Great service! I called on a Friday at 3pm in Boulder, they were at my door in 30 minutes to give a quote on installing shower fixtures. They were able complete the job that next Monday morning. Not sure if they are the cheapest around, but if you are looking for FAST, quality work, give them a call.

I had a great experience with Pristine the whole way through. I had a toilet replaced (about $500 including the new toilet and removal/haul away of the old toilet), a leaky faucet removed and a new one installed (about $400 including the new faucet), and new fittings installed to fix an old burst pipe (about $80). They offered several options for the toilet and the faucet, so I was able to choose what worked for me and my budget. Front office staff were extremely helpful and responsive, and Eric arrived on time, took care of the whole project in a couple hours, provided instructions and tips for use, and left the house perfectly clean. Highly recommended!

I had an emergency toilet back-up that flooded my floors & part of my basement with gross stuff. I couldn't get anyone to come out for at least 24 hours. I kept calling plumbers & finally got a referral to Chester Miller at A & M sewer service. He arrived within an HOUR!! (That isn't always the case he said) he brought in his magic auger (much bigger than mine) & was able to clear the drain in less than an hour, & it was a filthy job. He was so friendly & professional & the price was less than the others I called just to come LOOK at my situation. He saved the day!! He gave me some helpful suggestions to keep this from happening again. (I dropped a hairspray lid in the toilet and it disappeared down the pipes) I can't recommend him highly enough. So happy!

Sergey came out a few months ago because I was shopping for a regulator for my pipes. I told him u would get back to him down the road, because I had other expenses to pay for first. When I contacted him again, he was quick to get me scheduled and arrived on time and was very quick when doing his work. Great job. I would definitely recommend him.

I have used these people for almost 30 YEARS. i have pipes repaired, boiler repaired and replaced, drains unclogged, water heater replaced, faucets turned off and on. Lots of stuff. All fast and the cost is very reasonable.

We highly recommend them. John is very professional and knowledgeable. We needed a gas line added for a gas stove and a water heater installed. Not only did he do an excellent job, but his prices were stellar. He got the job done in a quick time frame and did excellent work! If I could give him 10 stars I would! Thank you John! Today, I pulled my refrigerator away from the wall to wash the floor behind it and as I began, I noticed one of the copper pipes hooked to my refrigerator looked broken.  I lifted it up and water started flowing all over my kitchen floor.  I went downstairs to my basement and turned the water supply to the house off.  Water was pouring from a ceiling light fixture in the basement.  It's the 4th of July and the thought of not having water for any daily need was daunting.  Of six calls I made, only Cuse Plumbing responded.  I hate calling people on holidays, but Anthony was so understanding and came right over to help.

Anthony Syracuse, owner of Cuse Plumbing, is an unusual Master Plumber.  He's not only knowledgeable, he is calm, understanding and kind.  He assessed the problem and explained what he needed to do.  He invited me to walk with him as he looked for the water shutoff for the refrigerator.  He explained that he could close off the refrigerator water line and, then, I would be able to turn the house water back on.  Problem:  I know where and how to turn off the sprinkler and household water, but I had no idea the refrigerator had a separate line or where it even was; never had this problem before.  Anthony kept a calm demeanor as we looked in various spaces and, then, he saw the water pipe in a corner behind my furnace!  I never would have found it!  He also checked out my water heater and had me accompany him to the outside water spigot where he explained how to read the meter he was using to check my house's water pressure and  why it was important to check the pressure.  

I learned a lot today and also discovered  there are several appealing options for me to consider for how I want to repair/redesign the layout of my refrigerator's water lines.  Anthony wrote out the options we discussed and was careful to separately price each one; making it easy for me to develop an incremental plan    and without any pressure from him.

I enjoyed meeting Anthony.  He has a strong plumbing background and is now starting his own company - a new entrepreneur!  I highly recommend him!  He is thoughtful in his approach to a problem, thorough in explaining his work and educating his customer.  I will use him again!

Travis was very personable, and did a great job on his repairs. He cleaned up after himself, and made a  couple of recommendations that we needed. I'll definitely be using him in the future.

Charles is wonderful to work with. After a few failed attempts to get a new water heater with other plumbers, he was able to get the job done quickly and effectively. Truly one of the best vendors in terms of communication and trust. I would call him any day to assist with any new projects.

We had Matt come over for a badly corroded water heater fitting and he was excellent. Super nice guy, showed up on time and didn't try to make a bigger issue out of it. We actually had him look at something else we didn't originally mention when we set up the appointment and he took care of that too, on the fly. I would highly recommend him and we will definitely call him again, should the need arise.

I had an emergency with the water heater which had to be re-vented due to poor installation many years ago and Euro Plumbing came out quickly and replaced the venting within the price he had quoted and was very fair. He did a great job and was on time. I would absolutely use them again!

On Christmas Eve the bearings in our furnace fan motor started making noise and over heating.  It was turned off during Christmas day.  On the26th,  Bell came out to inspect the item and confirmed my diagnosis.  After bulls**ting about being a high efficiency part (Motor bearing/fan) he provided a written quote of $848.92 , installed and $187.58 to go get the part from his shop. for a total of $1036.  I removed the fan/motor myself, oiled the bearing and re-installed in 45 minutes without removing my tie.  Total parts cost: $2.37.  Really?  I would have paid his hourly rate to oil the bearings, but no they want to stick the client with a big bill and earn their profit.

Very responsive initially. The electrician who came out, Austin, was diligent and kind. The work we needed done was an electrical panel upgrade from 200A to 320A in order to power multiple new additions to the home (electric car, outdoor heaters, water pumps, etc). Given the complexity of the contract, we had to work with our electric company (Xcel) to make sure the panel could be upgraded. They said it should be good to go for a simple disconnect of the old panel and reconnect to the new panel after installation. After waiting months to get the project started, Plumbline canceled back-to-back appointments. Then this morning they called and said they couldn't do the project, despite having reassured me that this project wouldn't be a problem. Now I'm left starting from scratch with a new electrician months into this project. I had high hopes with the good first impression, but now they've lost my future business.

Sinclair plumbing did our plumbing for kitchen redo a few years ago. Recently the pipes backed up. I called Bob at Sinclair plumbing and he was unresponsive. I found a plumber to come out and he saw that the metal pipes have been glued together and did not have the proper fittings. I called Bob at Sinclair plumbing and he was unresponsive once again.  
Today we replace the pipes. Bob at Sinclair has proven to be incompetent and has no idea about customer service. We knew Lee Sinclair when he was alive and he was honest and wonderful plumber. It's a shame that Bob is running this company. Bob is simply incompetent and lacks any customer service.  I don't usually write reviews but I had to write this one.
