We had our septic tank pumped about a month ago and ever since the ground looks like it's been falling into a hole that wasn't filled or the lids not on right, so we called them back and let them know what was going on and luckily we had the owner come out and fix it for us. He poured concrete over the lid I guess to fix it instead of getting a new lid, AND he decided to use our shovel, because he wasn't prepared. And instead of bringing some fill dirt like he said he would the previous day he decided to dig a hole somewhere else to get dirt and put a pool floating on top of it!! I sat back in awe watching this guy on our security system. THEN had the audacity to tell my husband that we normally charge people when they ask us to come back out like no your employee messed up my yard, you're going to fix it!

Jerry was awesome! He fixed the clog in my sink and was very thorough and patient. He arrived on time and communicated time of arrival. Price was fair and work exceptional! I'm highly satisfied with his work!!!!

I used Home Advisor to request emergency type service for a mysterious tub leak that was affecting my downstairs neighbors apartment.
I must admit I was a tad hesitant and skeptical due to previous experience with a handyman via Home Advisor.
Scott was one of 3 that reached out within 5-10 minutes of my request.  
Once I spoke to him, I had a very good feeling about the level of experience and quality I could expect from him.
He had an opening for the very next morning at 8:30am and I happily accepted after confirming a few questions.
I wanted to be transparent with him so I wouldn't feel I  was wasting his time or mine.
He was very forthcoming on the range for pricing I could anticipate which I appreciated very much.  
Scott arrived the next morning within 10-15 minutes of our appointment (totally understandable given Jacksonville traffic and time of day).
He assessed the problem, quickly identified the leak, went to his shop to retrieve a needed part and promptly returned.  All in all, leak was fixed very quickly and he explained cause for leak.  There have been no issues and the visit was 5 days ago now.
I will definitely be calling Peyton Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!  Very fair pricing, quality of work, prompt follow-up and on time for appointment.
Not to mention, very friendly and customer service focused!  Thank you Scott for saving the day and making my day a lot less stressful!!!

Great work. They roughed in the plumbing for my master bath in my old home. The house threw them a few issues, but they overcame the doubled up floor joists that were in their way, and even fixed some ugly water lines that were done prior to them coming there. They showed up when they said they would, and got the job done in one day that would have taken me a week to do.

Herzer's plumbing responded within an hour to my online request for quote and service, and was able to schedule my non emergency appointment within a couple days. My husband and I had an urgent plumbing issue. We contacted Josh and he was out at our house the next day. In less than 2 hours he not only found the problem, but fixed it as well. Him and his employee were friendly and very knowledgeable. They left our bathrooms very clean. Their prices are very reasonable. We will not hesitate to call All Around Plumbing again! After getting an overpriced quote for a hot water heater installation from another contractor, I reached out to Rolland Reash Plumbing for a quote. I received a really reasonable quote and an appointment for the very next day. Justin showed up on time and was very professional. The water heater was expertly installed in short order. A few days later I had a dishwasher delivered and the delivery company refused to install the dishwasher. I called Rolland Reash Plumbing and they were again able to get me in the very next morning (and I called very late in the afternoon). Claudio showed up on time and was also very professional. He made quick work of installing the dishwasher and replacing nearby plumbing needed for the install. He even adjusted my hot water heater for me once he finished. I hadn't requested an estimate prior to the second appointment and was pleasantly surprised when the total came in at about $50 less than I had expected. I will definitely call them for all of my future plumbing needs!

Simple electrical fix to check out a circuit and replace GFCI outlet.  Did complete job and corrected mislabeling on breaker box.  Good notifications, early arrival and went right to work.  Maybe a bit pricey, but so professional will use again.  Highly recommend them for your household electrical projects.

0 stars. Very unprofessional. They will take your money and leave you in the middle  of a repair. One repair even left  me with a pool of water in my dining room.  I prematurely gave him a good review (as they repeatedly requested) but I regret  it. You will end up paying more to repair his repairs.

I called and asked a question that the female said she was unable to answer. She took my name and number with the promise of a return call. It's been 6 weeks and no return call. Untruthful!

We had a water heater issue and over the phone the technician diagnosed the problem to save us a service call fee that would result in a recommendation to replace the water heater. We hired them for the replacement and they did it fast and the price was very much in line with other quotes we received I would recommend them highly

This was great service!! Broken disposal on a Sunday and they sent someone within an hour.  The plumber, Mitch, was awesome.  Very polite, efficient and explained what was going on and what needed done.  The price was less than I was expecting- even for a weekend call.

I called at 10:30 Friday morning. They said they'd be at my house by 1:15. They were there around 12:30. Michael was the plumber and he was awesome. He explained the entire problem, what I might be looking at in terms of cost, suggested I call the City to see if the real issue stemmed from their side of my property line. I did and they were here within 20 minutes. They confirmed what Michael said and are going to reimburse me for the cost to Roto Rooter. I can't thank them enough for efficiency! And honesty! And for Michael explaining everything!  The best service on from any utility company I've ever experienced. Thank you!!

I have used them multiple times on my rentals. Even have a card on file. They have always been very reliable but unfortunately this last scheduled visit wasn't the same. First they are supposed to call me for approval on repairs. They failed to do that and repaired the issue without my approval. When I called to ask why? I got the silent treatment. Then I asked please do not run the card until I spoke to the card holder. Needless to say the card was ran. We don't have a problem with paying but we want to know ahead of time what things are going to cost. I don't think this is a way to gain business. Unfortunately we will be shopping elsewhere.

Wish I could give them no stars. We moved to Yulee and found out we needed a water softener. We didn't have a loop. The plumber dug a small hole and put in gravel. My husband later saw it was dumping water on the ground, and we had salt water backing up into the house. We called and they sent the same plumber out. He said he thought it wouldn't work and suggested we run it into the storm sewer. My husband pointed out that was illegal. We wasted our money on them. We ended up calling another plumber who offered us two good options.

We had a dishwasher, disposal, sink and faucet installed today. The Team of Aaron and William were on time, professional, clean  and thorough. They gave us tips about future maintenance  and care of the units installed. In a time that service is sub par and we the consumers just accept it, this company excelled and produced a job that was excellent. Well Done Aaron and Touchton Plumbers. I would highly recommend this team for residential and commercial work.

I called Affordable Plumbing yesterday about what I feared was a slab leak (but I told them my water was off so it wasn't a rush) and they were able to get me in first thing this morning.  Hayley was my plumber and she was so good!  She was able to diagnose the problem with my weird old house plumbing and find the leak, which luckily was not under my house!  Once she found it, she patched up both (copper) pipes that had holes in them.  She was very professional and personable.  I will definitely call them in the future when I'm ready to re-pipe my house.
