We called Wedgeworth Plumbing for a non-emergency plumbing issue. Rex arrived on time, figured out the issue and fixed it within two hours. He left the place spotless before he left. We will definitely call Wedgeworth Plumbing for our next plumbing issue.

Very professional outfit all around.  Isaias has came to my house on two separate occasions to diagnose and subsequently repair outdoor main line leaks.  Each time he carefully spent time detecting, explaining, and then repairing the leak.  Price was reasonable, but not inexpensive, and explained quite well.  I will go straight back to Acosta if I need any plumbing service in the future.

I tried to install a new dishwasher, only to find out the supply valve shutoff didn't work. Ended up with a minor flood in the kitchen. Called Right Choice on Saturday morning based on good Yelp reviews, and because our regular guy couldn't get to us till Monday. They answered promptly, got a plumber on phone so I could describe the issue and gave me a quote. Even offered to quote me on the dishwasher install as well. Their tech Austin showed up about an hour later. Immediately fixed the faulty valve. Then installed the new dishwasher. Austin was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with a difficult install. The price was right too! So thankful I didn't go with the box store install because they wouldn't have done the plumbing. Definitely would use this company again. Big plus: they are open on Saturdays!

Plumbco sent out James when I called one evening around 7pm. My renter's were complaining the water was not draining all around the house. Toilets overflowing, tubs and sinks not draining.  The dishwasher was also overflowing. I had someone previously in the day come out and tell me it was going to cost me a few thousand since it seemed the main line was broken. Was going to require digging, possible breaking of foundation to find the problem.  I decided to get a second opinion and Plumbco serviced my call less than an hour from my call since they were already in the area. All James had to do was unstop sewer line from the clean-out and unstopped kit sink drain disposal side due to too much food at once.  My bill was only for $286 and they took my payment over the phone. Rapid trustworthy response.  Will definitely consider using them again in the future.  I was very satisfied.  My renters learned their lesson as well since they were the ones left to pay the bill for their bad habits.

I've built houses for decades and I enjoyed Hector and his crew while they repiped my own home this week. I had most of the repipe companies out to give me bids and I personally didn't like the corners they were going to cut.
I wanted a few things different that the normal job and Hector took care of everything and finished early. With everything done to my high standards.
Great communication on the phone and an honest man. They left yesterday afternoon completely done and I was very satisfied with choosing Acacias Plumbing to put pex throughout my home and with a minimum of mess to have my Sheetrock guy fix today.

5 star customer experience. My kitchen sink began leaking late in the evening. After doing a quick yelp search I came across First Aid Plumbing. Since it was after normal business hours, I was initially concerned that my request for service would not be received until the following morning. However, Alex replied within 10 minutes and following a few messages I had an appointment schedule for the next day. The next day Alex checked in frequently via text to provide an ETA and within an hour the leak was fixed. I would definitely use First Aid Plumbing again and would recommend them to others.

Excellent job installing tankless water heater and removal of old 40 gallon tank. The plumbers were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Within the first few minutes, they had already hauled the 15-year-old, 40 gallon water heater out of the attic and out of my house. Now I have a new, tankless water heater and don't have to worry about what could happen with 40 gallons of hot water above our heads in the attic.

Dishonest, said they were coming for three days, then finally called to say they'd be there in an hour and never showed. I called after having waited for three days for service when it had been promised the same day and spoke to someone who said, sorry I was over promising things to people She then said hey, you can see if another plumber can help you because we won't be there today or tomorrow and we don't know when we'll be there. So my recommendation is that you take the advice that she gave and see if another plumber can help you because Texas Plumbing is no good.

I called EPW at 8:30pm, fully expecting to have to leave a message. Imagine my surprise when the phone was answered by a real person named Boy! He took my name, phone # and address along with a description of the problem. My original, 11 year-old disposal had finally started leaking really bad , and the bucket under the sink wasn't cutting it anymore. I had hesitated to call anyone because the last plumber at my house (who rooted out the kitchen drains) quoted me an exorbitant price to replace the disposal. Boy told me they could do an install for me and that I would get a call in the morning. He asked what time was best for me? I said anytime after 10 am.
Lee called around 11:30am and said it would be about an hour and sure enough, Lee and Jordan showed up on time. They took their shoes off at the door, my dog was happy to meet them, and they quickly installed the new garbage disposal that had been sitting in my garage for months, waiting for my nephew to install it.
I had called EPW based on the other reviews I read and I was not disappointed in any way.
These guys were on time, provided professional service, and charged a very reasonable price.
All around 5 stars!

