Best Ductless A/C Services in Austin TX

Our AC at my salon was not cooling. I have used Stan's for years at my home and business. Sadly I found out this time that they are under new ownership and they do not honor their old policy as far as how they treat customers. The tech was there for less than an hour, added some freon without finding out if the system is leaking or not and charged me 575.00 dollars and when I asked is it going to leak again? he said I don't know! I called the next day to complain and they said the manager will call me. I never heard fro them. Stan's is not the same business who used to value customers and offered good service at fair price. They are sloppy and greedy. Be aware.

I have used this company twice in the last month.  Once for a routine maintenance and again when my air went out.  Luckily it turned out to be a minor issue, but I really appreciate how quickly I was able to get an appointment and the issue resolved.  Chris was awesome and came as scheduled.  Very professional and I would recommended and use this company again.

Daniel's Plumbing left me in a bad situation today. I had a scheduled appointment and received an email confirmation, but no one showed up. I tried calling, but wasn't able to get any information on if/when a plumber was showing up to my house.

In a word, upsell.

The service technician came out for a routine A/C cleaning, and proceeded to try and sell me additional components and refrigerant that were completely unnecessary.  They then procceded to find a completely non-existent leak.  The method of testing to discover this phantom leak was completely inaccurate.  (as attested by Temprite, who I do recommend)

I cancelled my service agreement, and ate the loss on the heater service.  Didn't need another pointless sales pitch.

We are a non profit here in Zilker Park and we had ABC out to clean our 3 story windows.  Victor and his crew did an AMAZING and thorough job.  Highly recommend!!!

These people are wonderful! The day after my mom's husband passed away she had a plumbing issue. They were out here on a weekend, did an amazing job, and were so friendly and efficient.  These are the people to call when you need good quality work done!!

I have been a customer of TACPS for 8 years. They started doing small repairs for me and then replaced one of my heat pumps two years ago. When I came home last week to a leaking ceiling naturally I called TACPS. I had been traveling for work and by the time I got home it was late. I was on the phone with Martin until 11:00 pm on a Friday night working through my options. I ended up deciding to replace the unit and scheduled to have the work done on Tuesday although Martin said he could have had it done sooner I picked Tuesday.

They arrived in the morning and after a long day the unit was installed and working by 7:00 pm.

I was especially impressed with how professional the installers were. Ismael and Aurelio took great care to make sure I understood all the work and left everything cleaner and more organized than how they found it.

Having to buy a new heat pump is stressful because of the cost. You cannot help but wonder if you are being taken advantage of. I have worked with many different companies, gotten bids etc. I truly trust TXACPS.

Salt has great customer service, but please find professionals that are not trying to milk every red cent out of you. They will call before coming to your home to ask if you'd like anything from the store, which was actually pretty impressive, however they will tell you that you need to do a million things to your house that's completely unnecessary. They'll give you best / better / good / bare minimum estimates for things, but the things they push for are things like whole home UV filtration as if we live in a hospital. They also charge several hundred $ to replace each and every outlet in our house and we did it ourselves for less than $5 each.

They also push you into a subscription plan that includes an AC tune up and signing up for this will eliminate their original dispatch fee. I thought the tune up would have been a good idea since we're new homeowners. They came out and it was just another selling opportunity for them to give me estimates in the several thousand dollar range when our AC works just fine. It's only a few years old. At worst it needs a little more Freon.

Their pricing model is outrageous, their subscription plan is just a foot in the door to try and sell you services you don't need, it's all just gimmicky.

Go with a local mom and pop electrician that's honest and not trying to sell you on things that are unnecessary.

I used Radiant last year, and was happy with the work and charge. I had my sink drain leaking on Sunday, so couldn't run the full dishwasher nor wash dishes by hand. Called them Monday, was told Wednesday was soonest they could come. OK, fine. I book out today to be available. 9am, they call with We will be there early afternoon we will call 20 minutes before. OK. I bust my butt getting every errand I have to do by lunchtime. 1pm as am rushing back to the house when they call to tell me they had emergencies and so weren't coming today and can come tomorrow.  I'm all booked up for tomorrow because they said they are coming TODAY. I ask the service manager to call me.  All she does is give me a patronizing I'm sorry it's an inconvenience, but we can't plan for emergencies.... I said, emergencies are YOUR problem, why are you making it MY problem? I have six days of dirty dishes I can't wash now.  Same patronizing insincere apologies. Was promised somebody will be here first thing in the morning. We will see. There should have been at least some credit given to me for any charges for this unprofessional behavior. Nada. We will see if they show up tomorrow.  This is very unprofessional. Period. Why bother to schedule appointments if you can't bother to show up as scheduled? If I could get someone out faster at the last minute I would have.
UPDATE: Yes they did show up first thing this morning. Zach P. the tech was friendly, prompt, efficient and cleaned up. A fair price, job done.

I've used these guys 3 or 4 times over the last 6 years or so for plumbing issues. I've had a different plumber each time, and each time they were courteous and knowledgeable. While plumbers aren't cheap, I felt their costs were reasonable, and in light of the fact they fixed my problems with no issues, their costs were a very good deal. I felt comfortable with each of the plumbers and felt like I could trust what they were telling me. Dan was my most recent technician and he seemed like a pretty good dude. I'll call them again with no hesitation for my next plumbing issue.

Screwed yet again by Dayton Services...

My thermostat went out today, which was installed in 2016 at the same time (Dayton Services) installed the complete HVAC system. Unfortunately, they never registered the install date for the thermostat, and because it's a 2014 part and wasn't register at time of installation, it is no longer covered under the 5 year warranty.

Buyer beware. There are tons of HVAC companies out there. Do your research.

My husband and I have been loyal customers of Jon Wayne A/C company. We never had any problems with there service till yesterday..we were told that a technician would be coming to our house regarding our water hester and A/C. Because my call came after 5:00 I was skeptical that someone would show up, well they didnt..Not only did they not show up but the technician claimed he called..no call was received..Im very disappointed by their lack of concern for loyal customers.

Do not use them. I have a brand new system from them and have had numerous visits to fix within the first two years. I always tell  them what is wrong and they give me an excuse, and then after the 2nd or 3rd visit about the problem, they figure it out. All while the cost of visits are being charged to you. I make an appointment and they don't show up. Forget these guys.
