These guys are awesome! We called the previous day to schedule Allen's Plumbing and they said they'd have a plumber out around 11 the next day. My fiancé was home all day and it was already 1 and no one called or came. I told him to call and cancel with them and call Fast Rooter because of the 5 star reviews I read. My fiancé told me that Jay came within an hour and got the job done within an hour.

I contacted a few plumbers but one was condescending over the phone and others didn't have availability.
Little Big Plumbing booked us within a few days and Savea came to install our new water heater. We had arranged to have our previous one hauled as well at an additional cost, but unfortunately he didn't have enough space in his van.
I can deal with getting the old one hauled later on our own.
What mattered most was getting an appointment booked quickly and fair pricing. Both the lady who took the appointment and Savea were very courteous. We will be in touch for future plumbing needs.

As a home owner, who has gone through many repairmen for our plumbing needs, we would like to sincerely commend Ryan from Pipe Masters.  Ryan was consistently professional, cordial and very knowledgeable.  He was willing to answer all our questions in detail.  We felt he represented Pipe Masters very well.  The repair was completed in a very timely manner and he kept his work area very clean.

We also was impressed that Pipe Master followed up with a call the couple of days after to see if we had any problems.  This is the first time we used Pipe Masters and they help me fixed my problem right away.

Called the number listed on the website on Monday morning and was able to get a  visit Tuesday afternoon. Having pictures of the job helped. When they called to coordinate, I texted the pictures which I feel, helped get the job done faster. Neil had the part ready and was able to complete the job in one quick visit. Would definitely use Shaka plumbing again.

I had a plumbing emergency and I could not use my shower or toilet.  IMUA Plumbing to the Rescue!  This guy is a hard working professional that put in the time (despite his busy day) so I could get my bathroom up and running the same day.  Kelii came and went above and beyond the call of duty. He responds to his calls quickly and as I was telling him the problem over the phone, he was able to diagnosis the problem and knew exactly what had to be done.  He also contacted my resident manager told him the problem & got authorization to do all necessary repairs.  I called late morning and my early afternoon, my problem was fixed.  His customer service is outstanding!  He kept me up to date when he would arrive, he explained step by step what he was doing & he's a very honest/respectable guy.  For any plumbing needs I highly recommend Imua Plumbing!

Shopped around for a plumber.  Ultimately chose JGR because of the reasonable price.

Learned he is a one man show/business owner.  Less employee overhead...

Can tell he is knowledgeable and experienced.  He had to improvise when my shower cartridge was stuck in the valve.  There is absolutely no way I could have done this myself regardless of how many youtube videos I watch.  Plumbing is one of those areas where some situations are not DIY...

He is a nice, outgoing chap.  A pleasure to deal with!

He also did some random, minor patchwork and didn't charge me extra for it--still stuck with his quote!

You may have to text/call him the day of repair to see where he is at... He could be stuck on another job...

Great service! Fast and efficient! We had a leak in our bathroom due to the previous owners cutting corners and using the wrong parts under the sink. Rudy came in and said he had never seen work done like that. He was able to install the right parts in less than 15 mins! Now we have pipes that don't leak. I needed to replace a stuck kitchen sink shut off valve identified in an inspection of high risk components for my condo's insurance policy. First Class Plumbing responded with a very reasonable quote almost immediately.  When I asked to schedule the repair, the plumber, Whit, called me right away and set a time. He kept in touch by phone and text and alerted me when he was about to arrive. The repair turned out to be more complicated than I had thought, but Whit was more than able to handle the problems. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. He charged me a very fair price for the additional work. He also sent me an invoice by email so I could forward proof of work to my condo. I was able to pay online through a link on the email. Highly recommended.

When my last water bill was 18000 gallons I figured there must be a leak somewhere. Fortunately that large water puddle in the middle of my front lawn was a good indication of where the leak was. I called JBC plumbing on Sunday, said it wasn't an immediate emergency but would like someone to come out on Monday to assess the situation. They setup the appointment for Monday between noon and 3 pm.

Josh and his partner showed up before 2 pm, looked at the situation, and figured out the best way to resolve my issue which involved them doing a lot of digging. They took about 90 minutes and also checked for any other leaks while they were there.

I was extremely pleased with their work and no more leak. I would defiantly call JBC plumbing again for future plumbing needs!

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

On the recommendation of a friend (condo manager), I called MARTIN DIXON of VIRTUES PLUMBING for help with a leaky kitchen faucet.  I did NOT expect to receive that kind of determined problem-solving and true 'service' during our initial phone call to help diagnose where the leak was coming from.  Also, I didn't know what kind of Kohler faucet I had, but I took a photo, sent it to him, and he did the research to find out my model.  He took the TIME to contact Kohler, even before an appointment was made, to obtain a replacement hose for me.  He asked me to send him VIDEO of where the leak was occurring, which I did.  After ALL that time to research & diagnose the problem, we made an appointment for the Repair!

NOBODY offers that kind of professional, and truly dedicated service to help their client!  NOBODY!  I'm still in shock at the amazing experience I had with MARTIN DIXON and VIRTUES PLUMBING.  

When the repairmen (CHASE IMAI & DAYTON) showed up to do the actual repair, they were quick, clean, thorough, professional and provided an Invoice with photos and descriptions of what they replaced!  AH-MAZING!  That's all I can say, AH-MAZING!

As a 75-year old Kupuna Wahine, I have often had repairmen try to take advantage of me.  These gentlemen, and their company, are nothing but the most courteous, thorough, helpful professionals, I swear!  Absolute CREAM OF THE CROP!

Responded quick thru Yelp , sent him pictures as requested. Ask for a estimate, he said need to come over to see work.  He said wait till next week, but 2 weeks later still no call. Guess didn't want to do this job.

This place used to do good work years ago now I am not so sure.  They did work on my sink and I still have a on going drip from it.  I will look for someone else next time.

Johnny was excellent all around. Responded to emergency quickly, diagnosed problem, and fixed it efficiently. Came back later in the week with Andy for more substantive repairs, and they both communicated excellently, did what they said when they said, and did a great job.

I am so happy that I went with these guys to do my bathroom! I had 8 different companies come look at my bathroom and all of them were way too overpriced and quoted me 2 weeks to finish! Glad I decided on this company. Alex, the owner gave me the best price and said he could finish my bathroom in a few days. His workers were very professional and fast. They even cleaned up after the bathroom was done! I will be using them for sure for my next home renovation!

What a ripoff

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
