Best Pipe Repair in Indianapolis IN
Dan came out the next morning to diagnose the leak in my front yard. He was very professional, nice, and good at communicating the issues. They ended up not doing the repair because the problem was with the irrigation system. I would use them in a heart beat next time I need plumbing work done! Highly recommend.

I use Chapman for my Heating and they are great. I had a plumbing problem and not knowing who to call called Chapman and couldn't be more pleased. They sent a fellow named Bill who was great. Very friendly and had the job done in an hour and it is perfect. I have found Chapman to be reliable, honest, and very professional.

We have used Bob as our plumber for a few years now. He has always been honest, knowledgable and reasonably priced. We will continue to use him as our plumber as long as he is around. Highly recommended.
Plus, his name reminds you of Bob the Builder, and who doesn't like that?

I cannot rave about them enough! We scheduled the installation of our gas water heater for 1-3. The gentleman were here at 12:15 and were very professional. They reviewed the cost that we were quoted and honored the quote even though it was off. They quickly installed the new heater and hauled off the old one with the cardboard box from the new one. They shared maintenance information to keep the new one in shape. Brandon and Todd did an amazing job!

I have been using PHP for several years now. They have the best technicians, very professional and knowledgeable. They are not the cheapest out there, but it's absolutely worth it for the amazing work they provide.
Here is my story: I recently purchased an older home that came with a Home Warranty; two months later, my AC unit stopped working in the middle of August (great timing!). I called HWA to send a technician for a fix. It took him 10 business day to order the defective piece (all this while my family is suffering from the wonderful heat); finally, the technician came and installed the defective piece only to make the AC work and stop every 10 minutes or so. At that point, I was already agitated, and totally furious; not only I had to wait for 12 days, but my AC was still not functioning properly. Finally I called HWA and demanded that I use my own contractor. It was on a Sunday afternoon, I called PHP and a technician came within 30 minutes; figured out what the problem was, ordered the piece and came back the following day to install it. What a prompt and professional service. The AC was fixed and was fixed in less than 24 hours.
Since then, I called PHP to check my plumbing, heating, and they recently cleaned my ducts (new service they started offering), I couldn't believe the amount of dust they collected after 6 hours of hard work.

We are in the middle of moving and fulfilling all repairs needed to be done before the new buyers close on the house. Steve was incredibly responsive and provided a quote in a matter of minutes. We were on the schedule quickly and the work that was done was thorough and at a very fair price. Thank you so much for the making the repairs flawless, quick, and being communicable! I highly recommend these licensed professionals for your plumbing needs and will continue to use them for any future issues!

Winter's Plumbing was such an interesting mix of great and not-so-great. I've contacted them twice; they are routinely more quickly available than most other plumbers, which is great as plumbing is always urgent. The first time, another plumber was available same day (unusual). The second time in need, Winters was available the following morning, which was excellent. It even made me look past Winters' $239 price for clearing a bathroom sink clog: perhaps it was that high because the work would be on a Saturday. And when I called back and mentioned that I had Covid but would stay out of circulation, it didn't phase Winters. Amazing. They promised arrival 9 AM, called at 8 AM to tell us they'd be there promptly at 9:00, and they were. Superb. Wore booties, checked everything out, and went to work. UNFORTUNATELY: they couldn't clear the clog. (Yes, we have an old house but I don't believe we've ever had a plumber who couldn't clear the line.
Can't say they didn't try: Vacuum hose: no. Small snake: no. Large snake: oops, too large Small Snake: machine locked up, started smoking. 1+ hour and a few calls to HQ, no success. Leaving our front door open multiple times wasn't good (very active cats). A request that I pay 1/2 now and 1/2 when they fixed it on Tuesday: I had to firmly pass. An explanation of what they would do on Tuesday: didn't give me confidence. Final outcome: I proposed paying their entire service charge (a much lower-than-market $39, nice) and letting them spend Tuesday on other customers: accepted. Again, a real mix of very good and not very good, from very nice people.

These guys are great. I came back home from a 3 day road trip and held my poop in the whole time because I didn't want to use a yucky gas station dumper. When I made it home I showed no mercy to the toilet and let loose. This was not smart because I completely flooded the toilet and it was clogged. I called these fellas up and they fixed it right up and everything is working again.

Replaced and rerouted exterior faucet and installed new kitchen faucet. Extremely nice people concerned with providing good service and respectful of property.

First time we used Big Frog Plumbing based on a recommendation and we were not disappointed. Scott arrived on time and was very pleasant. He came up with a solution that eliminated the need to cut into our drywall. Impressive! We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Had their tech out for just a service call tune up on their promotion. He said that we needed a contactor and a capacitor. Quoted 203.00 per part. Got offended when I said I wanted to look up parts price before purchasing. I asked if I found the parts if they would install he said no. I found both parts online and cost me about 60 for both including shipping. He tried to convince me that I needed to buy his parts because if I needed a new unit he would credit me back the cost of the parts. I asked who I would talk to about cost of a new unit - of course it was him. So a tech who is also your sales rep means they want the sale more than they want to give you good service. I was mislead by all the positive reviews.

After having a horrible experience with the big local plumber, we called Weilhammer and had a great experience! We had two toilets running, and they were prompt to respond, on time, and a fraction of the price the other guys wanted to charged!
We have recommended them to several friends after my parents made the same mistake with the other company.
Thanks again!!

