Best Water Purification System Installation in Irvine CA

Fantastic experience! We needed a water pressure regulator replaced, in addition to having a slow leak on one of the outside pipes in a tough to access area that wasn't set up properly to begin with. The owner promptly responded with a reasonable quote and an appointment was set up quickly. Nick showed up and assessed the situation and all was handled perfectly, professionally, and with Nick even taking the time to explain things. Definitely worth checking these guys out.

Recently, I have noticed water in garage at first I didn't think much of it as it was raining everyday.  I thought it was coming from my car.  But when it stopped raining and the water was still there I knew something was wrong. I called Pristine Plumbing and they send Anthony M. right away to inspect the issue.  Anthony notified me that I had a slab leak and that I would need a re pipe.  Anthony spent couple of days re piping my house, because there were couple of obstacles that we came upon.  He did an incredible job re piping the house, but what I liked the most about working with Anthony is that he explains everything that is happening and how to correct it.  He is genuinely a wonderful and very talented person.  I would not hire anyone else to do any plumbing work to my house but Anthony. I highly recommend Anthony and Pristine Plumbing.  Thank you Anthony for all your hard work.

These guys were awesome! I called them late Saturday afternoon to clear my kitchen drain because it was backing up every time I used my garbage disposal.  Who says i can't blend an avocado seed..... lol. I called and they were able to get out to my house pretty quick.  They were in and out and made sure everything was working before they left.  I'd call them again, if i couldn't figure out the problem, cool guys.

I had been putting off some work that I needed to have done so I finally decided yesterday that it was time! I searched for a plumber on Yelp and found that SoCal Plumbing had lots of great reviews. I contacted the owner requesting a quote and had a response in less than 10 minutes. Shandy came by early in the 2 hour time frame, gave me a quote and I decided to do it right then and there! He didn't even get irritated when I changed my mind from next week. He completed the work in a timely manner, cleaned up the area thoroughly and the price was competitive. Shandy is such a nice guy and I would recommend this company to everyone.

The Cadillac of customer service and quality product! As a Project Manager working on various residential properties it's always a juggling game, often, with more than I can juggle at once. You need help and someone to deliver on their word? It's Concept. Kent and his crew are the Amazon (when it was at its best) of customer service and satisfaction. A class act from day 1, they are unbelievably reliable and you can expect the best products. Very helpful and attentive, I was surprised how easy they made each step. They were patient with me and answered all the questions I had, many of which I'm sure I had already asked. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience.

As most of reviewers here I foind him through Yelp and ask for a quote to install a water softner. He responded within couple hours and gave me a price well below other sellers. (Same model)
Scheduling installation was no issue, his staffs were also friendly and honest.
I already recommended him to my coworkers and families if anyone is looking for water softner. As most of reviews here, you won't regret it.

Tim came out to basically diagnose and fix a problem that another technician made in my reverse osmosis system. He was extremely professional (which I am finding is a rare quality in this field). He was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I will defiantly be using Tim the water guy to replace my annual filters and any other checks in the future. A regular plumber won't cut it, this guy knows what he is doing! Thanks so much for the last minute house call!!!

We have an issue with hot water pressure in the back half of our house. Jeff responded promptly to my request for a quote, even though it was 10 PM. He asked a bunch of thoughtful questions via chat, and scheduled a service call for 11 AM to 3 PM the next day.

I got a call from Will at 10 AM saying he could come earlier if I wanted. That worked out great for me. Will was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did his best to diagnose the issue in as efficient a way as possible. Unfortunately, the easy fix didn't work, so we talked through some possible next steps which would be more intrusive (i.e. cutting into walls). Although there were some viable options, they don't really solve the underlying problem, which is a bad Ace Duraflow epoxy treatment that is breaking down inside the pipes. That's a ticking time bomb for a repipe.

After talking to his own epoxy guy, Will basically came back and said what I already knew -- the short term fix we discussed might work for a while, but we're only going to keep having problems, and a repipe is the way to go. The other options were just an expensive way of delaying the inevitable. Not what I wanted to hear, but not surprising.

Superior doesn't do repipes themselves, so I never felt like I was being upsold or like they immediately were jumping to the most extreme, expensive option (which is how I have felt with other vendors). I'm very happy with the service, and I will definitely use them in the future.

We needed to replace shower cartridge. Tony was great and prompt to get us scheduled. Sam came out to perform the job and was professional, polite, and got the job done quickly. Price was fair and I will definitely use again when needed.

Austin came out and was super honest and really pleasant to talk to. He really helped answer a lot of my questions and really took his time evaluating different things at our house. Really appreciated his honesty and will definitely call again!

I can't add anything that hasn't been said above.  I called him yesterday but because of work I couldn't meet him until this morning. I knew I needed a new wataer heater since I hadn't replaced since I have been in the house so going by the other reviews and after talking to him I did not order a new heater.  He came at 9:00am, saw that my waterheater was about 24yrs old, went a got a new one, changed the connectors, since everything was not up to code and was done by 11:00.  He was great and the pricing was reasonable.  I will definitely use him again.

Plumbers William and Rey were great. It was a relief to see them so fast after a flood as a result of roots obstructing my main line. They diagnosed the problem and were able to provide a fast solution.
