Water heater replacement. Best price, quick response. Jesse on site, very professional, quick (in and out in about an hour). Highly recommended. Will use them again.

We called Winters Plumbing because we had a leak after I over tightened a water supply line and mucked up the threads when installing a new faucet.
Isaiah came to our rescue. He did such a fabulous job and in a short amount of time. Very polite and knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
Great attitude, friendly and a nice guy to boot.
I would suggest Isaiah and Winters Plumbing to anyone.
Terrific company with great employees!

Excellent service. I waited 2 days for a call back from Culligan and finally gave up and found Coopers online thanks to their great reviews. I have to add mine to them. They installed a brand new system in my new hone 2 days later and it was less cost then me buying a system myself to have installed. This is a great family business! Much appreciated! Good job. Thank you!

I had noticed water dripping onto my downstairs ceiling from an upstairs toilet and was a bit unnerved. I called Hope Plumbing, who I had found through an online search and read a few reviews. They did not disappoint.
They were able to work within my schedule, which was very important for me as I had a few days off around Christmas. And when there was a scheduling conflict because a job went longer than expected, Hope kept me informed the whole day and charged me less for the trip charge since the technician could not make it within the agreed upon time window.
When the Technician did arrive, he reassured me that it would most likely be a simple fix and presented me with a few options to either have the toilet replaced or just repair the seal. There was no pressure one way or the other. I chose just to repair the seal and the technician had the job done within the hour.
The only bad thing is that I couldn't convince him to paint the ceiling for me. :) Go with Hope for your plumbing needs, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

My rating is for the business not the guy doing the work. Emergency call. I know that's expensive but price was shocking! Then I was told had to pay up front. I questioned the policy. I said I would be glad to pay as soon as the work was done. That was unacceptable to them.
Owner Jason called me and essentially told me that I was the problem, that he has never, ever (100% of the time) had anyone remotely question payment up front. Now he's either been in business for a week (which does not appear to be the case) or he's lying. He had me over a barrel and he was willing to take advantage of me. He told me he would just have his guys leave.
Not wanting to inconvenience anyone I begrudgingly agreed to payment up front because I could challenge a credit card charge if necessary.
He then sent me an estimate to do work that said this is an estimate but not a guarantee of all the fees. I agree to pay any and all fees for project. I chose not to sign.
The on site guy did the work IN LESS THAN 20 MINUTES and charged me almost $500! I understand emergency premiums but this reaches to the level of obscene pricing.
If you call this place, do so at your own peril. They might care about plumbing and their own bank account but they sure as hell don't care about you or what you think. There are much better options out there.

I Love Grateful Plumber. My business is baking and when I had a leak in my gas line he came out that day assessed the problem, showed me the problem gave me options and my estimate no pressure sales. I had two other plumbers from very reputable plumbing companies come out one couldn't not fix it that day and the other showed up 2 hours late. Adam had all the equipment on his truck and he and his helper were ready to work. His prices are competitive with other Good plumbing companies,He has a great website, he sends a text when he is on his way, he has online scheduling, he educates you, you can call him anytime when you have a question. Grateful Plumber has impeccable customer service and is my number 1 go to Plumber!

Chapman has serviced my company and residential homes and never had an issue. It is nice to have a down to earth tech show up that you can trust. So many places take advantage of the fact that people do not know HVAC systems and get raked over the coals. You never get that feeling from them. I had three companies come out and they all told me I needed to add another system to my house. Called Chapman and they said you just need to divert the heat or AC to where it is beneficial. Then he came back with some dampers and fixed our problem for a fraction of adding another system. I also love how they are so involved with giving back to our community. They are always sponsoring events for local clubs and teams.

First time we used Big Frog Plumbing based on a recommendation and we were not disappointed. Scott arrived on time and was very pleasant. He came up with a solution that eliminated the need to cut into our drywall. Impressive! We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Mike built us a trash can cabinet for under our counter. He was on time, reasonably priced, and did great work. It looks like it was part of the original kitchen floor plan. We plan on using him for several other projects.

