MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

Service Champions sent Alex to do a routine maintenance, as I am a member of their Club, it was scheduled in advance.  Everything was working fine, but he tried to convince me that lots of things were wrong and my system would soon need to be replaced.  When I asked him for photographs and an estimate and told him I would think about it, he got mad.  He went back to close up my FAU system, and then left quickly.  I  immediately noticed that my FAU was blowing cold air instead of hot while the thermostat was set for HEAT to 69 and it was 67 degrees in the house.  I ran out but Alex was just pulling away in his AVIS truck, although this company is NOT AVIS.  I then tried to turn the system OFF, but it stayed ON regardless of the thermostat settings.  My husband was an electrician, so I recognized this was a wiring issue, not a system issue. I then called them back and told them about the problem, and after a lot of begging, they finally sent another tech, who discovered that Alex had left two wires disconnected.  The second tech fixed the problem and my unit worked fine.  If I hadn't known myself that this was just a wiring issue, these people would have easily fooled me into replacing my whole system for $1000s of dollars!

I started hearing vibrating pipes in my house and quickly went to yelp to find a plumber to come diagnose the issue. I called Courtesy Plumbing because of the large number of positive reviews. Thom came out the same day I called and gave me a free estimate. Within a couple days, Thom and a team were at  my house resolving the issue. Thom was professional  and explained the plumbing issue well. Thom and the team completed the work very quickly and cleanly. Even though they had to cut through my lawn, they returned it just like it was before. I'm very happy to have found a plumbing company that can be trusted to do the job well.

I reached out on Yelp for an emergency plumber on a Sunday afternoon and received an immediate and professional response from Bob at A A Services Plumbing.   Upon arrival Bob was courteous and explained what needed to be done to resolve my immediate issue and provided suggestions and pricing to help with another issue discovered.  I will definitely keep Bob in mind for future plumbing needs and highly recommend his assistance today.

Had SJ Plumbing out to provide a second opinion on an issue, they provided an honest review and a competitive quote for the project. The project was to cut through concrete and replace a main drain fitting that was not up to code.

Dave and his company were amazing in the remodel of my grandparents' bathrooms, in a house that hadn't been touched since 1956 when they bought it.  Dave was extremely patient, good at communicating with both me (running the project from across the country) and my grandparents.  The finished product looks beautiful, and most importantly it is much safer for my grandparents.  Great work from a great company!

Our tub has been slow to drain and had gotten worse in the last few weeks. Frank was quick to respond to my messages and easy to communicate with. He came, inspected and explained to me what might be going on with my issues before giving me a quote, which was very fair compared to other quotes I've received. He was able to resolve my issues and gave me a detailed explanation on what he did and what caused the issue. Very professional and efficient! I would definitely use his services again!

The drain line for my laundry washer was almost completely closed up.  Carlos came in the very next morning gave me a quick estimate and worked on the problem immediately.  He ended up snaking my line,  adding a clean out, and replacing my hot and cold water valves because they were frozen.  Carlos gave me a reasonable price and quickly fixed my problem!   Definitely will keep his number in my back pocket.

All I need to say is that they were direct and honest with me. They came the following day and did the work in a timely manner. The price was fair and I am definitely going to call them again for all my future needs.

Dwain, and Richard at Pristine Plumbing are so nice and so professional. I never fully trusted yelp reviews until I looked into writing one myself. This is legitimate all the way. Dwain, from Pristine Plumbing did a excellent job. I highly recommend this company and Dwain. He was so professional and explained step by step of the process of fixing the plumbing disaster that I had happen at my home. The owner of this company ( Richard) is very compassionate to his clients needs. He makes sure your are well taken care of through the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use them again, if I had any plumbing needs.

I don't always post reviews but I had to post a fabulous review for Professional Plumbing, Inc. Nick was fabulous. We had two other plumbers sent by our home warranty company that were horrible and didn't correctly diagnose and/or fix the problem. Nick from Professional Plumbing correctly diagnosed the problem, fixed it very quickly, provided great customer service and the charges were very reasonable, particularly for all the attention to detail and quality workmanship. We will only ever use this company for any future plumbing needs.

Had a bad leak in my shower for months. Tried to change the stem and washer several times with no success.  All it took to fix it was advice from MikeE asking if I changed the seat. I was tempted to just have him come down to fix it, but he was very honest saying it was simple and if I could change a stem I could change a seat. I was very surprised that he did not try to sell me on coming over my house to do it and charge a fortune, which at this point I was ready to do after dealing with this problem for months. He was very knowledgeable about plumbing and very friendly to talk to.  I appreciate all his help!! Thank you!!!

Gregory was excellent.  I called with a clogged sink, and he was over in 45 minutes.  He fixed it right away for the price he quoted beforehand and also clearly explained the location of the clog and why my personal drain line cleaner wasn't up to the task.  Wish I'd called him sooner rather than spending 5 hours on a Saturday trying to clear it myself.

I called Rooter Hero at about 11 a.m. on a Wednesday morning. After giving my information to the phone representative I was told a scheduler would call me back in a few minutes. 10 minutes later the scheduler called me back and said they could have a representative at my house at 12:30 p.m. at 12:30 Sharp field technician arrived and had my shower drain completely fixed in less than 30 minutes. The fees were very reasonable and the service was outstanding! In the future Rooter hero will be my first call for all my plumbing needs.
