Bren returned my call quickly and was knowledgable and friendly.  Chris came on time and was professional and courteous.  He was able to assess and address the problems I had in my apartment and was even able to resolve a couple during the estimate call!  This was huge for me!

Our only bathroom completely backed up late in the afternoon last week, so we immediately called several plumbers to diagnose and fix the issue.  Pipe Masters answered the call right away and were the only ones that could assist the next day.  Turned out the issue was bigger than we expected as there was a large metal obstruction in pipe outside our unit leading to the main.

They were able to provide a reasonable quote to excavate and replace the section of blocked pipe and install a 2 way cleanout for us in the process to make future access easier.  The techicians that assisted us were very professional and performed excellent work.  Our bathroom is now completely clog free :-)

I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a great plumbing company to assist with their needs!

I signed up for yelp just to write a review on this company.  I have used them twice and plan to keep their number for any future issues.  They were very accommodating in fitting in time the same day for the repairs that I needed.  I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone!

Whit at First Class Plumbing has been amazing to work with. We had a complex problem related to a Grohe shower system and he was able to resolve all of it with replacement parts, patience, and ingenuity. Through the entire process he was attentive, provided clear explanations, and most importantly, he remained committed to finding a 100% solution. We will stick with First Class in the future and feel lucky to have found this company.  We highly recommend them!

The contractor they sent, Kristian, was able to view our pix of the problem and give us options before he arrived, and even got the replacement faucet we wanted from a link we texted to him.

It made the difference between limping through the holidays with a taped-up feeder line and a worry-free new faucet.

JBC Plumbing helped us from beginning to end. From coming to the house for a free quote- estimate, to water filter recommendations, we hired JBC and they got the work done! And done well, too.

Living in a new construction home in a newly built neighborhood, our water quality was awful. Everything that the water touched, including our faucets, counter tops, glass mirrors and sliding doors all hard mineral water stains on them. You can probably also assume what that must tasted like.

Called JBC for a quote and two guys came through the next day! I was clueless with anything related to plumbing (and housework in general, if I'm being honest), and so they were able to explain everything in easy layman's terms. They even recommended which water filter to order.

When everything came in several weeks later, they remembered us and got the job done. They gave us our options as far as how we wanted it installed (to cut out the drywall a certain way, filter placement, etc.) and also gave us accurate timeline.

They stayed true to their quote even though it was weeks back and got the job done in their estimate time as well. Super friendly local guys that get the job done right.

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

Great professional company that gets the job done right. They have been working on my commercial plumbing as well as my home plumbing. They are very good at being on time and available at a moments notice. Virtues followed all the Covid guidelines and cleaned up once the job was done. I highly recommend this company!

Had a great experience with Dan, quick, efficient, friendly, honest, and priced very well.  We had an appointment scheduled at 1200n but he was able to get in an hour early and completed the job in about an hour.  He removed and replaced my washing machine outlet box as one of the valves would not shut off.  He did a great job!  I plan on using his services again in the future for plumbing related jobs.

Very professional. Job was estimated and done with excellent communication. I'm a contractor and am very pleased with the ease with which the job was estimated and completed. Well worth every penny. Planning on using them again soon.

I don't trust anyone else.  If Johnny is busy, I wait.  He doesn't cut corners; uses the materials he says he will; is always honest and straightforward; and does excellent work.

I called in the morning and Tony was able to come by that afternoon, all I did was send him pics of what needed to be fixed and he showed up when he said he would...fixed both sink drain and shower faucet leak! He was very pleasant and efficient!!

Awesome service.  Ed was out within 90 minutes to fix a gushing fountain of a leak, made all the coordination with tenants easy and made the repair quickly and at a very reasonable cost.  Very much appreciate his quick and reliable work

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
