Best Drain Installation in Indianapolis IN
They arrived in masks for COVID, which was important to me. Excellent work, very polite and professional. Work done in a timely manner. They are now the company that I will call for all of my plumbing needs.

We had a emergency situation at the house, backed up drain in the basement with flooding. Seriously 24-7 was the first people we contacted. They were very quick to get to the house, around 90 minutes. Great response time. The technician was very friendly and explained everything that we needed to know.
The situation was taken care of, basement drained nicely and couldn't be more happy with the service we received.

Great communication (texts confirming appointment time and when plumber was on the way), on time (or even early! - called first to confirm availability), professional demeanor, gave options to repair and/or replace, left repair area clean. Plus - we're back to taking hot showers again! Very satisfied!

My first time using this company. I can say that I am impressed with the quality of work. There was a kitchen drain that was giving me problems and their plumber provided an easy fix. I do appreciate the technician's knowledge and communication style. He was able to provide me quotes for other services I want in the future. I am excited to add this company to my list of servicers.

Didn't fix my issue. I fixed it my self. Save your money. They were to set up our new washer dryer, but didn't remove the bolts that hold the drum to the washer in place. They could of broke our new washer.

Have used them a few times, and they have consistently had experienced, quality technicians come out. My most recent experiences with them were for plumbing issues -- one bathroom and one kitchen issue -- and they came promptly and did a good job, even when one of the situations involved some trouble-shooting. Solid, trustworthy business. Would absolutely recommend them.

BUYER BEWARE!! We called this company to assist with a leak in our shower. We had used them before and felt they were fair in their pricing. This time however, they gave an estimate of costs at nearly $2000 to repair a cracked valve. We were surprised at how high the estimate was. Feeling uneasy about the cost, my husband did a little research. He discovered that the valve had a free lifetime replacement warranty. My husband ordered the part from Delta and they shipped the valve to us free of charge. It cost us a little under $100 to repair the whole issue, including replacing the drywall we had to cut out to access the pipes. Needless to say, we felt they were less than honest in their estimate. Additionally, when the tech was in our home, he was commenting about our need to upgrade our water softener and HVAC systems for efficiency purposes, which are still running and in good repair.
After providing us the estimate, the tech never returned to pick up the tools he left at our home. He also didn't clean up the mess he created when he made additional cuts into our drywall when evaluating the cause of the leak. We cannot recommend this plumbing company. If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would.

Excellent to work with. Came out same day for a broken sump pump and they quickly replaced it for a reasonable price. I will use them again.

Jimmie Self with Who's Our Plumber is one of the most honest, fair, diligent, and knowledgeable plumbing contractors I have ever worked with. I have hired Jimmie to work on my own house multiple times, and including 2 slab leaks that required the excavation of a portion of my garage, porch, sidewalk, and the installation of a brand new service line. The company was not only diligent in completing the work, but also great at communicating with the my insurance company directly. I recommend Who's your plumber to all of my real estate clients, friends, and family, and everyone has had an excellent experience related to timely service, pricing, and having their plumbing problem solved.

I had an issue with my water softener. I gave Bob a call and he helped me troubleshoot and resolve the issue. He's honest and not trying to oversell. I would highly recommend Bob. Great guy!

They were able to send someone out the same day which was wonderful. Grant was very professional & nice. He was able to replace the water shut off valve which had broken & that was worth the visit. But he didn't fix the leak in our toilet. He thought he had but it was leaking again within a couple of days. I totally understand that he couldn't loosen the 23 year old bolts but do feel like he could've sealed it which is what I'm getting ready to do. Just need it to hold until the world is back to normal & it can be replaced.

Literally owe them big time! We had no water on Christmas- until A-Team came and saved the day! Literally felt like they should have had superhero capes on! It was Christmas! I felt horrible that they were missing time from their family. They came and fixed our busted pipe so that we could have water! Not being able to flush toilets and wash hands on Christmas was brutal- so we are very thankful to everyone who was involved. From our family to yours, Thanks a ton!!!!

