Alexis Gomez is an awesome plumber. He fixed everything that needed fixing (leaking faucets) and he replaced our garbage disposal. He was clean and he made sure I was happy with his work before he left. He also listened to my story about taking care of my  91 1/2 year old mother who has stage 4 cancer. Alexis showed empathy and kindness and spoke to me as a fellow human, not just as a customer. I highly recommend Alexis and would not hesitate to call him again, even though the prices at Prodigy are a little high. The first plumber they sent to us was not clean and he didn't do a good job of fixing the faucet... that's why we called back and got Alexis. If you call Prodigy, ask for Alexis... and tell him Alicia sent you!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

Service Champions continues to provide the best ac/heat service for my family. I had an issue with my heater not working sporadically and I was told it was best to troubleshoot the problem when it actually stopped working. Sure enough, the heater stopped working when we got back from a short overnight trip. I called Service Champions the next morning as soon as they opened and they were able to schedule me in the same day. Then they called me to say they could come sooner and as soon as they told me that, the heater started working again. So when Ryan came he couldn't find a problem with it but still tested the system a few times to make sure we had heat. I wasn't even charged a fee for him to come out, which is standard for any professional service technician to come over, since the heater mysteriously started working on its own. So glad they are there!!

We had both of our toilets not working at our business in the middle of a busy week. Carlos answered right away and was able to come out within 30 minutes. He identified the problem and was able to fix within the hour. They went above and beyond putting new seals and cleaning up everything, leaving it cleaner than they found it.  Very professional and reasonably priced. We will definitely use them in the future.

Our water heater broke During the holidays! We called several local companies and Crandall's came out gave us a quote to repair versus replace. We ended up replacing. Kevin came by and was punctual and professional replaced our water heater, set up tarps on our floors, drained the old one and now we can enjoy a hot shower. Whole instal took about 2 hours!

I called this morning to request service for my water heater. The dispatcher was able to schedule a technician for the same day. The dispatcher kept me informed of the technician's schedule. The technician (Paul) arrived and diagnosed unit. He determined the issue was related to lack of maintenance (which was true). He performed the recommended maintenance. After confirming that the maintenance resolved the reported issue he checked out with me and answered my questions. The price was fair. I would recommend this company.

We had a bit of a plumbing emergency and Tony came to the rescue! He did a great job and was so easy to work with. We would definitely call him again!

Fidel is the best plumber in the business. He came and inspected a home I was in escrow to purchase and gave me a fair and excellent price. He came on time, was extremely respectful, and went above his duty to give me excellent service. He crawled under my crawl space and gave me a detailed report on the condition of every pipe, drain, overflow and sewer pipe underneath the house. I would definitely recommend him if you want to save time and money!

Found barker and sons through yelp and had some leak issues with our small business. Called the office and I belive Missy was the one who answered my service call. Missy contacted a technician and Kevin showed up an hour later. Kevin was very knowledgeable and friendly. He would give us updates frequently to let us know about the plumbing situation. Kevin did run into some problems on the job but immediately contacted us so we were aware of them and quickly found a solution!! We had to have everything back and running for our small business and Barker and Sons were very professional and polite. Would definitely use them again in the future. Thanks again Kevin ( technician) and the barker and sons team for the great service and most importantly keeping our small business running!

We had Coast Plumbing replace a very corroded sink from our bathroom, which was starting to leak in the cabinet area below. We have used Coast Plumbing for numerous jobs and they have always provided excellent service. 'Michael' came for this appointment & evaluated the job & as promised, gave us a price estimate for the job before anything was started.
Work done was fast and efficient and I especially liked that all of the 'old sink' and debris were taken & disposed of by Michael & company.

Hot water was leaking in the tub so we went on yelp and picked VIP Plumbing. They responded fast. On the phone they were very courteous, friendly, and professional. They made the appointment, Jose and Charlie showed up and did a very wonderful job.  Definitely I would recommend their services. I am now their permanent client. Absolutely amazing - jose and primo prompt clean and courteous. Very reasonable and got the job done in one hour and half. They are the best plumbing company. Christian Torres was great. We had a severe clogged drain that was causing massive backup from kitchen as well as our utility sink and washer. As a new home owner I wanted to learn a few things for future reference and Christian took the time to show me a few things which were greatly appreciated. After he finished the job we asked him about some issues we have been having about our pressure in our water and he was able to quickly find the cause which was that our pressure release valve went bad. We were so thankful to have found this out because last week we had our water heater break that may have been from the pressure, as well as two garden hoses breaking and our shower head. If we had waited too long or if Christian didn't fix the PRV we may have had major pipe repair but he fixed everything within 24 hours. Just a word to say this business came to my house on a Saturday to repair wall leak. Very professional and very reasonable.  I have a new plumber now.

You get what you pay for - but this time it's meant in a positive light. These are the kind of businesses that get out out of business because of big chain stores (e.g. Home Depot) or online purchases. Though you will probably find similar items cheaper somewhere else, you will not get the same quality, expertise or customer service.
I went to Home Depot first to buy a faucet, put it in, had to purchase extras because the hoses were too short to save money, and then it was a piece of crap. Talked to my dad afterwards and he sent me here and I bought a new faucet.  The selection here was pricier, however the quality is way better. No comparison. Then the one guy even opened up the box and checked everything there for me while I was there since I told him I was installing it myself. He basically walked me through the installation and that's why it took only about 10mins for me to take out the new piece of crap I bought and install this great faucet.
Go here for great customer service. Go here for good quality. Go here because these are the type of places you want to support instead of big corporates. Thank you for everything.
