficiently. Repairs were tested as well as all the plumbing fixtures checked prior to his departure. Jasen was very nice and did a good job. Would have given 5 stars if Jasen didn't make a negative comment about how the particular job was handled by the last plumber. Even though I agree with him, a professional should not bad mouth a prior job (unless the question about prior work is asked) because you never know who did the work before you. Could have been me :)

This was one of my first experiences with Roto-Rooter and I was pleased of the results. Mom fishing object out of toilet wasn't working and the guy they sent out managed to get it out with some effort. Price was affordable, service man helpful, friendly and cleaned up well afterwards. I will call them again if needed.

I recently had a leaking garbage disposal and didn't know who to call so I logged on to the internet and found Dalton Plumbing who was local to Lee's Summit and had one 5 star rating so I thought I would try it out.  I was more than pleasantly surprised with the results.  First of all I got a call back from Doug within a couple of hours after leaving a message and he was able to fit in stopping by my house the same day.  He quickly assessed the situation, knew exactly what to do, had the parts to do it and replaced my garbage disposal in less than an hour. Not only did Doug replace my garbage disposal quickly and cost effectively, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and even gave me a contact for an electrical problem I was having as well.   Thanks Doug, I appreciate all your help and the garbage disposal works great!

Our A/C went out and we called Mortan Man they were out with in a timely matter! His service was very helpful. Our questions we're answered! End results we are very happy with the work and service we receive! His staff very friendly and helpful!

This company is my favorite for faucets, sinks, and excellent service.

They carry everything imagineable for kitchens and baths.  They carry top of the line brands and mid-level.  I've done a lot of shopping around.  Their pricing is very good and they offer free delivery to Overland Park.  Yes, FREE delivery right to my door, no charge...unheard of with today's gas prices.  (they probably deliver to other areas, too)

The service...the first time I did business with them was over 6 years ago on a kitchen remodel.  I came across this company purely by accident.  I walked in the showroom and was immediately met with a smile and lots of knowledge!  Andrea Love helped me pick out what I needed and delivered it to my house for free.  Here I am 6 years later needing a new kitchen faucet....I call...Andrea is still there.  I am so happy to have her help me.  We did everything by email and phone using the website...the faucet was delivered today...free of charge.  Andrea Love is a shopper's dream sales rep.  She's very knowledgeable, doesn't waste your time, doesn't high pressure sell you, and she's pleasant.  Such a rare find...Pyramid and Andrea!

Great company with great service. I needed a new outside faucet  added to the front of the house. I like to understand what I'm paying for so he explained everything to me simply, but without making me feel like I was ignorant. I went under the house  to check up on things. Very clean and neat. Cleaned up after himself even under the house. Next time I need plumbing done I'm calling this company back.

Mike from Brookside Plumbing was able to quickly and cleanly unclog a supply line to a new toilet of gunk and grout from the previous homeowner's renovation. He then took the time to go over the rest of the plumbing with me in the basement, pointing out positives and negatives that would need to be dealt with in time which was extremely helpful as a first time homeowner. He was professional and upfront with pricing so there were no surprises. I will definitely be calling him again for any plumbing needs. Thanks Mike!

I had two drains and the mail line clogged. They showed up when they said they would and got all three unclogged in a quick manner. Tech was very polite and explained everything to me in great detail. Would highly recommend.

Since I am a business owner, I try to be very kind and thoughtful with all reviews, because we have been on both sides of reviews, but with every instance....we have always taken care of the customers and we have a five star rating online. Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience with Bob Hamilton's heating and plumbing in Overland Park, Kansas. Their plumbers were at our neighboring business on April 30th of 2017. Our business neighbors were having plumbing issues and called them out. In the process of trying to unclog the neighbors toilet by using a snake or rooter, they went through the pipeline on our side and busted the back of our toilet in half and caused major flooding in our office and restroom. Instead of offering to fix it on the spot, the young plumber just said sorry, this buildings plumbing is out of date and then packed up his bags and left our neighbors business. I was in shock and very upset and immediately called Bob Hamilton to see if they could send a plumber back to our business to fix the issue they caused (which they didn't). After speaking with numerous individuals on the phone and getting the run-around, I finally went down there in person to ask if we could get someone to come up and fix our toilet and stop the leaking water. Their response was to have a manager call me to address the situation, which again never happened. Finally, after several days of leaky water and damage, I got someone on the phone and was told that a plumber was finishing a job and would be out to my business by 6 pm (we close at 4:30) which again blew my mind because with flooding going on at our establishment, it was causing damage,  and we were without a toilet. So, I waited until 10 pm and no one ever came!!! The next day, desperate to solve the issue, I called a plumber that my landlord recommended and he immediately came out, but was unable to shut the water off, since it is a large multi-unit building. His response, get their asses out here asap, they are responsible for this mess and he couldn't believe that Bob Hamilton was taking so long to get a plumber out to fix the issue they caused. -So again, we were back at square one trying to get Bob Hamilton to own up to their mistake and come out and fix the problem. Finally, after purchasing a new toilet ourselves (out of our business account), we were able to get Bob Hamilton to send somebody at the end of the day on May 4 to fix the issue. The plumbers were nice and you can tell they felt bad for the damage that the previous plumbers caused a week earlier, they were also shocked that no one had gotten to our establishment sooner to fix issue. They were at our shop for about two hours and fixed the problem, but to this day we are still without hot water. Now, Bob Hamilton's heating and cooling has the nerve to send us a bill for $900 for work and damage they caused. So, I'm going to reverse it on them and send them an invoice for the toilet we purchased, new tile for our restroom, and my time for staying multiple nights waiting on their plumbers... when no one would show up. I would strongly suggest that you don't use Bob Hamilton's heating and cooling for any of your service needs! I know dozens of plumbers and local handyman that can do a better job than them and would be happy to forward any contact information for any individual. We plan on filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau as well because the entire situation slowed our business down for a week. For any of your service needs....you better NOT call Bob!

I was very impressed with Dick Ray Master Plumber Heating & Cooling.  First, I spoke with Lisa who helped me set up my appointment.  Since the referral/fix of my A/C was through a home warranty company, Lisa was great about getting me set up with their first available appointment which was the next day.  After setting up the appointment, she even called me back to see if possibly she could help me fix the issue over the phone (unfortunately my issue was a part that needed to be replaced).  The next day Cody came out and repaired my unit.  He arrived on time, completed the work in a timely manner and patiently answered all my questions.  I was very happy with both the customer service and actual service/repairs I received.  I would highly recommend the company I will contact them in the future if I have any plumbing or HVAC issues.

I chose one star because there is no zero star.  They repaired a water leak for us and did not turn off water when they did the work.  Water sprayed onto Air condition system and destroyed computer board which cost $300 to replace.Two days later, the pipe they repaired leaked again badly.  I called them and was told they will locate the plumber who did the work and would send him back but we never heard from them.  I called them a dozen times that day and they never answered my call and never returned my call after I left them a couple of messages.  They used a wrong fitting and it came off two days later.  The water sprayed out on the AC again and damaged the new computer board installed again.  We had to call another plumber to fix it since they never answer or return my call.  A Simple water leak costed us over $800!!
