Best Air Duct Cleaning in Austin TX
Stan's saw my previous review and made a better effort to solve our AC issue. It took another two visits but they did diagnose the issue and didn't charge us for the second part needed. So in the end everything worked out, and I'm glad they saw my review and did everything they could to satisfy us as customers.

Randy over at Honest Air is incredible. He came over to fix an issue with the furnace not heating, found the issue and fixed it incredibly fast. VERY reasonable prices for the quality of service. They also have a very affordable yearly maintenance plan where they come out before each summer and winter and do a systems check -- also if there are service call charges... you don't need to change it. Highly recommended!

They were able to fix an issue at our rental house that two other plumbers could not and the price was more than reasonable considering the other two plumbers said we need to crack and dig a hole in the concrete to fix.

We recently had our AC system replaced by ABC and they did a great job. Our furnace gave out when it was 24* and they had someone out the next morning to help us. The entire process was seamless and we are very pleased with our new unit! Lamont, Louis and Chris installed our new Lennox system and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and looked pristine. We were even able to relocate the it to the side of the house from the back patio, which was a major win. The new unit is 100% quieter than our 17 year old system, and much more energy efficient too. We would recommend ABC to anyone looking for a quality new system with great customer service!

I called for my septic sewer line and lantz's lakeside plumbing did a wonderful job. They found the issue in a matter of minutes and were priced right. Chris was very responsive and I appreciated his honesty and integrity. I will be using this company for many years to come when in need.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with this company. The guys that installed our new system were extremely professional and very nice but we just needed service on the new unit because we were negligent about dropping vinegar in to prevent that gross sludge buildup that can only happen in Texas, in the summer. The service guy that came out was Greg and he was tremendous!! Professional and personality plus!! Showed us what and where we needed to do and be to prevent this from happening again. (originally they told us but we obviously ignored their warning!) He also showed us what we needed to do to maintain the equipment outside...with the giant fan...to prevent ants from messing up the coils and a number of other things. TACS has our business!! And we called and they were at our door within like 30-45 minutes!!

Overpriced, overpriced and overpriced! Called for a simple light repair under my cabinets and they wanted 500 just to diagnostic this problem and then 600 for a new light. I looked up the light and it's 150-200 and I called another place that will install for 200. They also Quoted for 14 led light bulbs for $2000. Never will use them

We called radiant when our AC stopped working. our technician was Derek Sbiroli and he identified that our drain line was not draining.
We paid $300 for a drain line flush, but the problem returned 3 days later. When we called Radiant we had to wait more than a day for another technician to come out which was unfortunate because we had company.
Derek came back and I showed him that the drip pan was still wet and appeared blocked. He insisted the flush worked correctly and instead of fixing, jiggled the exit terminal to relieve some of the blockage and left.
We left for vacation soon after and when we returned the system was in disrepair. Radiant came out a 3rd time with another tech who refused to provide another flush without paying in full and recommended installing a $700 pump. He seemed aggressive and annoyed so we finally got another company who flushed the drain line *correctly* and we haven't had issues weeks later.
When I called and requested a refund for the inadequate service, my complaints weren't responded to on multiple attempts.

David from 1st Plumbing Services came out to our house in Cibolo. We knew what needed to be done and had already turned away another plumber after they arrived 5 hours late and wanted to charge almost $100 more than 1st Plumbing to snake and unclog our bathroom sink drain. David was friendly and professional AND went above and beyond what was needed without charging extra. He even gave us some great maintenance tips on how to prevent this kind of clog from happening again.

I found Dayton on Angie's List and they were very highly rated. I called Coy @ Dayton back in the summer of 2011. We were having issues with our A/C not really cooling the house. We had just purchased a newly remodeled home in Allandale and we could tell (once we moved in) that the previous owners skimped on many things. One of these things was the duct work in the home. Coy checked out the unit and had one of his guys thoroughly check everything and to top off the coolant. He recommended that we revaluate the duct system once it was a little cooler.
I called last week to schedule an appointment with him and he fit me in the next day. He went over several options with me. I asked him which one he would choose for his own home and he recommended the zoning option, which by the way was the least expensive of the two.
They are scheduled to come out next Thursday (2/9/12) and I will update my review with my evaluation of their work.

Couldn't be more disappointed in their product and do NOT recommend. 6 days ago I paid them over 26K for a complete overhaul of my AC system. The workers were great and very courteous, however, here we are 6 days out and the system is not working. All day our upstairs has been 76° (feels warmer, honestly). I set it to 72°, no change. I set it to 68°, no change. I went outside to check the unit and it is not running at all. I'll be calling them in the morning to voice my anger and displeasure. I told them that my number 1 priority is having something that works and that I don't have to worry about, they guaranteed me 20 years and can't even give me a week. Go somewhere else and save the trouble.

Don't count on this company in case of an emergency. They will only cancel your booked appointment for people that get their service plan. I booked them to come out due to a heating outage as a result of the recent 17 degree weather. They said they would be able to come out first thing the next morning. I get a call the next morning saying that they would have to push the appointment to the following Tuesday. They gave an excuse that their call volume has increased. This makes no sense because an increase in call volume today has nothing to do with an appointment that I booked yesterday. The only logical explanation is that if you don't purchase their service plan, you are just pushed aside for people that do, despite having an appointment. I won't be purchasing any service plans with Elmers or using their services again.
