We had bathroom problems for about 2 days. 4:00 Saturday afternoon we discovered the problem was with the septic tank. When I called I was told all the drivers had been sent home for the day but without hesitation she offered to call one of her drivers & send him out. What a life saver. Bad attitude. Coming to check my shower faucet and said he would charge $400 to fix it, then let me to call the other plumber because he was too busy. Maybe he felt he was too rude and after he left he gave me the message saying that he could do the job with $75/ hour but I don't want him come back again.

The gentleman who came out was very informative and professional. Told me about my options and the cost for all. Even though I as  a homeowner decided not to use them at this time; they provided prompt professional service and I WOULD recommend them as plumbing professionals!

They did an excellent job figuring out our plumbing issue. There were leaks in our irrigation, he gave us a couple options and he figured out the cost of repairs to the system for a very reasonable price. He did all this in a short amount of time and was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely use them for any plumbing needs!

I have two bathrooms in my home and both shower stems were leaking I called made an appointment and was called The Day of the appointment by Bryan who was here very fast after he called, he is very courteous and professional fix my problem and the rate was very reasonable I highly recommend these people. They are also used by my son and his neighbor in Orange Park.

My husband and I had an urgent plumbing issue. We contacted Josh and he was out at our house the next day. In less than 2 hours he not only found the problem, but fixed it as well. Him and his employee were friendly and very knowledgeable. They left our bathrooms very clean. Their prices are very reasonable. We will not hesitate to call All Around Plumbing again! We have had clogging issues through the 35 years we have been at our house. What we need is a plumber that can get on roof for clean out as it us and older home. Now insurance considers that a liability we had to pay extra but that was clear before they came out.
First they were on time. Appointment was at 9 they were here at 8:50am. Very polite and experienced in knowledge. Darren was lead and he had an apprentice with him.
They did a great job. They were receptive and as we are older they knew the last place was the roof. Nd there was no way of getting out of it. It was worth every penny. Ty for the great professional customer service from the administrator to the workers. We were blessed today. Plumbing is expensive but it's better to know it was completed correctly.

2 gentlemen arrived today to fix our electrical issue. They were professional, kind, patient, and honest. Our outlet wasn't working and needed replaced, they did it right away and quickly. The pricing was reasonable and fair. Overall a great first-time interaction and now we have someone to call for all of our electrical needs! Thanks Y'all :)

I called action plumbing yesterday because I had an outside water leak. I was expecting Mark to schedule a date a time next week but he sprung into ACTION and drove from Orlando to Daytona Beach to do the job. I was concerned about cutting a hole into my stucco but he reassured me he can do it all. And he took great care to replace the cracked and worn spigot with a better model. He patched up the stucco better than my last plumber's job on another spigot.

He also evenly spaced out and drilled the holes I needed to hang up my outdoor lighting...loving it!  Thanks to Mark and his cute family. Many blessings!

Arrived 15 minutes after the 2-hour scheduled window. I wasn't too upset by this because i understand a job can go over what's scheduled. The guys were polite and seemed competent in unclogging my drain line. Big surprise when they padded the bill for an extra 30-minutes (+$62). Claimed service call includes 15 minutes driving. So really your first hour at $124 is reall only 45 minutes. This was never explained when i called for pricing. One star because they finished within the 45 minutes and still charged for an hour and a half. I made them call the office as I disputed the bill. Manager confirmed GPS arrival at 1:11pm (was 1:15 by my watch), they were finished, packed and presented my bill at 2:03pm and still charged $188 (1.5 hours). Scammers

Frank was amazing! These guys came out to my house due to a drainage problem, came out within 30 minutes, figured out it wasn't a real problem and waived the fee. These guys are trustworthy and honest and awesome. I would trust them entirely to do a good job with any of my plumbing needs.

