MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

We had a pipe leak and start flooding our upstairs bedroom / leak into our downstairs dining room yesterday around 5:30pm. We turned off our water and the issue continued, so I reached out to a few plumbing companies on Yelp at 6:30pm. By 6:39pm, pristine plumbing had responded and set me up with their on call technician to come take a look. Joe Mounga arrived by 7:10pm and immediately got to work on assessing the root cause of the leak. He was very knowledgable and kept us informed throughout the process, and he discovered the leak was due to fire sprinkler pipe damage. As we live in a condo unit, we were unable to just shut off the fire sprinklers for the whole building. Joe stayed with us until either the condo HOA fire protection tech or the fire department was able to come turn off the sprinklers and stop the leak. He did what he could to help slow the water leak and damage while we waited for the appropriate fire sprinkler people to arrive. Joe also connected us with a restoration service company and helped us set up the next steps for the repair. It was a very stressful evening but I'm grateful we chose pristine plumbing and for Joe's knowledge and help. It would have been a much more stressful experience without the prompt responsiveness of pristine plumbing and the expertise on Joe's part. Thank you!

I have had need for service from Crandalls Plumbing several times. They are always courteous, attentive, competent and on time.  All of them are just the nicest guys!  This last time, Jeff came to fix my washer drain. When he was done, he noticed that I was struggling with my pedometer that I had waterlogged. He helped me with these tiny screws and then amazingly left me the screwdriver he had in case I needed it again! I would totally recommend Crandalls Plumbing!

Felix was able to provide services quickly and at a reasonable rate. Communication from the start to end has been prompt and professional. It's hard to find someone trustworthy that can deliver on thier word. Felix did just that.

My bathroom sink had a massive leak right as I was leaving for work. I walked into my bathroom with the whole floor in water. I thought it might be an easy fix, but with one day before thanksgiving, and plenty of people coming over, I didn't want to mess around in case it was a cracked pipe or something that would require several hours of plumbing work. Martin was who came out to help. He was punctual and courteous from the get-go and did a good job of letting me know beforehand that he would be on his way, which was very much appreciated. Upon showing up, he put covers on his shoes to make sure he didn't get the house dirty, which was a very thoughtful thing to do. Martin was able to take care of the issue quickly and effectively, and didn't even want to charge me for it. Clean-out King's definitely have an asset in Martin and are lucky to have him. When Martin finished the job he even had some suggestions for some actions I could take in the future that would make things a little bit easier and less of a hassle with the plumbing. I thought that was very thoughtful and really showed him going out of his way to be helpful. Martin, made a dedicated customer out of me, and I will definitely be giving him a call for any of my future plumbing needs. If you have any plumbing issues that need to be resolved, I highly recommend him!

Have used handymen for plumbing repairs, which has not worked out so well in the long run. Decided to call a plumber for toilet leaking problems and outside water valve replacement. Not having a good reference, I yelped. I am thankful for the great reviews. Gary was honest, professional, informative, thorough, efficient and left his workspace very clean. He also did an inspection on valves, lines and hoses to let us know what we can do improve our water efficiency.
We have found a great plumber and will not hesitate to recommend and use him in the future.

My tenant called telling me that his kitchen sink was clogged and water wasn't draining. I called Orange Coast plumbing and they quickly answered. I didn't have to wait. They had my profile pulled up ready to ask me about the issues. They pulled the house history and asked me if there was any of the issues I had previously called about. The responder then communicated with the plumber to tell them the issue. They send you a convenient text with the plumbers picture and contact information in case you need to modify. Once Nate got my issue, he called me to prepare for his trip to my rental property. He asked me routine questions like if there's parking nearby, previous issues, and about how the estimate works. Nate arrived, dealt with the tenants, fixed the issues and recommended more preventative measures. OCP make having issues easy and they fix them efficiently. They accept online payments with credit cards. I never have to worry about being on  my rental property for them to do the job. They always keep me in the loop and resolve everything. Reasonable prices for everything. Best pluming company in the OC. Will recommend to everyone.

Just want to shout out to Martin who did an amazing job of replacing our original Master bathroom sink faucets!  He was professional and courteous and I would definitely recommend Martin to others.

I called Sal's Plumbing for my grandmother and scheduled an appointment. They came out and met up with us, they went over all the work needed and gave us a fair price! (we shopped around). Overall really nice experience with Dominic, he was the tech that came out to do the work, friendly and very professional !

