Best Water Filter Services in Houston TX
I had them to estimate me last weekend, they did for free and show up to fix my doors next morning. Their job is perfect and fast. They cleaned up everything before leaving. Price is cheap and he is really honest. No hidden charge and fee. Highly recommended

I've had Dailey out to work on my house again, this time installing ethernet cables between rooms. Their work was professional and clean. The faceplates/drops are well positioned on the walls, and the cabling runs through the attic in such a way that it isn't likely to get accidentally damaged. Their pricing feels a bit high, but I haven't been shopping around because I know they do good work.

M&R was wonderful. They were quick to respond and came out the same day. They hauled away some of my waste material, and the pricing beat all the competitors (I got quotes from many other companies). I sought advice on some other concerns, and I feel confident in their knowledge and honesty. I highly recommend.

GENERAC Backup Power - I am going to write this review in 2 parts. One is for Weeks AC for the installation/service of the generator and the second part is for Centerpoint who were responsible for installing an additional gas meter on the property.
1. Generac Installation: My wife and I decided to invest in a back up generator to power our entire house after our experiences in Ike and Harvey. We have also lost power at least 4 times a year due to a faulty transformer in our neighborhood. We live a a newer neighborhood so I would not have thought the transformers would blow so easily. Okay, we contacted two vendors to get quotes on the generator. Weeks was selected even though they were not the lowest priced. We selected Weeks because they are about 3 miles from our house and the Salesman Travis explained that an additional meter would keep us from tearing up my yard by running pipes from the existing meter to the generator in the back of the yard. The installation of the generator began on time and from start to finish took about a month. The crew were professional and routed all of the electrical wiring in an efficient manner. They also had to pour a 12 concrete pad for the generator. Kudos to Travis and his crew.
2. Centerpoint Additional Gas Meter Installation: Okay where do I start. I was told by Travis that once the generator was installed we would need to wait on Centerpoint to do their installation. Boy was he right about waiting and waiting and waiting... The generator was installed on July 10th but Centerpoint did not install the gas lines and meter until August 17th. What had happened was...I called Centerpoint to see when they would come out to install the meter on July 19th as was told they had not received a permit from League City by fax. I called League City Permit department and was told they emailed the permit (whats wrong here - fax/emails don't mix). I then informed League City to fax the permit and was asked how? I told Caitlyn in the Permit dept the fax number and waited 2 days to call Centerpoint. On July 23rd I called Centerpoint and they said they had the permit and would schedule someone to come out to install the meter on July 30th. The Technician arrived and told my wife that he could not place the meter because CP did not install the lines. I called Centerpoint again and explained the situation and they said I needed a riser before they could install the meter. Why didn't they say that in the beginning. So I asked how do I get a riser??? CP then informed me that they have to schedule someone to put one in. It was scheduled for August 13th and even though my wife and I waited all day no one showed up. No call, no show! I called CP on Tuesday and they said we were on the schedule for Tuesday 8-5. Still no call and no show. Finally I called CP trying not to blow my stack and asked who the hell should I talk to. CP gave me the number of the contractor who installs the riser and lines. The contractor said they would come out Wednesday, no show no call. I texted the contractor until he said they would be out Thursday. Once the riser was installed CP installed the meter on Friday, August 17th. The Technician who installed the meter was professional and did a great job.
Overall I am glad that we made the decision to purchase the generator but very frustrated with the process and Centerpoint's lack of customer service. My recommendation, if you are considering a generator for back up power please remember it took us 2 1/2 months from start to finish to finally have back up power. Thank God we did not have an outage or even worse a Hurricane!

My short experience with Abascus was enough for me to to know that they couldn't be trusted so I didn't hire them. For an hour the electrician tried to talk me into doing what was the most profitable for him, instead of focusing on my issue as a customer.
The power was out in part of my home. I knew it could have something to do with the breaker but know 0 about electricity and my husband wasn't home so I didn't want to touch anything (don't judge). We also had a few things to repair around the house so I thought calling an electrician would be an opportunity to have everything fixed.
Anyway, I called and someone came the next day. The electrician spent about an hour inspecting, gave me a comprehensive list of things that had to be urgently fixed (several thousands dollars) but nothing regarding my issues. Despite me repeateadly asking about it, he kept on talking about other things, without clear explanations that would justify the urgency of these repairs. Annoyed, I asked him to leave and to send his quotes by email.
When my husband came back the next day he reset the breaker and everything worked again (I know, I'm embarassed). We still have things to fix but I know it won't be with Abascus. There were several ways for the electrician to handle the situation and he chose the worst.