Jimmie Self with Who's Our Plumber is one of the most honest, fair, diligent, and knowledgeable plumbing contractors I have ever worked with. I have hired Jimmie to work on my own house multiple times, and including 2 slab leaks that required the excavation of a portion of my garage, porch, sidewalk, and the installation of a brand new service line. The company was not only diligent in completing the work, but also great at communicating with the my insurance company directly. I recommend Who's your plumber to all of my real estate clients, friends, and family, and everyone has had an excellent experience related to timely service, pricing, and having their plumbing problem solved.

I needed my garbage disposal changed. Showed up on time on a Saturday wearing a mask, friendly, professional, completed the job fast and cleaned everything behind. My experience was just perfect I guess.

I had a major hot water tank leak. David responded quickly to my request and was able to come out the next day. He kept me informed as to when he would arrive so I was able to get other things done as opposed to being stuck waiting. He was courteous and thorough and talked me through all my options. I needed a new tank and he went and got what was needed even though it was almost 5pm and came back and finished the job so we could have hot water that night. He made sure my utility area was clean and tidy after he completed the job and I very much appreciated that he stayed until 7 pm to take care of my issue. The price was reasonable and the service was great.

I highly recommend Hope Plumbing. On a Sunday night we realized our basement was flooding from our water heater. They sent someone out Monday morning and we had a new water heater that day. They also fixed other issues in our utility room due to the builder not installing correctly. Hopefully this will save us money in the future. Everyone we worked with were professional and easy to communicate with.

Thank you Godby for coming out in an emergency call. I had no air conditioning and my 90 year old mother coming to my house. Adam fixed the problem in a very professional manner. A big, big thank you to Stephanie for her patience and calmness. You told me you would see it through and you did. Thank you.

Our technician, Jeremy, was very punctual. When he came in he immediately put his orange booties on and went to work. He was very professional in his inspection and confirmed what we already knew in one bathroom. With the exception of the one bathroom we passed the inspection. Jeremy gave us helpful advice in the settings on our water heater. Once done with the inspection I asked him if he could repair the problem in the guest bathroom and he said he could, and he did. Even with the help of one of our five cats. We have dealt with this company several times now and am very pleased with their services.

I scheduled appointment to have my sink drain cleared (of a clog). I was told that a solution was not guaranteed, and I did not have a problem with that. I felt confident that snaking it would clear it (as I had previous experience with the same issue).
On arrival, the person (who referred to his qualifications as an apprentice)
asked me to sign a form Waiving All Liability for whatever might happen--for instance if he should happen to break off the snake cable within my pipes and couldn't get it out. He seemed like a nice person, but I told him that I would not sign that form, and he phoned his boss who told him not to do the job. I asked him if Peterman Brothers was insured, and he told me that they were. However, if Peterman Brothers is not willing to stand behind the work of their apprentice, then should they send them to work on my house? I have NEVER had any company who has done work around my house ask me to sign a waiver like that. Not even the company that cleared the drain for me previously, who has since retired. Incidentally, the apprentice still wanted to be paid, and I think that his boss should pay him something for his time since he told him not to do the job.
I hope that what I have explained is insightful in illustrating how Peterman Brothers is able to offer competitive prices in their coupons and advertisements. They send out people that they are not willing to stand behind who lack depth in their field. Even if, they are unable to solve a problem (for whatever reason), they get paid anyway--and they assume, no liability. How great of a business model is that? On the average, it probably works out for many people. Call me old-fashioned, but its not for me.

Lauren, which of my comments about my experience yesterday with Peterman Brothers do you have doubt about being factual? You may verify my story directly with Dorjan J., who seemed like a very nice young man--at least younger than me--ha. I've since had my drain cleared/snaked so I really have no current technical issue for Peterman Brothers to assist me with. But I believe that it is only fair to inform all potential customers that they may/will be asked to sign a waiver of liability BEFORE the time that the apprentice shows up at their door--in fact before they schedule an appointment! Please correct me if I am mistaken, but I believe nothing about this is written on your coupons or at your website. I have never had an HVAC business ask me to sign a waiver of liability. The closest thing I can think of is buying a used car as is--which seems to be the norm in that industry--but not the norm in HVAC, to the best of my knowledge. As I wrote earlier in more detail, Peterman Brothers has an interesting business model, one that seems unique in HVAC.
Update: By the way, I took another look at the coupons that they send to me in the mail. In the fine print it indicates that you must own your home. That seemed strange to me when I read it the first time, but in retrospect I think that I understand. The reason must be that if you don't own the home then you probably lack the legal *authority* to waive their liability. Nothing like I having a contractor who wants to play games with you from the get-go, huh? I don't call that transparency. I want a contractor who seem more like an ally than a potential adversary. You can find all too many instances of the latter if you read many of the review here.
One of my relatives referred to their technicians as SALESnicians because they wanted to replace the entire HVAC system rather than replace a dead motor a little over 10 years ago. We simply replaced the motor and the system is running fine. Yes, there have been 2 minor repairs since then, but my point is that the system was not worn out and Peterman's was in too big of a hurry to create a $10K+ expense for us. Together, the 2 repairs I mentioned cost less than $600. I hope that this is helpful to you! Don't hesitate to get a second opinion.

I don't recommend this company, we hired this company, they went there and did not complete the job. We and found out from the plumbing company spoke to the tenant and mentioned that the landlord was not willing to fix everything, NOT TRUE!
I could never do business with this company after hearing this from the tenant, absolutely unacceptable.
Go somewhere else!
