Best A/C Installation in Houston TX

i've gone through at least 3 plumbers this year, it's not been great. i'll keep this short and sweet by saying that wedgeworth showed up when they said they would, had an accurate quote for work, completed the work in a professional fashion, kept my house as clean as possible, and made sure the work was completed without leaks. the owner himself showed up (twice!) to make sure things were going alright.  this is head and shoulders ahead of any plumber i've dealt with this year. i highly recommend them to anyone who may be using them for personal or rental properties. they're my go-to now.

Very friendly guy, who responded almost immediately to my Yelp quote inquiry. He doesn't normally do this, but he accommodated my late work schedule and was able to see me the next day. I'm very appreciative of this. He was also willing to help me learn how to resolve my plumbing problem myself, but unfortunately I needed more professional equipment. Nonetheless, super nice genuine guy who walked me through solutions to my plumping problem should they come up again. Will definitely use this guy again.

They came Saturday because I had no hot water. They inspected and said it was a part to be replaced. Ended up not being that and needing a water heater. They sourced the water heater in a day and installed it. Austin kept me abreast of what was happening and was very thorough.

Very slow to reply. He may be a great person but I asked questions about him coming out and he never responded.

Best plumbing company out there. Reasonably priced and great service. I have recommended Gary to many people and will continue to do so. Have never received negative feedback from anyone I have recommended him to. Great company....great service!

I have them come out twice.  The first was to clear out my drain from the kitchen island.  The second was to replace the cartridge in my Master Shower. Both times took a bit longer than anticipated. But to me it showed quality of work, making sure it gets done right.  The price quoted is fare. They tell the truth and I trust Hector and his group. Next time I have another plumbing problem, I plan to contact them right away.

Finding an honest plumber isn't so easy. We recently added a new bathroom to a property we purchased, and about 80 feet of drain line needed to be roughed in along with fixtures and water lines. The cost was reasonable and transparent without any hidden fees, and the job was done correctly without taking any shortcuts. The plumber handled all the permits and supervised his workers appropriately. Few plumbers do rough in plumbing so I felt very grateful to find an honest company that does the work well. In the end, we liked the work so much asked him to install drainage and water lines for a washer/dryer. He responds promptly to text messages. I intend to continue using Robert in the future for all my plumbing needs. I should note that he is rapidly becoming very busy so plan accordingly if you need a job done soon.

I've used Nathan Renfro's plumbing services for years. As a real estate broker, having trustworthy and skilled trades is a must for me - for my clients to use and also in my own home. Nathan is prompt, a great communicator and works to get it done - fast! You can tell he is very knowledgeable since his diagnosis and repairs are very quick. Devin and Jerald are awesome!! Within 24 hours of my online request (using Yelp). I had a very competitive quote, and the difficult work was complete! The professionalism along with a great rate for a challenging job of re-routing a gas line is worthy of more stars. Extremely hard workers that represent the company well.

Stellar. Responded quickly to my quote request with a competitive rate. Showed up on the early side of the job window, same day as the quote request mind you. Very professional and quick as well. He not only unclogged the sink but showed me where it may have gotten wet, AKA where I should look for mold potentially. He dried the area and cleaned up everything, super mindful with padding to make sure not to damage the floor. He also looked into our toilet after the fact because it was running odd and fixed that free of charge. This will be my first call next time I have any issues.

Requested a quote and sent pictures on installing a toilet. Cairo came out and did an awesome job installing it on a hard tile floor after removing the old flange that broke off. They did a wonderful job and highly recommend them and will use them again.

I left Geovanny 5 messages..... crickets. I called, left voice messages, left texts, nothing. My last message finally said, Are you interested in giving us a bid for this job of repairing areas involved in water damage. If I don't hear from you, I will assume you are not interested and move on. Yikes, not a way to run a business.

Water heater replacement. Showed up a little after the scheduled time and left a bit of debris but other than that they gave me a much better price than with others I had quoted and I had a new water heater under 3hrs.

They were very nice, polite and professional and they arrived when they said they would.

They quoted me a total install price of $1250 for a water heater with a 6 year warranty (which is on the low end warranty wise). They said there would no issues at all because of the easy access.

I asked for a labor and parts breakdown and they said it was a flat rate.

The water heater and parts are less than $500 from Home Depot, so the install is $800 for a 3 hour job? Apparently I'm in the wrong business.....

Augustin was a pleasure to deal with!  He quickly responded to our issue with the leaking toilet and fixed it in no time.  He also made some suggestions on how to avoid the issue in the future.  I was very pleased with the service and would definitely call on Augustin again!

Albert and Devin replaced a leaky kitchen faucet after assessing the plumbing issue. Both men were friendly, polite and respectful. They completed the work at a good pace and to my satisfaction. I had a water leak raining down into my dinning room from the ceiling. Upon inspection in the attic, i could see the water spraying out from a galvanized pipe but saw no way to get to it.

They came out within an hour of calling and left about an hour later. The pipe was pulled out and replaced with some kind of tubing and the technician managed to get to it without cutting out the ceiling. I ended up paying much less than i was expecting as well.

Great service. Quality repair, no patch, complete replacement of the failing galvanized pipe that was leaking. professional. I will use them again.

Home Warranty America, my insurance company, is still planning on sending someone out within the next 24 to 48 hours. Maybe. GAP Plumbing did the work in less time than the insurance company will take to fill out the proper forms.

Contracted through HomeServ to prepare outside leak at water line.  Once scheduled, they kept us informed of changes.  Although our appointment was moved out twice, we were pleased overall with their service, quality of work, and timeliness and would likely use them again.

We booked a toilet installation for a Friday and were given a window of 9am to 6pm. At 4:30 the Abacus plumber shows up without a toilet. Even the best plumber in the world can't install a toilet without a toilet. We called the main line and was told that we would have the first appointment on Sunday so we wouldn't have to spend all day waiting again. Then on Sunday morning the plumber calls to tell us he can't find the toilet but he might be able to locate it after noon. Unfortunately the case of the missing toilet was never solved so we won't be using Abacus again.
