this company is my go-to source for plumbing issues.  their pricing is reasonable, the work is good, and they can schedule quickly (i've been able to get same-day appointments in several situations).  most importantly, their plumbers are honest (props to Damondrick!); i've had some situations where the source of the problem is unclear, and rather than immediately go to the most expensive fix they're field crew has made every effort to look into cheaper options first.  whenever i have a piping issue, i call wedgeworth first!

Right choice was very available to answer all my questions regarding a water heater project I needed done. They educated me on the difference between on demand electric vs a smart tank water heater and helped me choose the best for my home. They built a platform for me to get my new water heater back to code and at the right height and also helped me to fix some piping issues that arose during installation. The team was professional, thorough and polite. I'll be calling them again when I need to update my toilet. Thank you Travis and Justin for your expertise.

John was super quick to respond following a late emergency request. He was able to jump on the phone immediately and provided a very reasonable estimate. I have used Plumbco many times over the years.  Gary can do just about anything.  When he does it he does it right the first time.  His work has been excellent and he leaves the work site cleaner than he finds it.  I have also been using him since my house flooded during Harvey to repipe the entire house, install plumbing fixtures, make a couple shower pans, and repair any plumbing issues we found during the repair process.  Everything he has done has been perfect.  I wouldn't even consider using anyone else.  I  noticed that there is a complaint about his fees but he is very fair in his pricing.  I have found that his fees, for the high level of service he provides, are very reasonable and I am very happy I was able to get him to help me with my repairs after Harvey.  Just look at all the 5-star ratings he has and you will see that I am good company with the others who recognize excellent service when they get it.

Very professional outfit all around.  Isaias has came to my house on two separate occasions to diagnose and subsequently repair outdoor main line leaks.  Each time he carefully spent time detecting, explaining, and then repairing the leak.  Price was reasonable, but not inexpensive, and explained quite well.  I will go straight back to Acosta if I need any plumbing service in the future.

They responded quickly and my issue was resolved the same day.   They know what they're doing and the price is right.   I highly recommend.

Robert has done some really excellent work for us, he did rough in plumbing for a brand new bathroom and we did quite a bit of searching before we found someone who could do it at a reasonable price and with all the necessary permitting.

JD Precision has provided excellent service for us on more than one occasion.  They are always very prompt, professional, informative and thorough.  Finding a reliable plumber can be hit or miss, but they are now my 'go-to' plumber for any future plumbing needs.  Chad came today and installed a hot water heater.  He came out this morning to address a leak we had.  He diagnosed our problem. Removed old water heater. Installed new water heater, all within hours.

This company does not communicate and they give you quotes that are not required or even needed but can't call inspectors to come so that you can get your stuff fixed. They came first day and didn't complete the job. Had to come back a 2nd time and kept giving me different times. I hate this company I would never call them. I can't give zero stars.

These guys are running a shady business, employ unlicensed plumbers and will cause damage to your house. You will regret doing business with them. I did not check yelp reviews before hiring them and it cost me more money and time to fix the issue that I called for. It was a mistake.

I called this company to fix a blockage in the bathroom sink p-trap in my rental property. After the p-trap was cleaned and invoiced to me and after I made the payment their technician called and said that there are two leaks, one in the faucet and other in the sink and gave me an estimate of $1400. The cost for p-trap cleaning was $110. Another thing the technician was trying to repeatedly sell their warranty and other services that I did not call for and had not interest in.

The technician did not mention anything about the leaks prior to beginning the work and when I inquired over the phone about the leaks present before he started working, he said there were no leaks before.  The technician for no reason took out the supply line to the faucet and caused a leak. Later that day, I spoke to the company's Austin area manager who refused to repair the damages done by their unlicensed technician caused. When I mentioned to the manager that the technician was unlicensed, he said that he will send a licensed plumber to take look at the work, but no one ever showed up even after making repeated calls to their operators.

I had to hire another plumber and spend more money and time to get things fixed.