My upstairs bathroom had a weird smell coming from the bathtub drain that I couldn't quite figure out. I requested a quote on Yelp and got a quick reply and appointment.

Alvino and George came out a few days later to check the bathroom and couldn't find anything wrong. They inspected under the sink for water leaks, checked the toilet, and ran the water in the tub and said everything looked fine and nothing was clogged.

Surprisingly they said there wouldn't be any charge since they weren't able to find any issues, which is so rare these days. They were honest and didn't try to upsell and gave me additional suggestions to try to get rid of the smell. I know who to call next time I have any plumbing problems and have mentioned VIP Sewer & Drain to friends and coworkers. Thanks guys!

PS: During these Covid-19 times, they also arrived to the house wearing masks and booties which was great. Kudos to them!

I have used this plumbing service several times now for clogged drains, toilet repairs, etc. They are always great in response time and keeping costs down. This time was no different. I called with a clogged kitchen sink drain. The drain was backing up into both sides of my sink and the smell was terrible. I called at 8 AM and they scheduled me for 10:15 AM.
Erik was my tech. He showed up early, was courteous and made sure to explain everything along the way. The plumbing under my sink is not up to code and has a really weird configuration but Erik was willing to go the extra mile to figure out the best route to take in making sure he did a professional job.  He cleared the clog and had my sink working properly again.  He was very pleasant and professional.  Thank you Erik!

I really loved their services, we needed our washer and dryer installed they were able to do so and gave us a great quote. Really nice and attentive on everything. They answered  quick so we didn't wait long on anything. I would recommend for sure. My service wasn't like a major plumbing service but it was how great and professional they were to help us out. I needed help cutting part of my portico overhang to accommodate my new screen door that was installed. Guy was able to do the job next day and for a very reasonable price. I was excited that he was even willing to come on a Sunday. He showed up on time and was ready to get to work. His precise cutting and attention to detail resulted in a perfect result. Looks great!

It was Sunday morning and my my kitchen sink was clogged and leaking. I live in a condominium and some plumbing companies refuse to work at our pipes. BUT I called LBPC, God sent! I spoke to Art he said no problem will send Jose and quoted me an incredibly reasonable price for a Sunday job! 1/3 of mosr companies I called. Within the hour Jose was at my place. He fixed it with no fuss. Jose listened to my explanation as to what happened to the same sink a few years ago. He actually listened to me! Amazing! Keep it local because they care. Thank you for not taking advantage of this  customer.

I called different places, even the big names with fancy advertisements. They wanted to charge me an arm, leg and take my first born. Don't call them call LBPC.

Our sewage line clogged up and caused water to backup through the floor level shower. I called Rescue Rooter and they said they could have someone out around noon. It turned out they were able to get Josiah out within 30 minutes. They found that the clean out was not useful for clearing the block and the toilet had to be removed. We decided to have a proper clean out installed. Josiah and Mike began digging to expose the clean out. They had to dig an 8 foot hole to make the repairs. I'm extremely impressed with their diligence, thoughtfulness and expertise. I'm very happy with the results.

Absolute satisfaction from my initial call with Michelle, follow-ups with Enrique, to the installation completed by Dakota and William. They were professional, friendly, and straightforward, eliminating any anxiety out of replacing my ancient water heater.

These guys are horrible.  I called to set up an appointment on Tuesday, they said they would be out Friday from with a 2 hour window...I called the day of to make sure they would arrive at scheduled time...the guy ended up being late anyways.  When he arrived, I was upsold without even looking at the unit, and for being an expert, he had to make a couple calls to figure out where to start...WARNING!!!!! upsale upsale upsale!!!  How about do some work? How about be honest and do an honest job?

Rooter Hero re-piped our entire house.  I liked how well they smoothed out the drywall patches when they were done.

Jerry's promise-keeping, communication, and care could have been better.  They took out plywood sound-shielding under some drywall.  Jerry promised to put it back when they were done, but we caught him trying to seal it up without replacing the plywood.  

Jerry said we didn't need to clean out items under a bathroom sink, but then one of the workers did so, handling personal items and tossing them in a pile.

If they had told us they needed artwork off a wall, we could have done it carefully ourselves.  But, they lunged in and broke a one-of-a-kind clock, and nearly damaged original artwork done by a now-deceased family member.

I could go on with other details, but you can see where I'm going.  Be really careful in dealing with these guys.  Don't trust that promises will be kept.