Called Bob and he came the same day. He is honest and works quickly. I'll use him again

Didn't fix my issue. I fixed it my self. Save your money. They were to set up our new washer dryer, but didn't remove the bolts that hold the drum to the washer in place. They could of broke our new washer.

This was our first time to have Howald do our seasonal AC check-up and I could not have had a more positive experience. James was on time, polite and very knowledgable. After identifying some issues that needed attention, he would thoroughly explain why and how it should be addressed. Unlike other service providers, I never felt like he was trying to sell me something. And, the service contract provides a nice savings! Again, if you need service for your AC or furnace, give Howald a call!

These guys are absolute pros. All in one year, we needed an AC, water heater, and water softener. We also had our ducts cleaned. I feel like i've met almost all of the employees by now, including the owner, and everyone I've met has been great. The work is top notch- no cutting corners with these guys, and it shows. I am 100% satisfied, could not ask for anything more.

These guys have done most of the plumbing in my house over the last eight years. Competitive pricing and a no games. It's also nice to know that the owner is a cop. You can feel safe having him work in your home!

I came here and found these guys well reviewed. I've had low water pressure and poor hot water in my house so I called these guys.
Response was eerily fast, as someone showed up within the hour. When they arrived they immediately set to work.
They replaced piping and tubing leading into and out of my water heater. It had degraded over time. But when they were done they didn't actually fix my issue. My master bath shower, which they saw, was barely usable. It was mentioned We need to replace the cartridge in the shower faucet.
Do you know what a cartridge is? Did you know there was anything even behind your shower faucet? Because I didn't and I don't care to. That's why I called professionals. But they left on an emergency call and three days later everything is as it was.
They also said I need a new water heater, which is probably right. But there was no guidance on what to get, how to get it, or if they could install it. I was told if it's not fixed in three days give us a call. Well, it wasn't fixed when they left so one wonders how it'd magically fix itself.
But hot water water isn't so much my problem. I have decently hot water. But I don't get to use it because it barely comes out my shower head.
Three days later and we're still Googling and ordering parts, drills, wrenches, and other supplies so we can replace our own shower faucet cartridge. Something that should have already been done and something I don't care to do on account I'm not a plumber.
To add to it, they left two ridiculously large and obnoxiously yellow WEILHAMMER PLUMBING stickers on my water heater and furnace. They measure about 5 or 6 inches wide and 2 inches tall. I don't mind leaving a card, or a magnet, but these were stickers half a foot wide. My house is not a billboard. 10 minutes of scrubbing with Goo Gone, magic erasers, and a wall scraper it came off.
My goal was clear: If I can't take a decent shower this evening, then it's not fixed. $195 later, after 20 minutes of their time, it's not fixed.

Thank you Godby for coming out in an emergency call. I had no air conditioning and my 90 year old mother coming to my house. Adam fixed the problem in a very professional manner. A big, big thank you to Stephanie for her patience and calmness. You told me you would see it through and you did. Thank you.

Our shower would not turn off. We had to shut the water off for the entire house. Nick was able to rebuild the faucet for us and we are up and running again. I would recommend Summers if your looking for a reliable, reasonably priced plumber.

Similar to other reviews. Had a new unit installed yesterday (Thursday) in my house located in Columbus. Realized it wasn't working by Friday morning because the inside coil was completely iced over. **with a new unit**. Called 4 different times and got the same answer each time...the earliest they can get out is Tuesday due to it being Labor Day weekend. Either they failed to install properly, or it's a faulty unit. In either case the customer service of Peterman is lacking. This goes without saying, but obviously they should stand behind the install and their equipment and work to correct it in a timely manner (less than 24 hours max). You might get lucky, but do you want to roll the dice on cooling your home in the summer? Keep in mind, they won't hesitate more than 1 day to get a comfort advisor and install technician to your house because they prioritize taking your money over ensuring you have quality service or quality units.
I did however get more insight on the company and their best practices. I was told by the last representative that they no longer require on-call technicians, but rather make it optional to the techs. What this means is - there may not be a tech in your area that wants to make OT so you may be out of luck until your scheduled date (could be 4 or more days like in my case). Consumer beware, if you need quick service Peterman will not provide it.
