Best Air Duct Cleaning in Austin TX

Very happy with this company, since our old originally installed A/C finally decided to go out for good in August, the hottest part of the year. Stan's was able to come out and replace it with an upgraded new system the very next day. The fast response was timely and truly awesome, otherwise our house full of sheetrock walls is almost uninhabitable without proper air conditioning. All the staff were courteous and well trained, and seem to know the business well. Would highly recommend!

Wow! Amazing company. Water heater was leaking and needed replacement. A.J. at Honest AC looked for every way possible to save us money, minimize the disruption for our household, and provide a top notch quality service in terms of quick installation and replacement and maintenance and use advice, guidance, information, and education.  All in all, kudos.  Gratefully.

When we tried to install a bidet attachment to one of our toilets, we quickly realized that the toilet shutoff valve was completely corroded and non-functional. Daniel was able to make it out same-day and not only replaced the valve quickly and non-disruptively (my cat didn't run away and hide--a high compliment), but he also saw the bidet attachment set to the side and went ahead and installed it for us. Then, because the bidet attachment came with some hose that he was going to replace with the shutoff valve, he took $10 OFF the original estimate, basically for doing extra work for us! We'll definitely be using him for any plumbing needs that come up in the future.

I had them install a bathroom vent and it never seemed to work very well.  Upon inspection I found that the trap vent door that was supposed to open with the airflow, was blocked by the exhaust hose.  It was installed in such a way the door would not open rendering the fan unless.  

I also received a quote to have an existing exterior wire rerun with proper conduit and the quote was $990!   Klock's Electric quoted it at $240 and finished the job in less than an hour.

Great service. Reliable. Nice personnel. No bull. Knowledgeable. Highly likely to hire them again. May even sign up for their HVAC maintenance program. I really like it when local businesses are great businesses.

The problem: AC stopped blowing cold air in the middle of the Austin summer. System is about 25 years old.

The GOOD: They came out quickly, Domingo was nice, it was a free service call.

The BAD: Domingo said the only fix was to replace the whole system to the tune of $5,000+. Bad leak inside the coil that couldn't be replaced b/c of it's age or something. Luckily, I went to the trouble of getting a second opinion (Del's). They came right out, and low and behold the only problem was a failed capacitor (apparently a very common problem in the middle of the summer), switched it out and $175 later we're back in business. The second guy said they didn't see anything having to do with a leak.

I don't really know what to make of the misdiagnosis.  It's either really sloppy or really dishonest to give me such a wrong diagnosis, especially considering the difference in price tag. As mentioned, the system is pretty ancient and I won't be surprised when the thing does finally really kick the bucket and I have to sink some cash in, but apparently the old dog may have a few years in her yet.

They examine your entire electric system and then make all these recommendations for work to remedy perceived safety issues.  Borderline  scam. They want to scare you into upgrading your systems vs performing the work requested.  On the actual work you wanted in the first place, their prices are far higher than other companies.

Huge huge scam of a company!  Came over to our house today and tried to up sell us on a ton of different items and fixes that weren't needed or requested.  When we told them we just wanted our toilet fixed the plumber got pissed and started quoting off a ton of different items, and then said $500 for the toilet fix which was bonkers!!

When we said we'd pass he was very rude, and then charged us $39 because we wouldn't go for his horrible quote.

On top of all of this we told them all of our available times, and our one time where we were busy...so of course they showed up when we told them we'd be busy on a call.

Whatever you do look elsewhere, these people need to be reported.

Huge shoutout to 1st Home and Commercial Services. We called them on a Friday afternoon to finish a job that another plumber was unable to complete (and messed up). They dispatched a crew within an hour and they fixed the issue. They were very professional, no up sales, finished quickly and Casey and Casey were awesome. We will definitely use them in the future.

Dayton Services finished my AC installation within 3.5 hrs. This new DAIKIN AC is excellent! I was very pleased with the crew who did the install which consisted of Steve,Calvin and Felix! They gave me Greensky to get the financing and it just works so quietly and cool! I cannot say enough about how good the work and friendly people I've worked with were. They also send Virgil to check their companies work. Follow up is more than great! Thanks Coy Dayton!

This company must have mostly first time customers.  Can't imagine them having any repeat customers.  On two separate occasions, I scheduled a service call with them.  Both times they called on the morning of the appointment to cancel.  They didn't even offer to reschedule a third time.  They obviously didn't want my business.  All talk (as reflected in their tv ads), no do.

DON'T USE THEIR WEBSITE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT! They won't honor it. I went to their website and used the very prominent chat client that pops up and overwhelms the screen. The woman identified herself and took all my relevant information, then confirmed me appointment and sent a confirmation text. (My central air went out during a 100+ per day heat wave.) On the morning they were to arrive, they called me and told me they weren't honoring web appointments and that I was going to the back of the line. Scheduler was indifferent, even after admitting it was their screw up. The appointment was made during the week, and had a couple days wait. They pushed me back five more days. It was 105 today, 4 days after my scheduled appointment. My email to the business manager was ignored. On time Elmer--what a joke.
