They called me back and got me in for the afternoon. My wife who doesn't really deal with the house repair stuff was very happy David explained things to her and did excellent work. They even came in a little less the projected over the phone estimate which made me very happy. Military friendly! They just got added to speed dial!

We had multiple issues that needed to be resolved, including a lukewarm shower and two leaking sinks. Mike was timely, professional, and efficient. The price to fix everything was very reasonable. No more leaks and the shower now works very well! We would absolutely use them again.

Imagine flooding your entire house by accident at 3 in the morning. Well it was my absolute worst nightmare come true and Jason dropped everything to her there as soon as he could to put an end to it. Very great service, he worked fast, and he gave me all the information I needed in regards to getting everything fixed with my insurance. I am currently undergoing renovations, but Jason did great work and I am so grateful that Yelp lead me to Kingdom Based Plumbing!

Guys came out and diagnosed my broken pipe issue quickly.  They worked long hours to get whole house re-piped from having bad pipes and saved us money in the long run.  They were very friendly, professional, helpful and honest.  They worked very hard, with very little breaks on getting the job done as fast as possible.  I highly recommend them.  Great company.

I had John from Dan's plumbing come out twice. The first time was to replace a garbage disposal. I gave them 5  stars because 1. John actually showed up for the appointment (during this day and time you can barely get any one to show up!) 2. He was on time 3. Was friendly and pleasant 4. He was knowledgeable. We felt so comfortable with him that we set up an appointment for him to come back a week later to install a Comfort Pump to our water heater, which by the way is life changing. 5. They were the only company that we could find that weren't ridiculously over priced. We called some of the bigger companies and just to get them in the door was double what Dan charged. If you have any plumbing needs, call Dan's Plumbing, I don't think you'll regret it. By the way, shout out to Miss Ellie that answers the phone, she's a gem. : )

Awesome, I cant believe my eyes, and my budget. A-Pro Plumbing was able to work with me and my budget, especially in these times, and still give me athe kitchen of my dreams. I had a great team and no problems considering i had the same plumbing tech all thru the process of design and he even helped me find the most cost effective fixtures and lighting for my budget... I couldnt have asked for better service or friendlier folks than the guys at A-Pro. They really are professionals. And i even signed up for their annual home inspection plan to help keep my home well maintained. I love my new kitchen - I love A-Pro Plumbing. ( They did it right Mike!)  Thank you.

Was overcharged for the time they spend to do my plumbing work, while I provided everything, sink, faucets etc for all bathrooms and kitchen, they came unprepared, had to run out on my dime to get supplies to do the job. They worked 4.5 hours to the tune of $95.00 but I was charged $650.00. I am a Senior on a limited income and was overcharged over $220.00, shame on them. Wrote a letter to the owner, will see what comes of it. That is just outrageous and highway robbery. Cannot recommend them and will not hire them, even my church members recommended them, I will let everyone know what they did to me.

This place rocks.   They charge by the job, not by the hour with hidden charges for everything.

It took the plumber 2 days to fix my backed up sink, but he did it far cheaper than any other plumbing company in Jacksonville.

They we gracious, and polite even when working on the roof, it had to be well over 100 degrees up there.   Nothing but professionalism,  give them a call next time you have plumbing needs.

I sold my home last week and this closing company did not give me an accurate settlement statement as far as the fixed costs (obviously some costs are variable). Not only did they leave out an $85 charge on the quote, but they actually had it listed twice and were charging me twice for it on closing documents. Had to wait for them to fix the paperwork. Disappointing and unprofessional. Kaitlyn Camp was my initial contact.

They fit me in the same day I called (I called at 3:30pm), arrived on time, were very efficient and fixed my leak without leaving a mess.  I would use them again.

Installed a $4000 well, pump and tank in August 2018.  (Did a lot of damage in my yard.)  Pump failed March 2019.  $155 for service call of less than hour.  Said a bug had crawled into the top of the tank and burned out the mechanism!???  Part had 1-year warranty, but only 90 days on the labor.  Any company that would install a pump that can be damaged by a bug in Florida is guaranteeing themselves a lot of expensive service calls.  O. E. Smith used to be the one to call.  That no longer is the case.  I learned it too late.

i called to get an estimate for installation of a 28 gallon water heater. they wanted $500 to install a $300 water heater. it takes an hour or less to install which means their rate would be $500 per hour. that insane and greedy as hell

I was in search of a plumber to fix an issue in the master bathroom, walk-in shower. The issue was that no hot water would come out. I called to schedule an appointment early in the morning. The company was able to get someone out to my house by mid afternoon. The plumber that came was courteous, quick, & friendly!

The only reason I did not rate them a 5 is that I don't agree with their pricing.  They charge $120 for the 1st hour and prorate the ensuing hours. So my problem was fixed within 20 mins.  I paid $120 for 20 mins.? Hmmmmm...

I will definitey utilize them again, though, as I felt they were honest and quick.
