Best group of guys Ever. Spoke about how the small company was and about the owner. Gave a very fair quote and even noticed something else that needed to be repaired and still was cheaper than the last few quotes I received. I was hesitant at the beginning about the trip charge however the Yelp reviews really made it easier. I will be using these guys again. Dispatcher gave me a call 10 minutes prior to arrival also. Oh most awesomeness thing, they wore booties in the house!!!

Very friendly guy, who responded almost immediately to my Yelp quote inquiry. He doesn't normally do this, but he accommodated my late work schedule and was able to see me the next day. I'm very appreciative of this. He was also willing to help me learn how to resolve my plumbing problem myself, but unfortunately I needed more professional equipment. Nonetheless, super nice genuine guy who walked me through solutions to my plumping problem should they come up again. Will definitely use this guy again.

Right choice was very available to answer all my questions regarding a water heater project I needed done. They educated me on the difference between on demand electric vs a smart tank water heater and helped me choose the best for my home. They built a platform for me to get my new water heater back to code and at the right height and also helped me to fix some piping issues that arose during installation. Gary and Jose were very helpful and friendly. They were prompt, available to see me the same day, and took the time to fully explain the problem. I felt that they went above and beyond in solving a long term problem that other plumbers were unable to remedy.

Robert Cantano is the best at his job.  He loves his job and it shows.  He is very professional and understanding.  I had a little set back with the initial service with one of his employees but as soon as I contacted Mr. Cantano he gained my trust immediately.  He personally fixed it. He went above and beyond. Mr. Cantano is very accessible and can be reach easily if needed.

Contacted this establishment on 2/6/23 for someone to come out to my home to service a leak that was detected by the city of League City. My appointment was scheduled for 2/7/24 between 9am-10am. I received a call from Chris on 2/7 asking to push back our appointment due to being on another job so I agreed to 4pm. At 6pm, I received a call from Chris stating a tool was left behind at the previous job and he needed to reschedule. Super inconvenient considering I took off from work to be present for my appointment and as a teacher, we are not given many days to request off per school year. Needless to say I will not recommend this company to anybody.

Water heater replacement. Showed up a little after the scheduled time and left a bit of debris but other than that they gave me a much better price than with others I had quoted and I had a new water heater under 3hrs.

Wonderful service and exceptionally knowledgeable plumbers. Kenn helped replace the wax seal under our toilet after it began leaking. Because of a tile issue Kenn took the time to explain all of our options and helped me to make a decision that fit our budget. He also helped with other minor plumbing repairs around the house with a pleasant and professional attitude. We will continue using Alliance for plumbing.

Great service!  We were lucky enough to have Chance repair a  broken water line as well as our main house water valve!  Clean, efficient, friendly & price was as competitive to other companies.  Will definitely be calling Epic Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs!

Ric and his team are very easy to work with. From schedule to completion took less than 24 hours. Contacted him for a main water valve replacement and they were very responsive and came in a timely manner and explained everything that is to be done. They cleaned up and insulated my pipes right after. Highly recommended calling Ric for your plumbing needs!

I can't say enough about John Simmons from Champion Plumbing.  He came today to address an issue that another company said had been taken care of 3 months ago that cost us $12k.  The problem reoccurred last week and the original company came out again.  However, I wasn't confident in their work due to issues that we had during the first repair.  I decided that I needed a second opinion.  So, I called Champions.  When he arrived, John listened to me describe the history of the problem and then told me what he could do today.  He told me that by the end of his time here today, he would know our plumbing!  I should mention that this is an almost 60 year old home.  He went to work and by the time that he left the problem was resolved.  Since he was here, I also asked him to look at a toilet that didn't seem to be seated properly.  He did and while he was testing the original issue, he pulled the toilet and reseated it.  I also have to say that in every part of my home that he touched, he cleaned the area after he completed his work.  I appreciate the fact that he was very honest with me and paid attention to what I was saying.  As he was leaving, he told me if the issue reoccurred, to call him and what our next step would be before tunneling under the house and replacing the original cast iron pipes.  I appreciate his honesty and how hard he worked today to resolve our issues.  I always appreciate someone that listens, presents options, and is honest in their assessment of the current situation.

Got some water stain on the ceiling. I'm a pretty DIY person, so I cut the ceiling trying to fix it myself, but couldn't even locate the leakage.
Called Nathan up since they are located quite close to my home. They quickly located the issue was the loosen bath tub drain cover. The leakage was small so hard to notice. Glad they were able to spot it. Sometimes, I have to admit DIY just can't match professional's experience.

They quickly fix it with a reasonable price. Great job.

I struggle with this one because the people were friendly. The job was done on time and quickly (same day). But I believe they are over priced. $375 just for replacing a T&P valve that took 30minutes?  That part costs maybe $20 at Lowe's. Unfortunately I didn't have an option because I was leaving for a work trip so I didn't have time to call for other quotes.

Called to give me a quote for new a/c units. I took off, met them at the appointed time. Alan asked me allot of questions but kept having to call his manager about the job. As though he had no idea what he was doing. He asked me about my home, told him flooded with Harvey. He says he can't help me nor offer me an estimate because we flooded. As I sit on hold to complain and their company hold message claims they're the leader in honesty and integrity!  Been through enough already and now lost a day at work, just terrible
