I called Steve for a quote on a late Friday afternoon to replace our washer's hot and cold valves. He asked me to text him a picture and in minutes I got a response with options. Jesse arrived late Monday morning, knocked it out and left the area clean. Highly recommend!

We called Winters Plumbing because we had a leak after I over tightened a water supply line and mucked up the threads when installing a new faucet.
Isaiah came to our rescue. He did such a fabulous job and in a short amount of time. Very polite and knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

I called Coopers after the contractor my home warranty company sent missed two appointments.  Mr Cooper (I'm guessing) arrived on time for the initial appointment and carried his briefcase like an OG salesman - I actually appreciate a simple old school approach!  I purchased the softener for about the same amount my warranty company had paid me for - and knowing warranty companies, they nickel and dime, so the price from Cooper's was great.  The guy came to install a few days later - I had to schedule a time when I could work from home, otherwise, they could have done it the next day - setup was quick and easy and the tech was polite and explained everything I needed to know!  Highly recommend!

Hope Plumbing is our absolute go-to for all things plumbing. This old house needs a special kind of love - the kind of love that Hope Plumbing gives freely.  I was pumped to be able to entertain Tyler M. (Hope Employee extraordinaire) for the past 2 days while he went above and beyond to address multiple plumbing issues in our home. From my first frantic call to schedule until Tyler walked out the door, communication and professionalism has been a common thread.  I always knew what to expect and when - the work was top notch  - and the price was fair.  We will never hesitate to call on Hope for all future needs.

We had a clog in the line running from the washer to our exit pipes, and of course one never discovers this until the next wash day.  I REALLY wanted to get this fixed SAME DAY so we could proceed with the wash - Grateful Plumber promised to arrive within 5 hours, and called me in 3 hours ready to come.  I wasn't home yet; they used the combination I gave them and were in and out before I got back.  Solid price, EXCELLENT service. They rock.

I use Chapman for my Heating and they are great. I had a plumbing problem and not knowing who to call called Chapman and couldn't be more pleased. They sent a fellow named Bill who was great. Very friendly and had the job done in an hour and it is perfect. I have found Chapman to be reliable, honest, and very professional.

My experience with this company was very pleasant and professional. I initiated a request for someone to come out online and was called the following weekday. The plumber was extremely courteous and professional.

Mike built us a trash can cabinet  for under our counter. He was on time, reasonably priced, and did great work. It looks like it was part of the original kitchen floor plan. We plan on using him  for several other projects.

Contacted Bob twice about scheduling a time to come out to 2 separate properties. He said he would contact the tenants to set up the appointments but never did. Didn't respond to follow up texts either. Not sure why he would agree to do something and then not follow through.

In response- why did you not notify me? Why did you not respond to my text for an update?

After another plumbing company came out and misdiagnosed where the source of a leak was, I called Howald. Austin responded immediately and came out within an hour. It turned out to be an issue for HVAC and not plumbing. Dan from HVAC was on call for the weekend and came out the same evening. He quickly found the problem and fixed it. So thankful for the intelligent employees at Howald!

When we purchased our house, one of our toilets were not set, one was running, our radon system wasn't attached and our water shut off was on the basement ceiling (who puts it there?). Aaron came out and fixed all our needs reran our water shut off to a side wall so all can reach it. He was great and personable. We ended up signing up for their 1 year service plan and are glad we did! Aaron is super personable and helped us understand the issues that were going on. We feel confident knowing we have plumbing heating paramedics when we need them.

Replaced and rerouted exterior faucet  and installed new kitchen faucet. Extremely nice people concerned with providing good service and respectful of property.

GREAT, QUICK and CHEAPER!  I try to provide credit where credit is due and we called several places on short notice.  They quoted substantially less, showed up the same day and did a great job.  I don't want to name names as to the others, but PLEASE check them out even if you're in a hurry - they're good, cost effective and saved me a ton. I will be a return customer.

Complete bums. Had a service call for no heat. Was 5 hours late. Quoted a new system for $10,000. Another company came out and did a $257 repair and it's good as new. Crooks!

My parents and I got a flyer from Action Air for their different services. These include Water Heater, Drain Cleaning, Sewer Water Line, and others. We recently encountered a clog with a kitchen sink, and thought to give their service a try.

Scheduled an appointment for them to come and diagnose the issue. Their phone service is a bit weird, they have an operator to take phone calls, and someone will call back. This seems inefficient to me, but different business, different operations. When the plumber went out take a look, their diagnosis was they are unable to run the drain machine, and frozen pipes. They mentioned to me that they might need to replace the pipes and plumbing. They said they will consult with their boss for a quote during business hours.

That's understandable, but I wanted to try someone else. So I called for a second opinion, and was actually referred to a company named Commercial Sewer Cleaning. They said they also had a lot of calls ahead and might not be the same day, but left my number. They actually called back the same day, and was able to come take a look at the clog as well. I told them the diagnosis from Action Air, but they told me that shouldn't be the issue. The current piping might be old, but it does have insulation and is not exposed to the elements. They were later on able to snake the pipe and clear it up.

So Action Air gave me the wrong diagnosis. It seems like they want more work and money to replace the pipes. Which would still not resolve the issue cause there will be no change to the clog further down the pipe. To me, their plumbers do not seem to have the knowledge and experience of how to correctly diagnose problems, and it is unprofessional.

Our shower would not turn off. We had to shut the water off for the entire house. Nick was able to rebuild the faucet for us and we are up and running again. I would recommend Summers if your looking for a reliable, reasonably priced plumber.

Peterman offers a 'membership' in which you pay a monthly fee and get certain perks.  This review is written because I told Peterman to cancel my membership in this 'club' and they never did.  When I called to ask about this, I was transferred to a manager who asked me when I made the request. Amazingly, I did remember when: it was four months earlier. He said he would review the call and get back to me. He did. He said he listened to the tape and that I did, in fact, request cancelation. But since I never confirmed this in writing he could not refund my fees.  Did he also need it notarized?

Unrelatedly, one of their plumbers told my tenant that a clog was due to a feminine hygiene product being flushed down the toilet. Common enough. He then told the tenant not to flush used toilet paper down the toilet either!  For God's sake, why would anyone, much less a plumber, recommend that?  Maybe the tenant should save all the used toilet paper for Peterman to come pick up.
