MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

I called and made an appointment. There was no confirmation call the prior weekend or prior day. They were a no-show. One does not pay for their maintenance plan at $19.95/mo. or $240/yr. Just because you have nothing better to do. Or be home from work for the same reason.

Was doing a renovation on my  adu and came across old cast iron sewer drain pipe that started to fail and leak in to the crawl space. Carlos and Oscar were able to come out the next day promptly at 8am  to provide an estimate. Carlos provided me with 2 options , repairing the portion of drain pipe above ground that connected the tub and toilet (cheaper solution but bandaid in the grand scheme of things) or repairing the enter thing replacement of the cast iron pipe above ground and underground lateral out to the city. Ultimately went with the smart decision solution 2 which involved trenching 25' and saw cutting a concrete slab to replace the entire run. Oscar was able to start work that morning and work in a small  crawlspace area with limited access to complete the work within 2 days. This allowed me to keep my flooring installation on track which gave me peace of mind. Fair price (I received multiple bids), Great workmanship,amazing warranty and very personable. 10/10 would recommend.  Will use for all future plumbing issues!

Called Pristine Plumbing after calling other recommended plumbers from friends. All I got were voicemail on the others so I decided to check yelp and found pristine plumbing.

Denise answered my call and after hearing the situation, scheduled for a plumber to come. Jim showed up. He was very professional. He put covers on his shoes before coming in to the house, and was respectful to keeping the noise down since my newborn was sleeping. As my husband and I suspected, Jim was not able to fix the broken piping without having to tear open the wall, but he was able to remedy the issue so we can have water running on the other parts of the house. We look forward to working with this company to complete our plumbing issue.

I had a tankless water heater go out and called these guys due to the yelp review that they had. It was the perfect choice. When I called on the phone they were really professional and friendly. I had a tankless water heater go out but my warranty was voided since I wasn't the original owner so that sucked. Shandy came out and was on the phone with the manufacture and they diagnose what the issue was. The price for the parts were really high, so I just opted to have it replaced with a Nivian. Shandy is an awesome person to work with. He tells you exactly what he's going to do and is very patient since I asked him a million question. His attention to detail with the install and knowledge of what he's doing makes you feel like got a good deal. He is very good with craft and does not take shortcuts. I would definetly use them again.

Thomas came to the rescue on a Sunday when our garbage disposal / kitchen sink clogged up in our old townhome. Not only was he punctual and professional- he quickly fixed the problem and took extra measure to ensure our pipes were clear! Thank you so much Sal's & Thomas!!!

Extremely unhappy with the company. Paid over $600 for hydro jetting 3 months ago and this is how the drains looked this past weekend. Poor job. At the time of service, they said the service included a free hydro jet within a year. I called them to come out to do one again. They said only if drain was not working. Full of BS. Beware! Would never recommend them.

I never screamed or yelled. The owner became defensive when I said his job was poorly done. Glad I called another plumber who showed me how my hydro jetted pipes looked like. Oh, and I hung up when the owner started raising his tone of voice. I realized conversation was going no where. Very unprofessional. Quite sad.

We were in need of a permanent fix for our cast iron sewer line which had roots growing into it, causing blockage. The VIP Team provided a very reasonable proposal and time frame to complete the job. In less than 2 days, VIP applied epoxy to the cast iron sewer line under the house and installed a liner to the clay sewer line down to the sidewalk. All team members were very professional, knowledgeable and willing to share step-by-step what they were doing. Bryce did a great job communicating with us throughout the project. They provided us with a before and after video of the sewer lines and a sample of the liner that was used in the clay line. VIP is on my short list of companies I can trust for house projects and repairs. Well done VIP! You have a customer for life.

I called them to inspect weak toilets and a lofting odor.
Ended up needing to waterjet my clogged vents.
Upon water pressure down vents projected raw sewage and black water all over my house, both bathrooms ceilings, flooded my garage.
They are refusing responiblity for my destroyed contents.
The manager james is a real peach with customer service.
owner mcghee denies the water being black water category 3 sewage. he keeped repeating its just grey dishwater, no big deal.

Its comical this plumbing company.

I had a severe kitchen sink blockage. I called many plumbers I found through Yelp.  Many of my calls when directly to voicemail but when I called VIP Plumbing & Draining, Jose answered immediately.  Jose and Manny came out within 3 hours of my initial call - they were so professional, kind and were able to help diagnose the problem.

Hands down the most professional HVAC company I have ever dealt with. From the home you call to moment they arrive on site it is a great experience. The customer service is the way all companies should be.

Manuel came out to clear a drain (several months ago).  The place was a mess, and he couldn't have been any nicer.  It took some real elbow grease to clear the drain, but he persisted until it was done.  EXTREMELY thorough, conscientious and kind, a real gentleman.  The charge was super-reasonable, I'm sure half of what others would've charged.  I won't be calling anyone else for future plumbing needs.  Thank-you Manuel!

Wow. Easy making an appointment and arrived on time and fixed out issues and said it was a courtesy! So no charge! I will have them back to fix some other issues soon. But what a nice experience!

Bill Metzger Plumbing performed a significant residential water line replacement project for us. The crew was professional and efficient. I had received 3 bids for the work and their bid was best value. They performed the work on time and were a joy to work with - from initial contact through project completion.

Good company, workers are always very busy. The backend parts(billing, scheduling, project management) seems a bit scrambled to me. They always answer the phone, but, the right person may (or may not) call you back in a timely manner. Also, the grate to complete my installation was back ordered, I had to call and harass them to get the job finished. (of course they submitted the invoice at the end of the first day for the entire balance). It took over a month to get this. I get it, business is hard, but, They could get 5 stars if they just over communicated and delivered what they promised. It was still an overall positive experience for me. I would recommend them for any AC work. Job took 5 days in total from start to finish to install a new HVAC system, but, they constantly had to go to another job, get parts, or wait for something to keep the job going.
