Problem: Drain to shower and Laundry sink backed up- slow draining- no bueno.

Solution: Called FRP at 6:30pm, I was expecting an answering machine- I got an actual person (YAY) set me up with an appointment for the very next day first thing in the morning, 8 am.  As a working Mom- a house with a clogged drain- ain't nobody got time for that.  

I got a call at 7:30 am letting me know the plumber would be there at 8 am.  Exactly at 8 am, the plumber was there- 20 minutes later my drains are cleared and I am on my way.  

FRP valued my time and was was completely professional.  Price was great, they were efficient, polite and punctual.  I recommend them and I will use their services again if needed.

I have used Little Big Plumbing a few times.  They have always been very responsive and super friendly.  I trust that they will accomplish the work requested/needed in a timely manner with quality results.  I would definitely recommend.

The downspout from the second story roof was backed up somewhere in a pipe underground before it tied into the main rain sewer pipe. You could hear water  stuck in the downspout when tapping on it - it was completely full.  They first cleaned out the main line by hydrojetting and pulled out some roots which was causing slow draining, but that did not fix the issue because the clog was not in the main pipe.  Pukana and Kolby continued to look at the issue and found a solution to get access to that leg by going through the downspout - with their hydrojet they successfully pulled out the clog, as well as other debris .  The spout is now clear!  also the customer service is great, everyone is friendly and helpful.  I couldnt be happier... thank you guys!!

We had a leaking pipe.  Called Shaka Plumbing at 2:00, they were fixing the pipe by 3:00, done by 4:00.  Courteous, honest, and obviously prompt.  Reasonable rates.  Highly recommended.

Found water dripping through our ceiling and called Kamahele. John came out that day and crawled up in our hot and funky attic to repair a solar panel water line that had developed pin leaks. He told us how large the wet area was and then poked a hole in the ceiling to allow the water to drain. This could have been really bad if it hadn't been fixed as soon as it was.
John was professional, efficient and very helpful. We highly recommend Kamahele and will definitely call them next time we need plumbing support.

Our kitchen sink clogged recently which we only made  worse when we tried to use a plunger and caused the garbage disposal to start leaking. I made a last-minute call to First Class on Saturday and they were quickly able to accommodate us that Sunday. Our plumber was very communicative and friendly. Once he got here, he worked quickly and efficiently. We now have a new garbage disposal and clear sink pipes!
We will definitely be using them again the next time we have plumbing issues!

Searched around for a good plumbing company and found this one thru Yelp.  I called for an appointment and they came out the next day(today).  Nate came by promptly even before the scheduled time.  I needed the wax ring on the bottom of the toilet replaced.  Nate was very very nice and efficient.  I then asked him if he could replace the flush valve mechanism and he said sure no problem since he had the part in his van.  He then said If I wanted to replace the water hose because it was corroded so I said sure.  I then asked him since he's there, if he could replace the shower spigot, handles, and shower arm.  He said yeah no problem!  He had most of the parts in his van.  Nate was very professional, neat, clean and fast.  The price was very reasonable too.  I would surely call them again if need be!

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

I've used Fast Rooter for many years now and they continue to be reliable, capable, and efficient. They've performed tasks from complex to simple, for example finding a difficult leak or solving a perplexing dishwasher drainage problem to replacing a stuck shower faucet. Mike is especially great. There are good plumbers, there are great plumbers and then there are the rarified super great plumbers.  Companies that excel in all facets of their business.

We've had pretty good luck over the years with plumbers.  For many years, the plumbers would give vague estimates which might be spot on or way off.  Sometimes the job would require more work, hence the higher charge.  Most customers are ok with that as long as it's explained.  Many times that is not the case.  

Through word of mouth and Yelp we discovered Virtues Plumbing.  We needed to have some work done in one of our bathrooms and also outside, including relocating a water shut-off valve.  

These guys were great!  They came out to determine what needed to be done, gave an estimate and gave recommendations on how we could accomplish something on our own without involving their services.  

Whenever there was a potential deviation, they would ask us how we would like to proceed.  Their recommendations saved us some money which is always nice.  

Because of problems with some other fixtures we had bought, we had to return some stuff and get replacements.  They followed up to help us get the installation done correctly above and beyond what was required.  

Like I said, there are good plumbers, there are great plumbers.  Virtues Plumbing are super great plumbers- first on my list today.

Dan is the man!! Called @ 9am this morning told him I have a leak in my main water line. Text me @ 12pm and said he could be there @ 1230. Dived right into the job. Found the leak and repaired it. Dan is the man. Great guy with a great personality no BS!!

Accurate Plumbing changed out our water heater in the middle of December and left the old water tank in the carport. Today is February 9th and it is still here. This review will get removed once the water tank is picked up.

Another job well done.  This time on our kitchen sink.  Unclogged drain, replaced a section of drain line, replaced sink strainer and drain pipe to disposer and replaced hot/cold shut off valves.  Very clean installation.  Thank you Johnny and JR Service and Repair

I have a rental property the tenant called saying the shower was leaking. I had this contractor go take a look and told me that the whole shower needed to be ripped out and replaced and that it was going to cost anywhere 3-5K. I did some YouTube research and bought less than $50 worth if supplies from Home Depot. I was able to fix the leak in a hour. Beware.

The guy that came out was actually from Shaka Plumbing. He fixed a leak and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Would recommend.

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
