Best Air Duct Cleaning in Austin TX

Having a non-functioning AC unit during mid June in Texas is as close to a literal hell as it gets. However, having prompt service and great communication is a plus. Big shout out to Landon Allgood who was able to diagnose the issue over the phone with me and provide potential temporary solutions while I had to wait for a technician after hours to help. Also a thank you to Ivan for arriving at night so I didn't have to miss work and taking care of the repair within 20 feet of my sleeping toddler without waking him. Great service, huge relief- thanks to everyone involved!

Long over due review from last early fall - in Texas it's hot til past sometime in October. Was referred to this AC service via my real estate agent. My AC was leaking water onto the floor and I had my suspicions. Called Honest AC service and tech came over. From the get go Randy was very professional and obviously knew what he was doing. Turns out my escape leak valves were stuffed up. He cleared them right out. We chatted and gave some very useful tips about my compressor and overall AC unit. Even gave me a year long service plan which I can't remember the price but it literally wasn't expensive. Even placed a cushion over the pipes that get condensed with water to trap it. I was very pleased with Randy's professionalism and courteousness. I will definitely ask for him next time I have an AC issue.

They gave me a times slot of 1pm the night before. Then when I called 1 hour before my appointment, they gave me a time frame of 6 hours. Don't give me the expectation of a time and then give me a 6hour window, like i am just going to stay at home and wait while I have to go to work. Terrible customer service. Dropped the ball and i will never use this company again.

This is a really professional home service firm.  They excel at helping with Texas critters that enjoy visiting my horse on the lake.  The ABC team is first class.  The customer rep Michael Kiefer gives great advice about these Texas critters and is very knowledgeable about the proper remedies to resolve these types of issues.  I recommend this firm

I picked lantz's because we were having a grinder pump issue and the specialize in grinder pumps.

The grinder pump failure caused sewage to backup, but when the grinder pump was cleared, one section of plumbing didnt clear. The lantz's plumber cleared it and it was all good.

After a lot of flushes the next bathroom down the plumbing line turned out to now be clogged. I had lantz's come back. This time they used a camera and discovered the clog had moved down the plumbing stack but wasnt a full clog. Water was backing up over time, but could still run through the system.

They cleared the clog and didnt charge for the second visit.

Been doing business with Texas ac and plumbing specialist for 5 years now.  I decided to get my old ac system changed out with a new Lennox variable speed hvac system.  It's a night and day difference.  I also had them change out my water heater to a tankless water heater.  These guys got everything done in one day and had financing for me at 0 percent for 60 months.  It was very affordable going with the finance company they use.   I did get other bids.  They were not the lowest but also not the most  expensive.  I went with them because they gave me numerous options.  At the same time told me what they would do if it were there house.  Most people try and sell you the most expensive option.  These guys told me not to buy the most efficient system if I did not plan on being in the house for another 5 to 7 years.  These guys are honest and will not sell you anything you don't need and will not benefit you.  James was the manager that sold us the ac system and tankless water heater.  He was there at the beginning of the installation and the end.  We even had a follow up visit from an ac tech and plumbing tech the next week to make sure everything was done up to par.

It was time for my annual HVAC maintenance inspection. Jeremy & Alex were so polite! They stopped for gas & gave me a quick courtesy call with an ETA & asking if I would like anything from the store!!! That put a smile on my face! They were very polite & professional in my home. Explained everything they were doing as they went along.... In a way that I could understand. Very thorough. I look forward to having them back to do the work that is necessary for my AC to work at its best! I highly recommend Salt!

Well no one wants to have plumbing and AC problems especially in the heat of the summer...but if you do Radiant does a good job! Christopher Duggan is another one of their great service specialist...ask for him directly and you'll get  fantastic, fair and friendly service!!!! Dianne Arnett Becker

Huge shoutout to 1st Home and Commercial Services. We called them on a Friday afternoon to finish a job that another plumber was unable to complete (and messed up). They dispatched a crew within an hour and they fixed the issue. They were very professional, no up sales, finished quickly and Casey and Casey were awesome. We will definitely use them in the future.

I called them for a broken AC after hearing their we do things the right way commercials on the radio. They set an appt the next day from 3-5pm. I planned my day accordingly. I received a call the next day at 3:30 informing me they would be here closer to 5pm. By 6pm, no Goettl repairman. I called to find out where they were. I was told this is their busiest time of the year.  (The first week in April?) I guess their (potential) customers are not busy-we have nothing to do but clear our schedules and wait around all day for technicians who fail to show up. I called another, well-known AC company.

I was contacted by the owner who addressed the issues I had. He cares about his company and wanted to hear customer concerns. Appreciate the follow up.

Don't use them, they aren't honest. The are instructed to use certain nefarious tactics. First they will try to act chummy chummy to gain your trust. Then they will inspect your AC which involves damaging it in some way. Then they will gaslight you into hiring them. Beware!!
