These guys are the best! Super reasonable in price (compared with quotes we got from other plumbers), honest, polite, and respectful. They have unclogged our sewer lines for us a couple times, and we will now go with them to do the bigger job of replacing the lines. :( An overall great experience. I'm sure I will be reviewing them again with 5 stars after that. We had Sean the first time, and he was great. And we had Damondrick this time, and he was just as great. Thanks, Wedgeworth! When you're already stressed out about having to spend a ton of money on a job to fix the problem of sewage backing into your home, it's really nice to at least know you've found a competent, reliable company to do the work.

Acosta Plumbing Solutions is the best!! After terrible quotes from other plumbers I messaged Acosta late Monday night on yelp and received a response within minutes. Randy sent an awesome plumber from his team the next afternoon to assess the leaking water in our garage. Cameron was extremely nice and quickly assessed our broken water line and got right to work. Cameron thoroughly explained what needed to be done and gave us the best quote. Other plumbers said the job would take 5+ hours but Cameron finished the job in 2 hours. We were extremely impressed with Acosta plumbing and would highly suggest them to anyone!!

Hugo was on time, knowledgeable and very neat.  Had a door that would not lock due to an older home on a crawl space, Hugo knew exactly what to do! He was quick and verbally told me everything he was going to do. This is a handyman that I will definitely keep the number of!  Can't go wrong with this guy!

I don't normally leave reviews unless the service was horrible or fantastic, in this case, these guys were really fantastic. I had a leak to my main shut-off valve and Sebastian came out to assess the problem on the same day and fixed by the next day. After replacing the valve, we discovered the burner went out in the water tank. He replaced that the following day. Each issue was quickly assessed and repaired with all costs quoted upfront. Throughout the repairs, he explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. He was always punctual to appointments, stayed as long as he needed to complete a quality job and kept my house clean the entire time. Sebastian even followed up afterwards to check that the water was running okay. Another thing that I appreciate is that they always answer your call the first time. Alex, the owner who booked my original reservation, even took the call on his birthday! The whole experience feels very genuine and they take a lot of pride in helping people, it's more than just a job for them. I honestly can't say enough great things about their professionalism, responsiveness and quality workmanship. They will definitely be my go-to plumbing team in the future!

Giovanni did a great job, he arrived on time like he promised and he took his time to fix the issue, i highly recommend him and will definitely use him again, he also does numerous other repairs apart from plumbing and he is knowledgeable.

EPW Services repaired my hot water heater, and I highly recommend them. They were able to schedule next-day service, and they arrived on time.  They provided excellent communication and follow up, and their prices are competitive.

$480 quote from pictures sent; 30-minute service - main water valve repair. I had to call to schedule an appointment (even after using their chat feature). Guys walked up stating $480 repair without actually looking at the valve.
Also had to call to get a receipt 5 days later. The receipt had no breakdown of parts/services. Just quantity of 1 - $480
Work van said Senior and Vet Discounts... nothing listed on website.
I will shop around next time... my advice is you should do the same.

I did not have a plumber until I called JD Precision Plumbing, now I have a great plumber. I have a commercial block in Montgomery. I needed a licensed plumber to meet city requirements. I called a number of plumbers and got excuses and the runaround. Precision came out within 1 hour and quoted me a fair price and started the same day. They finished the job in a timely manner, doing a great job that exceeded all my expectations. Gavin Johnson is a real asset to your company as all of your employees that I worked with. Thanks to your company for doing exactly what they said they would. I highly recommend your company to anyone needing plumbing service.

Alliance installed a toilet riser in bathroom and a hot water heater in our garage. They were extremely prompt, very professional and the entire job was completed to our satisfaction.  I will be calling Alliance for any future plumbing needs.

Great plumber! Fast & courteous service and reasonable prices. I also got a quote for A/C work and Todd made great recommendations to start with that are less expensive. Love that it is family owned and their staff is like family too. Great people and great service!

They're reply is not accurate. The toilet  flushed fine on the first visit when they arrived. They never checked the clean out on the first visit. They spent about 10 minutes on this visit. I did not feel it was fixed. Next day there was water all over the floor again. They came back out and checked the clean out and it was full. They worked on it for about 30 minutes and gave up. I rented an auger and cleaned the line out myself.

You have the right person. The original call was for water coming out from the base of the toilet. Your guys augged it and said they thought it was fixed. They flushed the toilet when they got there and it flushed normally. I had water in the floor from the same toilet the next day. This toilet is the closest one to the clean out. As the water backed up, it came out at this toilet, because it was the closet point for the water to escape. Over time the water in the line would go down and allow for a couple flushes before backing up on the floor again. The main sewer stoppage was the problem all along, not the toilet. Now for the attempt to clean out the main line.  Your guys said they couldn't do it with an auger and that I needed to have the line jetted. However, I went and rented an auger the following weekend and did it myself. The line is now clear. Your guys did not try very hard and said they had other calls to go to and left.

Contracted through HomeServ to prepare outside leak at water line.  Once scheduled, they kept us informed of changes.  Although our appointment was moved out twice, we were pleased overall with their service, quality of work, and timeliness and would likely use them again.

Charged me nearly $400 to remove old kitchen faucet and install new one which I had purchased elsewhere.  Simple job.  Way too expensive.  Won't use again.