$480 quote from pictures sent; 30-minute service - main water valve repair. I had to call to schedule an appointment (even after using their chat feature). Guys walked up stating $480 repair without actually looking at the valve.
Also had to call to get a receipt 5 days later. The receipt had no breakdown of parts/services. Just quantity of 1 - $480
Work van said Senior and Vet Discounts... nothing listed on website.
I will shop around next time... my advice is you should do the same.

Had a water filtration system installed by them, March 2022. Cost was $1000.
Had it completely replaced by different plumber in October 2022.
Issues:
-Attention to detail. Just look at the picture.
-There should be one more 1/4 turn shutoff valve in what he installed. Again, look at pic.
-Drain plug on bottom of filter was gooped up by installer, he stripped the plastic threads during the install process and fixed it w/putty.
-A kitchen faucet was also installed on techs first visit, he had to tighten it up when he came back to install water filter as it became loose. Guess what, it became loose again so i got under there and tightened it up with a crows foot.

Would i recommend? A resounding NO!
Would i call them back to fix what i've listed above? NO, I dont' want them touching my plumbing!

The plumber that was sent out his name is Blue did a great job fixing a leaking gas line at  the meter. He was very professional courteous I could not say enough good things about Blue. He gave me different options and explained everything very well. I would use Alliance again. I thought the price was fair for what he did. If you call them ask them to send Blue to take care of your issue.

I seldom give reviews but I had to give Epic Service the kudos it deserves. I came home early to meet another service provider unrelated to this to find water pouring out the side of my house. Outstanding service! Epic answered the urgent call at 4:59 pm last Thursday for a leaking water heater. I was walked through what to do and within 30-45 minutes Shelby was at my home to diagnose the issue of needing a new water heater. Shelby took the time to explain the issue and our options. He redirected the water lines so that we could have water for the night.  The next morning Shelby was at my home by 8am to get started on the job. I left him there to do the work and he secured my home when he was finished.  The work was exceptional!  I was very pleased with their responsiveness, customer service, and expertise.  Epic is my plumber for life!  I cannot remember the name of young man that answered the initial call but many, many thanks to you for answering the initial call and all that you did to calm my nerves and dispatch Shelby to my home. You guys Rock!

I hired GAP plumbing to do a whole house remodel. Just like on TV, we found an issue - cast iron pipes. GAP plumbing replaced all of our pipes including two sewer lines and mainline taps. The effort required considerable communication and organization with our contractor and the city inspectors. The GAP team kept me and my contractor informed of progress...all with a cheerful attitude. I double-checked their prices and found them to be fair. The prices were not the cheapest (red flag) but certainly not the most expensive. They did what they said they would do, when they promised to do it. What more can you ask for?

We had leak outside the house. Cedric was the technician that showed up to the house. He was very professional and courteous. I showed him where the leak was and he said he would get right on it. He fixed the leak and answered all the questions that I had about it. He even explained a few other details. Over all a very satisfying experience.

Worst company I've ever hired. I got their value plan with all around service and maintenance. Every time they visit, they leave issues behind. They break equipment and tell you that you'll have to pay them for the repair. They over charge. You get very little benefit from their value plan or whatever the official title is.

Example 1 - plumbing
Saw the problem, said they couldn't fix it, I suggested a solution and suddenly they figured out the solution. I received a heavy charge for them removing a plug from my garbage disposal.

Example 2 - water heater
I asked them to do annual maintenance. The tech breaks it somehow and tells me that it's broke and the water would no longer heat. I argued with him over the phone and suddenly it started working again. I called another tech to confirm if there was any issue. The tech from another company told me that it wasn't an urgent issue and could wait a long time before being fixed. The alternative company also replaced the system months later for a fraction of the cost.

Example 3 - AC
System fan was having issues. Abacus told me that with my discount, I would pay 199 for them to diagnose (excluding trip charge). This does not include any repairs. I worked for a major HVAC manufacturer and know that this price is on the high end. No thanks

Conclusion: I ended my membership. I will never use