We have two emergency needs for a plumber of course after hours or weekends -same thing and Bert Normans came thru each time. Thanksgiving day we had another emergency in our pump house and needed a fix and they came right out. It was not going to matter price wise if we had waited until a Friday because that is also considered a holiday in the plumbing world. Let's face it if we could do it we would but plumbers know exactly what to fix and can do it with such speed and accuracy that I think they are worth their fees.
I also used Bert for installing my automatic chicken waterers in my coop and they did a fantastic job. The office does call and followup after your visit to make sure the job was done to your satisfaction and that your pleased. The ladies in the office are awesome and a shout out to Jimmy for always giving great plumbing tips. They also have a monthly plan where you can jump the line of calls / your priority/ if you take the plan and get a yearly discounted plumbing inspection and hot water drainage.

They come out 24/7 for $295 no matter what they do or how long it takes.  Snaked my sink and 30 minutes later it's working again. Yes it's pricey but I paid for convenience, they came after I got off work!  

Honestly, if the cost had been under $200 I would give them a 5 star rating.

Called Bill Fenwick when my Rinnai tankless hot water heater started leaking. I had already called Rinnai and was told by their customer service rep that the leak was probably caused by a failed heat exchanger.  The plumber inspected the unit and agreed that it was the heat exchanger, but he didn't have a replacement so one would have to be ordered. He charged me $149 for the call to verify something I had already been told by Rinnai in a 5-minute phone conversation. A few days later he returned and installed a new heat exchanger and charged another $352 for labor to install it for a total of $501 in labor. No credit was allowed for the $149 for the first call. The very next week the unit stopped producing hot water, so I called Bill Fenwick again. Another plumber came and deduced that the gas valve had failed, probably due to the leak from the heat exchanger the week before. Again, he didn't have the needed part so it would have to be ordered. He returned a few days later and installed the part for another $160 in labor, plus he added another $64 for the diagnostic call to identify the problem from a few days before. Keep in mind, this was mere days after the $501 charge for the heat exchanger replacement. Despite claiming to be an authorized service provider for Rinnai, they apparently don't stock any Rinnai parts. So all repairs require two trips, and therefore two labor charges. Nice racket. Since I personally was not available when the gas valve was replaced I could not question the charges at the time.  But with $725 in labor invested in these two repairs I decided to call Bill Fenwick to clarify their billing policies. To wit, if another problem occurred in a few days would I again be charged labor for another two calls, or would some allowance be made for the $725 already paid? I spoke to a very nice customer service woman who asked for a detailed accounting of my question so she could insure that she had the proper person return my call. Someone was to call me shortly. That was over a week ago and I'm still waiting. Maybe Bill Fenwick does not want to discuss their billing policies. Not having hot water is a very unpleasant experience. I can't help but feel that that situation was exploited by Bill Fenwick Plumbing.

We were in a difficult situation.  Drain pipes suspended under our house had collapsed.  We could use any water.  Had to go to hotel.  After another company failed to come help us we called Dave Turner.  They scheduled for the next morning- no problem they said!  They told us they'd be here first thing in the morning and they SHOWED UP ON TIME.  They took care of the issue quickly and the price was great.  Thank you to Robert and Sam and to the very friendly lady who answers the phone and helped us get this scheduled!  DAVE TURNER PLUMBING will be who we call from now on.

We finally found an honest and reliable plumber who will do the job right and for a fair price! We recently had our house completely re-plumbed and we called Touchton Plumbing. Steve came out right away and evaluated the project. He was upfront and honest and very knowledgeable! His crew came out and did excellent work. Aaron and Matt and the others came on time, worked the entire time, and did exactly what needed to be done! They were courteous and made sure we were informed every step of the way. They completed the job in record time and we could not be happier. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Touchton Plumbing to anyone who has plumbing needs!

I own a child care center and called them for a stopped up toilet. They came out, took the toilet off and said they needed a machine and would be back that same day after 3:30 (we close at 6:30).  A little after 6pm, we called them and told them we would give them the code for the front door if they were coming later. No one came and no phone call. 8am we called the next day. The lady taking the call claimed to be the owner and was extremely rude.  She didn't try to rectify the situation. Blamed us for kids being in the room next to the toilet.  Didn't take responsibility for zero cominication and for leaving us  with a toilet sitting on the floor. Disgusting way to do business. Unprofessional and rude. How do you treat others like this?
