Best Water Heater Installation in Houston TX

Wedgeworth Plumbing staff saved the day again! Last week, just as I was headed out of town, I had a major clog in my sink and the water was backing up and flooding my floor. I called Wedgeworth, they sent Rex out and within an hour my clog was fixed and I was headed to the airport. Rex was friendly, calm and very good at efficiently assessing and fixing my problem!

I described what I needed (faucets replaced, toilet flush mechanism repaired, additional bath sink repaired) he thought about it, gave me a quote that was fair, arrived promptly, did quality work in a timely manner, cleaned up as he went and charged me exactly what he said he would. Highly recommend him.

Right choice was very available to answer all my questions regarding a water heater project I needed done. They educated me on the difference between on demand electric vs a smart tank water heater and helped me choose the best for my home. They built a platform for me to get my new water heater back to code and at the right height and also helped me to fix some piping issues that arose during installation. Great customer service. We had a major power surge due to lightening on Saturday and Geovanny showed up early morning the next day on a Sunday to check out our damage. He doesn't charge a trip fee unlike others(esp if it is weekend$$$). Reasonable price and great work. Would def recommend him!

No hot water to the guest room tub. Called Texas Plumbing and a serviceman came out the next day. James correctly identified the problem and fixed it, in time for our guests to take a hot bath. We were quite satisfied with his work.

One of my parent's water heater had a small leak so I figured that after 16 years, we may need to replace both. I requested a quote from EPW with the specs and Jordan immediately replied with a quote....he was very understanding of my concern of it costing more if he had found more issues and I was on a budget. I appreciate his patience of walking me through the process and he was very nice and professional. They came out the next day to replace both tanks. $480 quote from pictures sent; 30-minute service - main water valve repair. I had to call to schedule an appointment (even after using their chat feature). Guys walked up stating $480 repair without actually looking at the valve.
Also had to call to get a receipt 5 days later. The receipt had no breakdown of parts/services. Just quantity of 1 - $480
Work van said Senior and Vet Discounts... nothing listed on website.
I will shop around next time... my advice is you should do the same.

Very honest and reliable. We had a large clog somewhere in our line and another plumbing service left us underwhelmed when the only spent 5 minutes trying to snake it. I called JD precision plumbing and they said they would arrive shortly and we got a courtesy call when Taylor was twenty minutes away. He spent a good hour trying to snake the pipes, but it turned out we just needed to have our septic tank emptied. We were not charged for our service call and Taylor recommended someone to help us get it taken care of! Excellent service, you won't be disappointed.

We were a weekend 'emergency' call and, as a result, a journeyman plumber came to help us solve our problem. It was expensive as all get-out ... But I'm not complaining. (He was clutch.)

As I've done many times before, I used Yelp to call for bids/responses. Alliance was not only one of the first to respond, but was the *only* plumbing company that actually read my request: Help! I thought I could install a new shower panel, but I was wrong!  Believe it or not, several companies auto-responded that they could ...take care of my needs on Monday... Why bother -- other than to confirm that you only work 40 hours a week?

The thing is, most of us understand basic plumbing. But the vast majority of us are lost when it comes to anything beyond adding a splitter on a water hose bib. These guys know their business. And they respond very quickly.

If your plumbing ego is like mine -- falsely grounded -- make sure you put this company in your Rolodex. They'll come to your rescue.

Great plumber! Fast & courteous service and reasonable prices. I also got a quote for A/C work and Todd made great recommendations to start with that are less expensive. Love that it is family owned and their staff is like family too. Great people and great service!

I'd been fighting with a slow, then clogged up kitchen sink for a couple of week.  Nothing I tried worked, I dumped every chemical known to man down the pipe and all it did was make it worse.  Worse yet, my piddly little drill mounted snake was simply too short to do the job - A problem I've never had before..no, really.

I emailed GAP Plumbing and within hours had an appointment for the next morning.

The plumber WAS ON TIME...seriously... that alone was excellent.

They broke out the BIG SNAKE and cleaned that blasted pipe right on out.

$150.00 to do it right, I'd probably spent nearly that much on junk to do it myself.  Never again!  I'm calling GAP!

Contracted through HomeServ to prepare outside leak at water line.  Once scheduled, they kept us informed of changes.  Although our appointment was moved out twice, we were pleased overall with their service, quality of work, and timeliness and would likely use them again.

We had no hot water in the home and I have no knowledge surrounding hot water tanks.  I asked Abacus when I scheduled the call what the service call fee was and was told that estimates are free.  Well,  the estimate might be free but the service call was not - $225 to spend 5 minutes fixing the problem - pilot light had gone out.  I will NOT be using them again.  Very deceptive on not actually answering my question....
