MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

After having a tech out to give an estimate, and being pretty annoyed by his sales tactics, and telling us something completely different than the other 2 estimates we got, (more $ of course), I decided to read these reviews. I notice that most of them talk about how thorough the tech was in explaining why certain things needing fixing or replacing. Then I read reviews for another company and, gee, none of the reviewers mentioned needing all kinds of new parts, new systems, etc. The other company seemed to come out and do what needed to be done. SC are a racket-all the hype about being so  nice, wearing booties, etc. does't really matter if you're getting totally ripped off, does it? The tech tried to tell us we needed an expensive new part in order to qualify for the PACE program, and when we balked, he tried to steer us toward their financing, at a very high interest rate. And, all this was before he had even looked at anything! Then, since he knew we were skeptical, when he did look at it, he barely glanced, then wrote an estimate on a piece of paper and gave it to us. We then called one of the other contractors who had already given an estimate, and he told us we did not need the new part and that he had already looked into the financing through PACE and we were qualified. Don't be fooled by this company-do NOT hire them without getting at least one other estimate.

We had a leaky sprinkler problem that I called courtesy plumbing over to fix after replacing the sprinkler valve myself twice. Rick came over right on time and removed the sprinkler valves and capped them off since we didn't ever use the sprinklers and they've been causing us nothing but trouble. I also asked him to check our water pressure, which he was happy to do and told me our pressure regulator wasn't working because our pressure was way too high. He was able to get that replaced same day and in a very timely manner. Unfortunately, hours after he had left, one of the caps on the sprinkler systems failed and Rick was generous enough to come back and replace it with  sturdier caps. I suspect there's a bigger issue with our irrigation system that I'll have to look into, but for now everything is working well.

Bob was a great Plummer!!! He was very nice, fair, and covid complaint! I would recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing services.

I had a clogged kitchen sink drain.  I tried Drano and a sink plunger which didn't work so I looked up some videos and took apart the pipes to try to clear it myself, but it turned out the clog was deeper into the walls and couldn't be reached without better tools.  I was panicking.  I came to Yelp and requested a quote from several businesses, to which I received about six replies, each of them saying something to the effect of let's set up an appointment since we can't give an estimate until we come see the problem or you probably want a hydro-jet to really clear the debris.  I hate it when I get these types of replies.  I understand a problem may have larger underlying issues that may complicate things, but at this point all I'm looking for is a very rough estimate.  So I was going through the list of all the local plumbers, and found SJ Plumbing.  In addition to the glowing reviews from others, reading the About the Business section compelled me to give them a call.  

John quoted a rough estimate, just like I wanted, without trying to sell me services I may not even need, and said he can probably squeeze me in the same day.  He showed up about an hour later, checked out the clog, and cleared it in no more than 15 mins, and even took the time to educate me on how to prevent and clear future clogs.  When I tried to pay him his quoted amount, he refused and lowered the bill, saying the job was relatively simple and it wouldn't be right to accept the full quoted amount.  That is mind-blowing to me.  This guy is so honest and thoughtful of his customers, it felt like it was a family member or an old friend helping out.

I am so glad to find Alex with his team for remodeled my two bathrooms, the tile guy Ray his did a very nice job on the tile work , Rafa did all the work from demo, plumbing , electric , painting , installed etc , he is very nice guy , patient, keep out dust out , even jump in and out over the window every time .Their professor attitudes worth to try.

Quick service, honest and professional. Was referred by C&C plumbing.  Earl and Rob called me with a quick text. Got to my home  in an hour to clear main pipe clogged. Will guarantee work for 30 days.

Came downstairs to find our dining room flooded this morning and realized the hot water pipe under our wet bar sink had sprung a leak that shutting the valve didn't stop. I called up the first result on yelp for plumber in Irvine (Pristine Plumbing) and am so glad I did. When the earliest estimate for someone coming over was hours away, Denise called around and found a technician who could be here within the hour. Dwayne came with a mask, gloves, even his own boot covers(!) and quickly assessed the trouble. He was happy to quote several different approaches we might take, all for a very reasonable price, and also gave us information on some updates we might consider making in the future. Once he got to work he was quick, professional, and friendly. I could not be happier with this entire experience. We'll be sure to use Pristine Plumbing again the next time we need any help!

Kody quickly answered my request for a quote, and set up a quick call to go over the details of my requests (installing a water filtration system, w/ new piping). He really seemed to have a solid game plan for what the best solution was and walked me through it, which other plumbing services did not do. On the job, Kody and his partner were friendly, professional, and clear with what they planned to do. The end product looked great, clean, and worked just how I wanted it to, would highly recommend these guys!

Arrived as promised and did the work we discussed over the phone quickly and efficiently. As the service call was $90 which included an hour of work and there was still time left when the original job was done I had them do one other bit of work for me.

Cleaned up what mess they made and was very courteous, could not ask for better service.

I've used Clean-Out King's twice and I have to say they are fantastic!!  They were on time (actually early), they did a superb job, and did not nickle and dime me.  When Daniel (I think that was his name) came out yesterday he honored the price Bobby gave me for the kitchen drain clean out he gave me a month earlier.  He explained something that could be done in the future but did not think it needed to be done yesterday.  I appreciated that. he didn't take advantage.  Both of them were very nice and friendly.

Carla is amazing! Very knowledgeable and fast. She installed our 5 step whole house water filter from Aquasana for a great price. We called for the estimate 5 other companies and nobody would give us  strait answer how much they would charge us and when they arrived and saw a  bigger house the ballpark estimate usually doubled.. We were also told it will take them 1 and half day to install.
Carla was done in few hours. This company has integrity and they earned our loyalty. I recommend them to all my friends.

Luciano and Phil fixed my issue quickly and efficiently.  They even showed up 20 minutes early! It's been less than 24 hours since I reached out for a quote and my repair is already complete.  They made the process very easy.  I'd recommend them to anyone else that needs plumbing work done.

When I remodeled our home, I had to fire the contactor-Ken Chau-don't use him. He uses unlicensed subs, doesn't pay them, cuts corners, is dishonest , and couldn't swing a hammer efficiently if his life depended on it.
I was lucky enough to get the max from both his bonds, which was a blessing. However, it didn't come close to the losses of time and money I lost due to Ken Chau's  dishonesty and incompetence. The Contractors State License Board estimated I lost between 65-65 thousand dollars after the bond paid. That was my fault for putting in too much money up front.

Chau, of course, used an unlicensed 'plumber'. The young man tried his best. However, he just didn't have the funds from Chau  and couldn't do the job correctly.  He had hammered and dented hopper plumbing lines, faked completed lines to fool inspectors, and tried every cheap trick you can imagine.  I have photos!!!

U brought in DeVinney Plumbing!  They saved, salvaged, and perfected our project!!!  You can't get any better!!!

Extremely satisfied with the customer service and level of quality from these guys, from the estimate to the execution of the job... They were the only ones responsive to my Yelp inquiries during which I'm sure was a busy heatwave season, and gave reasonable pricing among different tier options... When they came they were super friendly, clean, and quick. They even neatly trimmed the side of a tree for me that would have otherwise been obstructing airflow for the unit. The whole process was as painless as can be... I would definitely recommend!