Our house has an area where the laundry and the kitchen drains meet before heading into the main. With the grease from the kitchen and the lint from laundry when clogs form they are bad. Within 20 minutes our drain was running and it was under what other companies had quoted us. He even told me about a future problem that was starting from a neighbors tree. Professional with a great sense of humor they made the whole situation just a little less painful. Thanks guys.

They were polite and great at communicating when their technicians would arrive. However like many others have pointed out their quotes are grossly inflated.
When I called to schedule an appointment the person I spoke with on the phone said it would be $89 to have someone come out and take a look but we could apply the fee towards the work if we decided to move forward. After our technician visited today, we not only received quotes for items that we didn't ask about (sump pump) but the work we did request was quoted as a worst case scenario. Why would that be if you physically came out and looked at the work we are asking for ? Then when I decided not to go with the quotes the $89 was $135 because be had to get a tape measure and Measure ? To add insult to injury, the website claims free diagnostics very confused as to how anyone would know that there were extra charges for taking measurements or any other extra steps to provide a quote that isn't an actual quote. The technician mentioned we could call back if we got a better price and they could work with us ... yeah definitely not going to waste my time. I'm already out $135.

I have nothing against the work the plumbers did but the way they conducted business. I was quoted 150 an hour and was told the job might take a few hours. That is fine and all. I paid the bill which they did not go over with me to explain the break down of what I was being charged. I looked over the breakdown of bill they emailed me the next day due to working night shift. I was charged over 200 an hour for 3hour which they were only there for two hours. I called and they acknowledged they lied about their time and refunded for the extra hour. Also surprise they charge 155 an hour per plumber which was never mentioned when I got the quote for the work. I feel the company should have been transparent and up front and honest about how they charge not after the work is done. That was the whole point in getting the quote so I as a single person could prepare for the very large bill. I would never go to them again for any plumbing issues due the dishonesty!

Okay, I'm dropping summers. I've had them for three years, never payed any attention just blindly trusted them. But and however, my furnace had a yearly checkup, they told me everything looks fine but considering it's age, it probably would be a good idea on replacing it before it goes out and doing it soon as possible because of the pandemic scheduling and prices. I said I'll think about it... They leave and I notice the heater isn't coming on. I called them back telling them it hasn't worked since they inspected it. They come back, take an hour looking at it and tell me they think it's dead, the main board is fried and the only way to know would be to order another board and swap them out but that would cost me nearly $1,000 so I'm probably better off just replacing it and they quoted me new ones.
Well, I ended up paying another company to come out to look it over because I didn't like how convenient it stopped working after they inspected it and tried selling me a new one felt to me. This guy came out for $85 fee and told me within 5min it was just the capacitor and replaced it for $30 while laughing at summers maintenance guys at what they said and did and missed, and like magic it works like a champ again.
Be warned, about summers watch them. I had this feeling before when my AC was inspected and plumbing. Now I know I was right about them. Because this whole new team that came doing the follow up home inspection just made them embarrassingly exposed and looking like con artist.

Company website appears to change every few days, and critical reviews seem miraculously to disappear, so I am writing this review in the hope that it sticks around. Please do not use or trust this company. They did bad work at my property replacing a water line, and charged me a lot for the privilege. They bust the sewer line in the process, which wasn't surprising given the speed at which they worked. When I asked questions, I was not taken seriously. I was promised a refund for diagnostic work performed on the sewer line by another company after Peterman bust it, but have not heard a thing from them about this refund. To their credit, Peterman Brothers did come and repair the sewer line, at which point it became apparent that the first two technicians really should've spotted the damage before filling the trench back in.... Horrible sales pitch, which involved getting me to pay money upfront to secure the spot, which raised alarm bells that I foolishly ignored. I should have waited a week longer for a decent company to do this work for me. I repeat: please avoid this company. I wish I were in San Francisco, but unfortunately I am in Bloomington, IN.
