Best Water Conditioner Installation in Irvine CA

Pristine Plumbing would not give me any quotes over phone/email. I was a little annoyed by this, but they do free in home estimates so I figured I'd give them a try anyway because of all the positive reviews.

Eddie came, and after I showed him what I needed, he provided the quotes. I do believe these quotes could have still been provided to me  over the phone had I explained what I needed. Ultimately I decided against any work because the quotes were too high.

However, 5+ stars go to Eddie, who I am certain would have done a great job. It's not his fault the quotes were high (and maybe justified based on their work). Eddie was friendly, and willing to answer any general plumbing questions I had, even after I decided against any work. My review is ultimately about costs, but if Eddie is any representation of this company, then they're obviously doing many things right.

These guys were awesome! I called them late Saturday afternoon to clear my kitchen drain because it was backing up every time I used my garbage disposal.  Who says i can't blend an avocado seed..... lol. I called and they were able to get out to my house pretty quick.  They were in and out and made sure everything was working before they left.  I'd call them again, if i couldn't figure out the problem, cool guys.

So I've been trying to find a part for my under the sink water filter for couple days now. I tried looking almost everywhere. Amazon, eBay, etc. I had no luck finding the part that I needed. I was looking for a 5/16 to 1/4 push in tee. I guess this part is too old that they no longer have this in most stores. So I called a random water company called Concept Water and was fortunate to speak with the owner, Kent. He actually went out of his way to look online and send me a address link where I can purchase the part I needed. Basically bottom line is that even though I didn't use his service to install my water filter system I am sure that he will do a great job! His customer service is on hand and very helpful! I recommend him to anyone that needs help. Wish I can give him more stars. Anyways thank you Kent!! Best wishes to you and your business!!!

Carla installed the whole house water softener and I couldn't be more happier with the install. She was meticulous in making sure the copper pipes were perfectly aligned. It's a work of art because I have seen some weird contraptions in the past and this is not one. She was thorough in explaining everything and made the install experience very pleasant. Looking forward to referring DLC construction to many of my friends and family

Austin came out in an emergency and was super helpful and informative!!!! And of course, fixed the issue! They were able to see me within one hour from when I called and showed up on time. He was professional and kind, did not feel uncomfortable with him in my home at all as I was home alone at the time (bonus points). 10/10 would recommend.

Alex responded to my request for help within hours.  Repaired my A/C in a matter of minutes for a reasonable price.

I can do a few plumbing jobs but one of them went wrong (the copper pipe broke off at the end when I tried to remove the valve). So I called and spoke to George, who gave me the best info he could over the phone. There was no way I could fix it myself so Jeff came out the same day (about five hours later, which was good) and did the job, and it was not an easy job. He needed to cut into the drywall, cut the end of the copper pipe (which was attached to a t-piece), solder a coupling and another piece of pipe on, and then put the new valve on. Sounds like it's not too hard but I watched him and it did take some skill to do it. If he hadn't been able to do it right the first time, it would have been alot more complex having to replace the t-piece.

But what impressed me more than anything else was the attitude and service. Jeff was as professional as any service person I've ever had in my home in 25+ years. He laid down a big towel to keep the area clean and vacuumed when he was done. I rent this place from someone so he also needed to navigate the landlord/tenant issues, which he did flawlessly. He also taught me what he was doing along the way and explained it in a way I understood.

Just a great experience and I will call them anytime I need anything done...and refer them to anyone who needs anything done.

Quick to respond and provide service, worked late, however, right handle over-turns past shut-off point and spout is dripping.

They responded promptly when I sent out requests for quotes. Swift was the only company that provided an estimated cost without having to schedule an appointment and the price was reasonable. My drywall was dehumidified and repaired and the water heater was installed quickly afterwards. Everything completed on the promised date.
