We called Wedgeworth Plumbing for a non-emergency plumbing issue. Rex arrived on time, figured out the issue and fixed it within two hours. He left the place spotless before he left. We will definitely call Wedgeworth Plumbing for our next plumbing issue.

Worst company I have ever dealt with.  They came out to my house to fix a leak in the pipe between the house and the meter.  5 months later it started leaking again.  I called my regular company out and they replace the part that was leaking.  My regular plumber told me that Plumbco put a rubber cover and a gasket over it and that was not a correct fix.  My plumber also told the pipe is made of copper and did not need to be changed like Plumbo told me that it needed to be and was quoted over $1400.  I called Plumbco back and spoke with the owner, Gary Bloch, who was very rude and took an attitude with me from the beginning and did not even let me finish my sentence.  I told him that I was not satisfied with their service and he started getting aggressive on the phone so I hung on him.  It's amazing and shame that we have owners who operate their business this way.  I am so happy to have access to a reputable company other than Plumbco.  If I could give them a negative rating I would.  Stay clear.

Water heater replacement. Showed up a little after the scheduled time and left a bit of debris but other than that they gave me a much better price than with others I had quoted and I had a new water heater under 3hrs.

We called Acosta Plumbing for a second opinion after another plumber couldn't resolve a problem with our drain. They had someone come out within a few hours of my call. Extremely professional, up front about pricing and expectations, and they were able to resolve the issue. So happy we called them and we will be using them again next time we need a plumber. Definitely recommend this company.

They came Saturday because I had no hot water. They inspected and said it was a part to be replaced. Ended up not being that and needing a water heater. They sourced the water heater in a day and installed it. Austin kept me abreast of what was happening and was very thorough.

Issue water heater water flex hose pin hole leak:

I was able to turn off water after minor damage to home. Called them to replace the hose and check the water heaters. They came out same day in time. Replaced the hose with a stainless steel flex hose to replace the kind that leak. Clean and helped me remove standing water in the pan.

Asked for them to replace garbage disposal. Done quickly and efficiently and cleaned up under sink.

Asked him to repair a sink faucet link. He said it was highly broken and recommended it would be cheaper to replace the faucet labor wise because it would take s long time to replace.

Would use again. Polite and knowledgeable.

Responsive and professional! City & Beyond gave me an accurate estimate in advance and came out the same day to repair/install a kitchen sink. Quality work, professional service, and a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend for plumbing and repair service!

Had them out today to fix a leaking shower and was beyond impressed. Fast response and polite staff. Chris was my plumber today and he was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend this company and especially Chirs.

Technician Shelby came by the house on time and did a excellent job and fixed the low water pressure and lack of hot water problems. I recommend Epic and they live up to their 5 star reviews across the internet. This is is best plumber company in the houston area

Had an issue with our kitchen sink last night. Called Champion this morning and John was out here within a couple of hours. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Fixed the issue quickly and we're back up and running!  Thank you!! Highly recommended.

Brent was expedient, trustworthy, and went above and beyond on my tankless water heater install - Tomball Plumbing does Great work. I Called Brent/Tomball plumbing on a whim Wednesday seeking advice on my old Noritz heater that was leaking from the exchange = no hot water/broken unit. After discussing a troubleshoot option with the manufactuter, I decided to buy a new and went with a Navien NPE-240S. After my final decision to install anew, I called Brent again that Friday and he came out to assess and bid the installation within the hour. Fast. The following Monday he was here early and prepared. The install seemed to me to be a breeze, while discussing updates throughout. Thanks to Tomball plumbing my family has hot water again. Will definitely call Brent when we have any sort of plumbing issues. Also, If you haven't moved from a tank - do it, and get Tomball Plumbing to install it. HONEST. The best word to describe Brandon at Top Guy plumbing. I have had so many plumbing companies come out and overcharge for things that we're not necessary and not communicate what they were doing. I have used Top Guy many times for plumbing needs and have been given reasonable and great service with additional support and help as needed with my million questions!! I have had a kitchen leak, drain clogs, and even had a whole home water system installed by Brandon. He responds very promptly and gets the work done very quickly.
In addition, We LOVE the quality of the water softening system it has changed the game for our house. The water is clean and has helped to improve all the eczema my children.
Don't hesitate, you won't regret using this company!!

Amir came by the next morning to replace the tub spout in our shower, which had a broken diverter preventing water from running through the shower head. He fixed the issue promptly and charged an reasonable fee for his time. Thank you so much Amin!

I want to start off saying how amazing this family owned business is. I was freaking out when my water was coming up from my shower. I called JD precision plumbing and they were out to my house so fast, gave me a quick quote and fixed it within minutes. Thank you so much, you are now my go to plumbing company. I would never use anyone else.

Awesome plumbers! Best in the area by far!  There are many bs, incompetent, lazy, and/or up-charging plumbing companies in the area.  Just because they have paid for a billboard in town means NOTHING.  All it means is they've likely paid for that billboard by over charging unethically. SS Chiropractors do the same thing around town.  Cole is thee best. He follows the Golden Rule and is very competent.  I used to manage over 9000 apartments all over USA so I know what I'm talking about.

I had a bad drain clog.  After trying to tackle this on my own I had to defer to HaLo Services.

Loren, the owner answered my call & asked for a brief description.  Two hours later he was at my home.  Within :45 mins of arrival he had the clog handled.

Great company, service and a fair price.  I will definitely use HaLo Services for future plumbing and related needs.  I highly recommend this company.

This company does not communicate and they give you quotes that are not required or even needed but can't call inspectors to come so that you can get your stuff fixed. They came first day and didn't complete the job. Had to come back a 2nd time and kept giving me different times. I hate this company I would never call them. I can't give zero stars.

Worst company I've ever hired. I got their value plan with all around service and maintenance. Every time they visit, they leave issues behind. They break equipment and tell you that you'll have to pay them for the repair. They over charge. You get very little benefit from their value plan or whatever the official title is.

Example 1 - plumbing
Saw the problem, said they couldn't fix it, I suggested a solution and suddenly they figured out the solution. I received a heavy charge for them removing a plug from my garbage disposal.

Example 2 - water heater
I asked them to do annual maintenance. The tech breaks it somehow and tells me that it's broke and the water would no longer heat. I argued with him over the phone and suddenly it started working again. I called another tech to confirm if there was any issue. The tech from another company told me that it wasn't an urgent issue and could wait a long time before being fixed. The alternative company also replaced the system months later for a fraction of the cost.

Example 3 - AC
System fan was having issues. Abacus told me that with my discount, I would pay 199 for them to diagnose (excluding trip charge). This does not include any repairs. I worked for a major HVAC manufacturer and know that this price is on the high end. No thanks

Conclusion: I ended my membership. I will never use
