Richard was great, arrived on time, fixed a problem with my toilet quickly and cleanly, and was a friendly guy to boot! I would definitely use this company for future business!

A big shout out to Plumbing MD - If you are looking for a forever plumber - this team is it!! I was in the middle of a master bath remodel and needed assistance quick to avoid pushing out the schedule. Chris and Melissa were quick to respond, trouble shot over text and FaceTime (gotta love technology) and came to fix the issue within 24 hours. It's extremely hard to find a trusted plumber - we have!! Thank you Plumbing MD!!

This company goes above and beyond to make things right. On time, reasonable and cleans up after their work is complete. I highly recommend them.

We found that our home's water pressure was too high, which could lead to leaks or flooding. We called Tyco, and set up an appointment to replace a failed pressure reducing valve. They called me 30 minutes ahead of the appointment time, and arrived right on time.
After the work, there were a few more small adjustments needed, and they took the time to get everything just right.
All work was done quickly and neatly at the quoted price. A great experiemce--highly recommended.

Scott at Royal Plumbing is fantastic and I highly recommend him to everyone. He's always very professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, prompt, and reasonably priced. We've had him out to our house 3 times ( frozen air conditioning unit; replaced hot water tank; and a leaky bath tub) and my mom has used him at her house and her rental property. Each time Scott has fixed the problem and every time he's demonstrated the same qualities listed above. Save yourself some time, headache, frustration, and money and call Scott!

After going to a couple other plumbing companies for estimates to help with water heater replacement/installation on my old house, I came across Honest Plumbing on Yelp. As any owner of an old home can attest, these jobs are never as straightforward as a simple replacement. Honest Plumbing came in with a fresh perspective, and creative solutions. They were prompt, professional and within their originally quoted price. What a relief! They also took time to show me what we can do with other areas of improvement for very reasonable prices. I will be hiring them again soon. Highly recommended!

I've hired this company a few times to do work for me both at my business and at my house. I needed a drain cleaning at my business and they were prompt efficient and very economical. I finished my basement and needed some plumbing work done. I needed some things pre-plumbed and then when I was ready to finish. I needed them to come back and finish. Everything went like clockwork. I even finished my basement early and they were able to accommodate my earlier schedule. Definitely recommend!

We had Gleb and Eugene and the crew come over and completely replace our very large deck and it looks amazing. Very happy with everything and the price was great! We just had them back again to install new fence and gates in the front yard. Again super happy with their work. Give these guys a chance as you will be happy you did. They do everything!

I debated just skipping the whole review, but decided it might help someone, so here goes. High 5 was recommended to me by my HVAC contractor ... they even mentioned that as part of their service club I would get good pricing from High 5. So I invited them out to bid on installing a new water heater and to have my sewer scoped (necessary for the garage renovation on which I am working). The scheduling person said all of their trucks are fully equipped so this should be easy.
The technician showed up on time.
He looked at the current water heater and proposed a number of possible fixes, ranging from a smaller 40 gallon water heater up to a tankless system (only after I insisted on an estimate for this multiple times). All of the estimates came in thousands of dollars over other bids I received for comparable work. And this is supposed to have included the member pricing.
I did have the tech scope the sewer as that was a priority and he was there. Additionally, they charge a fee just to have a tech show up, which they will apply against your bill if you have work done, so figured it was already partially paid. The estimate came in higher than I was expecting (the garage contractor and several real estate agent mention they usually get sewers scoped for less than $200 .... the estimate was almost $300).
The tech then informed me he would have to wait for the camera to be delivered (roughly 45 minutes). So much for their trucks being fully stocked. During that time, he took it upon himself to do an inspection of my house and make comments about things that needed work (and how their group could handle the expenses).
When the camera finally arrived, we started the scope. About 1/2 way through, the tech ran out of paper towels he had brought in with him, so asked to borrow some from me. I provided a roll and we proceeded. The scope generally went fine (the typical ... you need to upgrade at some point and we are happy to do the work). The tech managed to soil large portions of my laundry room with sewage in the process of removing the scope. He then just threw the nasty paper towels in the nearest (inside) trash can. So I spent about an hour cleaning up the mess he caused and removing the waste.
In the end, I was pretty disappointed with High 5. Got other estimates on the water heaters and went with another plumber who did the work fine without issue (and who cleaned up after himself) and at significantly lower cost.

Beyond annoyed by my service with Payless Rooter. They came to give me an estimate, I then schedule for an appointment, they miss the appointment, have to schedule it again, they come and do the work. Was charged ~$1400 to have the water pressure reduced in the house as it was too high, along with some work on one of the showers. I was still having issues with temperature and pressure after the work, I had messaged the business owner on yelp to explain I had issues regarding the work, they tell me to call in to set an appointment. I called and set an appointment, no one ever came out at the time of the appointment, no call to tell me that no one was coming.
Fast forward two weeks I was able to get someone out to take a look at things. My water pressure was set lower than what I was told it was the previous time someone came out to do some work.

We thought our washing machine drain was broken/clogged, as we were smelling something bad. It turns out it was working as intended but is a p-trap where the water evaporated. Our technician was timely, explained what was going on, and helped us add water back into the trap to confirm there was no clog. This was all done free of charge for the house call. Very happy that they helped us without needing to spend $80 (which we had paid for an appliance repair company when we thought it was the washer that had the issue... and they didn't help with anything). Will definitely use these guys again when we have a real plumbing issue. Thank you!

These folks were great. I became disable u expectedly and needed some things done to the house before I sold it...they were quick, did the job sell and were very cost conscious for me.
