Left a message on the website on a Sunday evening when we got an error message on our thermostat.  I received a prompt follow up and was able to book a service call the next day.  After inspecting our system, we were provided with some options and costs.  Service was completed and we've been happy with the results so far.  We would definitely recommend Summit to others.

They responded very quickly to my inquiry, and had the installation complete before most of their peers responded. They were responsive, very good to work with, and did a great job.  The installation was more complicated than they had anticipated due to the arrangement of my breaker boxes and access to the garage. Given that, their price was reasonable, and about what others had estimated before knowing all the difficulties.

We had two toilets not flush so tried Jarrod who suspected the need for a rooter. He told us to try Juan so we called him. He was able to come out the same day (while we could go to McDonalds to use their toilet we preferred a fix). Turns out he thought we needed outside access to use the rooter. The quote was $1400 (involved digging and pipe work before rooting) but on checking further he found an outside access. Saved us the $1400 and we just needed rooting. That cleared it up! Jarrod asked to be updated so he was also quite happy for us. My feeling is that when you get honest work and someone who looks to save the customer some money those people and businesses deserve 5 stars. The work was reasonable and our toilets flushed again! Very pleased we can once again use our toilets! Fast and reasonable! No question we'd call them again.

Excellent company to work with. They were quick to supply an estimate and even faster to do the work. They are a small company, locally owned and operated. The type of company I like to support they did excellent work and were very fast. I met several of the team and they were all polite, friendly and professional. They even wore show protectors to avoid tracking in any dirt while working. They take pride in doing their work the right way. It's hard to find for of people in the trades, these are good guys and I'd use them again in a minute. We had them fix a sink and an outside frost free faucet both are now working great.

Awesome service, super fast, super nice, went above and beyond when it turned out my 'leak' was the washing machine. I will never call anyone else for plumbing issues! They also had a REALLY big job today and still got me taken care of.

Doug came to our house for an emergency repair. He was extremely courteous and quite competent. We want to make him our personal plumber. Thanks again, Doug.

Was charged $370 for a simple drain clean which other people charge less than$100 for. When asked why, he said he worked on commission and that he couldn't start out with less expensive options. Next time I need a plumber, I will check to see what the cost of cleaning a drain is BEFORE they arrive. Big rip off.

I am careful with giving 5 stars because that indicates that a company far exceeded my expectations and left me more than satisified.  An emergency plumbing situation is always stressful and needs immediate attention.  We are fortunate that we had previously used Bill's Plumbing for routine work, so we had their number handy.  They were responsive, experienced, detailed, honest, and very fair.  We worked with Luther, who has great people skills, as he was able to calm me with assurances that they would take care of the situation.  Roy spent a lot of time with us and made us feel like important customers.  Bill's Plumbing is the only company we will use.

Castle Rock, CO - Techs are very, very friendly. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They so over-charge you it is ridiculous. Our A/C fan motor went out - $108.00 on GE website. They charged us $1,800 to install the new fan motor which literally took them 20 minutes (and this was after they first quoted us $2,400.00 but could give us a discount of $600 - gee thanks!). Tried to up-sell us for a new AC/furnace system costing over $18,000 as well as new water system, etc. Told us all the things wrong with our system to try and sucker us into a new unit. We wanted to do this ourselves but it was 103 degrees outside for the next few days and ordering the part on line was going to take over two weeks. We caved and had it repaired.

STAY AWAY FROM PATRIOT PROS UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT THROWING YOUR MONEY AT THEM.

This company was engaged by our home warranty (Choice Home Warranty) to replace a garbage disposal under their coverage.  The policy is that the warranty covers the vendor charges with the exception of a service fee of $85.  The policy clearly states and the warranty company verified  that this is the case in this instance. We inquired about upgrading. To a better unit.  

They showed up unannounced one day with no appt.  This fraudster wanted to charge $435 for $30 upgrade  unit.  This is clearly ludicrous.   We of course declined the upgrade.  Then this fraudster refused to complete the service for same level replacement covered by the warranty unless we paid an additional $250 to him plus the warranty company payment to him plus the service fee.  This means this fraudster would have collected $500 or more from this simple $90 or less cost.  

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.   HE ENGAES IN DECEPTIVE AND CRIMINAL PRACTICES.  

We are pursuing full action against him with multiple levels of jurisdiction to try to save other innocent victims the hassle.
