Provided free estimate on a Saturday as planned. Written estimate and guarantee emailed to me. His questions and mine were answered on said estimate.  Routine faucet installation scheduled for a week day without difficulty.  They do emergencies and estimates on Saturdays.  Price seemed moderate. Professionalism high.
Update:  Bathroom faucet installation completed with no problem. Plumber Rex is very competent at his trade.  Good attention to detail, efficient and finished job looks great and works well.  Supply valves needed replacing which cost some more, but was glad to get the job done all at once.

Overall just great! He was able to come out within 24hrs to check out my leaking faucet that was pretty much a fountain! And pricing was very very reasonable! And very professional!! Definitely will call them for any future plumbing needs!

Right choice was very available to answer all my questions regarding a water heater project I needed done. They educated me on the difference between on demand electric vs a smart tank water heater and helped me choose the best for my home. They built a platform for me to get my new water heater back to code and at the right height and also helped me to fix some piping issues that arose during installation. John was the first to respond and make himself available for my emergency plumbing request sent to various businesses via Yelp on a Friday night. I sent him a few pictures of the leak prior to the appointment and he was able to give me a ballpark estimate right away. He kept up good communication via text message and arrived punctually.

During the job he was honest, professional and thorough, making sure that everything was good to go before leaving. It was pretty clear that he enjoys the work that he does. When the water pressure dropped again a few hours later (which ended up not being his fault), he came back out for free and stayed for as long as it took to identify and fix the root cause of the issue. He was happy to answer all of our plumbing-related questions and offer advice to prevent these issues from reoccurring in the future.

I had a garbage disposal that stopped working and was clogging up the sink and the dishwasher. Not an emergency, but an annoyance. I called one of the other plumbing companies that got a good review here and they wanted more money than the disposal and the installation and all the plumbing work I have had done in my place. So I asked them to leave.

Called Gary over at Plumbco and he and Andy came out within the hour. They checked it out, gave me a very reasonable quote, went right to work, got it working again (saved me the cost of a replacement), checked it a few times to make sure it was working, and then checked the dishwasher to make sure there were no visible problems. Gary then told me what to do if there was still a problem with the dishwasher that he might have missed. He also told me that I had made a nice purchase on the original disposal and that it was a good one that should last for many years.

Overall, I am very, very pleased with Plumbco , Gary, and Andy. They seem like really nice guys, very professional, made sure that they kept my place clean, told me the price and then did the work for that price, and that price was quite reasonable. I would highly recommend Plumbco and will call them again if I need any plumbing work done. I know that one of my sisters needs some work done, so I got a business card just for her. I had Christian come out and gave heads up when he would be at my house. He was able to replace some of the toilet and sink faucet parts that were leaking or causing pressure flow issues. He have me a initial quote before starting the work and I was pleased with the service he provided. I would recommend and I will use them again!

Drain Control is honest and plan to give him more work.  Has a truck full of equipment to clear drains and camera for inspection.

They are by far the best plumber's in town. I did my research and asked for quotes everywhere and I finally found the right company for me. They were able to come right away, provide a quote, and take care of our piping problem's. I'm so happy that we found them and will continue to contact them for all our plumbing needs.

These guys are fantastic! Had 2 toilets leaking in my new house. Tried to fix one but just made a mess of it and decided to call a EPW to do the job. Came out exactly when they said the would and were extremely skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. Ended up replacing one of the toilets with a new one and they had it up and running in no time! They fixed the problem with the other toilet that i couldnt figure out and they even cleaned up my mess that I made the day before!!! The cherry on top was the price. Was a hundred dollars less than what i was expecting to pay!

I liked everything about Texas Best Plumbing. The plumber responded to my request for a quote quickly and it was a good price. He came to the house that day, he was courteous and efficient, he did excellent work & the total bill was exactly what he had quoted me!

Get out your wallet!! These guys are outrageously expensive! Quoted me $285 to install a garbage disposal (just the installation -- I supplied the new disposal). I reluctantly agreed to pay $250 after some haggling, since this is a rental house and I did not want to further inconvenience my tenant. The installation took maybe 45 minutes and the work was fine. Out of curiosity, I checked around afterward and got multiple quotes of ~$100. Shame on me!  I won't be using these guys again!

Three gentlemen from this company installed a gas range in our kitchen and removed the old range. Actually, the old range was brand new and we were planning on selling it as such. These employees managed to break the legs off the range and now we will have to special order replacements -- if we can even get them.

I've left a message at their office and will update if/when I hear anything.

Not very impressed and would not give them 5 stars.

I assume that in the other websites where Abacus is getting good reviews and five stars, they must be paying the website in order to filter the bad reviews.

These are not repair people, they are sales people. Literally, five minutes after arriving at our house, the guy was already offering to change the whole unit for $18K and dead set on having us apply for a credit. Nothing was repairable according to him. In reality, it was a simple $100 repair.

If you want a salesman and feel like spending a fortune, call Abacus. If you need a real AC tech, you need to call someone else.
