I am so glad we called Plumbing & Heating Paramedics. They came out the next day, our system was done, old. Brian quickly found the problem and the system needed replaced. He repaired our system to keep us comfortable until the new system was installed, even offered to come out if it stopped. We had choices in our system. I explained how the current location of the outdoor unit disturbed our sleep and they moved for us! Our new system was installed within a week. The installation crew was excellent, foot protectors, and complete clean up! They gave us a tutorial plus set it up through our phone. Excellent Job!!

The shower faucet in one of your bathrooms was stuck with the water turned on. Long story short we could not turn it off and essentially had to turn the main water off to our house. I contacted a couple other plumbers who gave me quotes that were pretty expensive. I contacted Steve at 10 pm not expecting a response. He contacted me within 5 mins, had me send him photos, and the first option he provided me was cost effective and a 1/4 gift price and work of the other quotes I received. While he did offer the same options as the other quotes -which came with a higher price, he assured me it was not necessary. He sent Jesse, who was awesome! My dog loved him too. He knew exactly what to do do, showed me the issue, and had it fixed quickly. Jesse was very polite and had great customer service! He did an excellent job! Honestly I cringe when I think of having any independent contractor come to fix something in my home but Its a relieve to know I can trust Steve Morin Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future. I haven't used Cooper's for any repairs but, I was impressed with their trustworthy customer service. I had reached out via Yelp to ask for a quote on a possible water softener repair. Craig replied promptly, asked some general questions about what issues I am currently seeing and our current model and advised me on what possible issues I may be experiencing. He advised that they wouldn't be appropriate for my issue. This prompted further investigation on my part which lead to a slab leak rather than a water softener issue. I really appreciated the advice and his thoroughness. It saved me an unnecessary service cost and time. I know who I'll be calling in the future if we do run into any water softener issues.

Adam and his helper at Grateful Plumber were beyond anything I could've hoped for! We had a cracked toilet flange in a concrete slab, in a small space. Howald provided exceptional service again. Howald is our go-to for our HVAC needs including replace our complete system 5 years ago. We had a plumbing issues so I called them. Wow!! They were able to address our shower issue in one call and serviced our other shower as well. I thought it was a valve issue, but their technician (Sam) determined it was a completely clogged filter. We have used Maxwell Plumbing for several things. We do not often recommend people but he is good at it all! Customer service, reliable, cleans up after the job is done. Knowledgeable! Gave us options on what to do, very happy with results. Our daughter bought an older home, he worked with her and got everything upto code and fixed. Also, did a new bathroom re design for some friends of ours.

Tho I'm not well versed in any technical plumbing words, Adam knew what I was referring to & what I knew was needed but couldn't say it to remedy our situation. Per then sweating v Pex. These words mean something else to me :). I never felt as if Adam was trying to talk over my head or trying to make a fast buck. Thank you so much Adam! With supply chain issues, gas prices, & etc being what each Hoosier is dealing with today or trying to, these folks at A Team Plumbing Company understood this as well. Things happened that prevented us from hiring this company. Adam's follow ups made a positive impression on me personally. This impression is why I'm writing this today. I've spoken to this owner, Adam. The vibes I received from him & his team are similar to the set of standards I have for myself. Having it extended back to me without knowing another IRL or conducting paid business with them says more to a person like me.
I know most definitely if or when I need Adam's expertise at A Team Plumbing Company, he will immediately contact me back to set it up. I will be happy in doing so.

The only reason I will not give Godby five stars, I'll explain later. Air conditioner went out in my home. Godby has serviced my home before, so I gave them a call. A technician came out, and told me it was the furnace. It was the original furnace that came with the house, so I figured it was time to replace it. The person I spoke with to set up the appointment was very kind and got my appointment set up for the next day. She also gave me a window as to how long the job would take. The next day came and I received a call from Deacon telling me that they are on the way. Soon after, Deacon and Joe was at my door. They introduced themselves, and came in. Right away they got started on removing the old one and in with the new one. During that time, Joe came upstairs and put in the new thermostat. He told me that when they were finished, he'd explain the new functions on it (digital, touch screen, Bluetooth, very cool!). Not long after, they called me downstairs and the job was done. Joe came with me back upstairs and explained in detail the use of the new thermostat. During the time in my home, both guys were very professional, courtious and easy to get along with. Great job guys. As they were leaving, I asked for a business card. They said they didn't have cards of their own. Godby, get your technicians business cards!
Now, the only reason for the 4 stars was because I had to have a very minor adjustment made. Without calling, the guy just showed up! I could see that he was from Godby by his vehicle and shirt, but didn't tell me who He was. He got the job done quickly and was nice, but gave no heads up that he was on his way.

Cost competitive, great value and fantastic service quality!
My central air failed about a month ago - compressor bearing. I spoke with several companies and Action Air came out on top for a number of reasons:
1. They were able to provide some rough estimates over the phone - not commitments - just estimates.
2. They provided several ideas about what I could check before diving into a new system
3. Their contract for equipment and service and warranty is clear, concise and simple - no fine print
4. They didn't miss a single commitment on getting the job done.
5. Their costs were competitive - and they were transparent about them.
How their competitors operate:
In my experience with (all) other HVAC companies, they will not provide any cost estimates without a home visit which they charge for - usually around $80. This cost is then voided if you buy from them. For me, I paid another company the $80 for the service call, then they quoted me 20% more for the system. The worst is when the service provider does the service call, but they have to send a sales person in for the quote. This NVA overhead ultimately gets paid by the end customer (see 20% higher cost above). This sales approach is so 1990s. Hey, let's figure out a way to get paid for our sales effort... our service call will get us in the door, we'll hook the customer by agreeing to wave the charge if they buy from us and then hike our prices to pay for commissions, overhead, etc. This is a formula that is one-way transnational and kills any hope for an ongoing customer relationship. Do they really think their customers are not sophisticated enough to get this?
So in the end, Action Air is the best HVAC service I have ever experienced. Pretty cool.

I have used Peterman for my rental properties and normally have great service. However recently I have had many issues. As a landlord, it is in the notes of every service request to call the landlord to approve of services and let them know what was done or what additional work will need to be done. Peterman did not contact me after leaving one of my tenants house, and only sent me an email after hours stating that they were not able to get her heat working and would need me to reach out the following day schedule the repair work. This is also a day after the Technican first repaired the unit and it failed again. If I had not reached out to my tenant after hours of not hearing back from the technican, I would have no knowledge that my tenant was being left without heat overnight in December. Additionally, Peterman cannot give me any sort of time frame on when they will be back there to complete the repairs. I understand that with supply shortages and things it can take a little bit of time to recieve parts, however providing no information to your customers and simply stating that someone will be reaching out within 48+ hours is simply not okay. I understand that sometimes things like this cannot be fixed immediately, but to have NO call from the technican letting me know the tenant will be left with no heat for who knows how long and to have to wait with no time frame or communication as to how long they will leave the tenant without heat is not okay. It took a whole week for Peterman to get back out there (it is still not fixed, I am writing this AFTER I called them to see when they would be back out). A whole week and I have had to call once a day to make sure that they are still working on it after repeatedly asking Peterman to call me and keep me updated. This has been an extremely frustrating process.
