I used Prodigy previously at my home and this time had a plumbing emergency at one of our branch offices. I called them and they were there inside of 45 minutes. Shane the tech resolved the issue quickly and communicated with me before and after the job. Excellent service!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

Do not use their $88 service offer. its a SCAM!!!
It turned into a major UP SELL call for their service tech.
My Air Conditioner worked perfectly fine, even though I purchased the compressor 12 years ago. This call gave the tech an opportunity to try and sell me $1,500 in new parts.

We needed our toilet looked at because it was leaking water randomly. I was contacted the same day to schedule a technician to come out and check to see what the problem was. They sent Frank and he was the nicest guy! Very friendly and professional. We had to replace the whole thing and he was done within an hour. I highly recommend their services. We'll be using their pluming services for all our plumming needs.

Bob came today to diagnose a leak that caused some water damage in our bathroom. He explained things clearly and was easy to work with. He is also a hard worker who came quickly, less than 12h after we reached out.

Matt has quickly come to the rescue of my husband & I several times over the years with various plumbing emergencies, & when I say quick, I mean within an hour or less of my frantic phone calls - AND even later into the night, like 10:00 PM.  He's amazing at what he does & is fast, affordable, professional, knowledgeable & so nice!  Also, he is very clean and never leaves any evidence of his work after he leaves.  Such a great guy!  The best in the business!  A+++++++++++

I called pipe bros today because of a leak I discovered last night behind my washer dryer. They came quickly this afternoon and fixed it easily. Big thanks to Titus for performing this service. Everything is working wonderfully.

We wanted to upgrade our closet from wood panel to drywall. We had a family friend help do it but it turned out real bad. So after calling a couple of other companies and giving us outrageously high quotes for a closet, we called Smart and Handy. Their quote was completely acceptable compared to the other guys. Dave and his daughter were completely professional. You could tell they knew what they were talking about and I felt confident in them before they started working on our closet. Dave made sure to explain everything to us and asked us about out closet doors so he could build the closet frame opening according to closet door we chose. He even hid our electrical cables that were hanging making the closet look uglier and messier. He also suggested to add a new outlet behind out television, in the new wall, for our television. So happy we did because we only had one outlet for our tv, cable box, ps4, and phone chargers. He even upgraded our old outlet from 2 prongs to 3 prongs. Im so happy with how everything came out. The walls came out real smooth, no bumps or anything. It looks perfect. I highly recommend Smart and Handy to anyone that needs work done right the first time.

Called some of the more advertised plumbers they gave me time windows they missed by 2-3 hours and came in way over price. Called fv at 1 pm they said they could get a tech out around 5pm to give me an estimate on replacing some pipes. Frank showed up at 5pm gave us a quote with a good price and told us he will be here on wed morning around 830 am. I have found my new go to plumber ty for all tour help frank

It was just a nightmare.
After a couple of quotes from yelp, I have decided to go with Carlos to fix a bit of the leaking bathtub spout. He wasn't the lowest bid but the price of $900 was reasonable for a 4-hour project he mentioned.
A week later, his guys suddenly appeared two days earlier and wanted to start the job. I wasn't ready but I let them do it in their favor.
A couple of hours later, I found the guys cut the tile too big along with the supporting block and cement wall so they couldn't cover the area with a shower base plate. I talked to the owner about the situation, but he said that was my job to do the tile and wanted me to contact a handyman he recommended, which turned out to cost $1,300 due to the wall damage.
He mentioned he was done on his side and ran away with full payment even without any cleaning up. These guys are the worst plumber I have ever worked with. I had to have trouble hiring another plumber to finish the job.

Cleared my blocked drain in minutes.  Highly recommend. Same day response. Will use them again and again.

Jim was great! Handled our shower drain problem and took the time to help us understand what was going on in our system. He gave us some really great ideas and options of how to fix things that have plagued us for years. Very kind and thorough and professional. We would definitely hire him again!

I had put a plumbing problem with a dripping faucet out to the Yelp community for help.  I received several responses that were unsatisfactory to me, including complete replacement of the faucets.   They are a matched set and thus I would have to replace for both sinks as we did not know the brand and model.

Kody at Prolific asked for a picture, immediately knew the faucet, the parts needed and scheduled the repair with me. The work was fast, high quality and used ORM replacement parts.  Plus, he had a great personality and engendered my trust.

It's so hard to find an honest and reliable plumber these days! Rest assured, these guys are the real deal. Chris is extremely skilled, fast, clean and most of all- trustworthy! My hubby met him while at a hardware store looking for stuff to install our new vanity with Double sinks. He helped my husband figure out what he needed and gave him some great pointers. Chris genuinely wanted to just help and wasn't looking for a sale, which immediately impressed us because what plumber shows you how to fix something yourself?! Lol. We actually hired him to do that work and he did an amazing job. We will only be using FHL from now on. Thanks Chris!

My water heater gave out Monday night. We are a house of 4 including two teenagers, and it's a hot summer. I found Crandall's highly rated here on Yelp and gave them a call at about 9pm. I expected to leave a message for them to phone me back the next morning to make an  appointment. I was surprised when someone answered the phone at 9pm and they were able to set up an appointment for me for Wednesday afternoon. The installers showed up on time, assessed the situation, gave me a reasonable quote, went back to their shop to pick up the water heater for my family's needs (a slim 50 gallon), came back and installed it. I was concerned about this install with a new company, my husband being a work, an old house, a full garage with limited space to work, and some extraneous hook ups on our water heater. None of this was a problem for the installers. I found them friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. When they were done they took my old water heater with them and the box from the new one, and gave me some tips on how to care for this new heater to ensure it lasts a good long life. I definitely recommend this company. Thanks for such great service.

Came out on a Saturday evening within an hour of our call.  Clean and efficient in removing a main sewer line blockage.  Drains were checked afterward.

Mike did an awesome job. we had one plumber come that couldn't fix our clog then mike came and fixed it no problem. great service... would definitely call him again!

Gregory was very nice, professional, and worked FAST! He did an excellent job on repairing my leaky toilet and replacing my sink faucets and valves. Will use him for future repairs.

They tried to rip me off.  I should have known when they wouldn't quote me a price to replace my hot water heater over the phone.  They showed up and quoted me an outrageous price of $4800.  I asked how much the water heater was and they said $1200.  (This is also too high but not my main complaint).  I asked how they could possibly justify $3600 in labor and they said they needed to make a profit.  I asked them how long it would take to replace it and they said it would take two people almost eight hours.  Complete lie.  Another plumber came in and replaced it by himself in two hours.
