Mike Wessel, the owner of this great firm, came out personally to our home to do some custom repairs of our very expensive gold fixtures. His work was efficient and fast. I appreciated that he called ahead to say he's on his way. I highly recommend you call them.

We had a kitchen faucet plumbing issue that was inconvenient, but not an emergency.  We called at noon - no problem, they would be there by 4 PM. Shaka Plumbing appeared on time and the faucet was replaced in short order.  They were polite, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. They are now our go to plumbing service for everything.  Highly recommend Shaka Plumbing!

This plumber was called to Mokuleia Surf building in Waialua HI bt property manager Bryn James from All Community Management.
For  about 1.5 yrs (from nov 2019 to may 2021)  they  kept coming to the building and could not find the source of floid into my unit on 1st floor. They blamed the almost intact and almost dry cast tub on 3rd floor, then they blamed toilet on 3rd floor...in the unit of whisleblower...
They never used moisure meter nor inspected bathroom pipes on 2nd floor... in the unit of board supporter....
And bc they blamed it on leaks from 3rd floor, they refused to repair anything and let my unit get flooded many times.
Finally ut started floiding the 2nd floor...
So me and 2nd floor owner hired steves plumbing who within 1 hr with moisure meter and common sense found the leak in 2nd floor pipes..
And btw Kamahele plumbing does have moisure meter. They used it when helping a board member.
The owner of jamahele plumbing was there in may 2021 i was there is person as he claimed it was 301 tub flooding my unit, which is a blatant ... lie.

They and  the property manager played a game and charged so much money for nothing.

I would say they shouldnt practice plumbing, they are an unethical company

JBC Plumbing is as great as it gets.

I had a clogged bathtub that I tried to unclog myself previously using four different liquid professional grade drain uncloggers to no avail, needless to say, that trust ol' plunger was of no use this time either.

It got so bad the water started coming back up from the drain. I requested a quote from Yelp using their 'Request A Quote' feature and received several quotes. Some quotes were the same as or similar to JBC's, but Joshua's email was less technical as it was friendly and willing to come right over and help.

He got here pretty quickly, snaked and cleared the clog, and was in & out in less than 15 minutes.

The quote was perfect for a last minute weekend emergency call and the job was well done and flash timing.

Glad I went with JBC Plumbing, I know who I'll be calling again if I have other plumbing issues in the future.

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

I can attest that Virtues Plumbing is The Best in Hawaii. Martin, Ben, Joe, Scott have great teamwork, do really neat, excellent work and even clean up after themselves!  They are knowledgeable, friendly, punctual and their pricing is very reasonable. I can say this because I have hired many plumbers over the years for my ongoing bathtub drain issue, which no plumber could figure out why it would back up every few years. I worked mostly with Martin, who is amazing. He put a camera in the drain line and found a lump of lead, which had melted inside the drain line (probably from original building construction) with several (shampoo) caps stuck in and around it. It was so crazy and I am sure that any other plumber would have given up at that point. Not Martin. He managed to bust it loose, pull out some caps, and cleared the drain! I finally have peace of mind and am very grateful to Martin and Virtues Plumbing! Mahalo nui!

Dan quickly responded in the beginning on a Tuesday, sent him pictures.  Dan said that he could come Friday afternoon, said okay, since he lived in the Ewa Beach area. He never got back to me, sent him a text on Friday to tell him that he never responded.  I am very disappointed. I wanted to hire him because of his five star reviews on yelp. Terrible, he forgot about me.

Fast reliable service. Any plumbing needs give them a ring! I've used this company over 10 times over the years.

Johnny is da man.  Very honest and a good price.  He has done work on my own property and my rental unit. Always my first call.

Tony was great.  I had a clogged kitchen sink and Tony came within the window of time he said he would, was efficient, friendly, and well priced.  He's also a small business owner, so it was nice to be able to support him.  Would highly recommend if you you're looking for a plumber.

This company is reliable.  When dealing with commercial plumbing issues, you wanna have the job done right so it last longer. 535 plumbing is reasonably priced. The result of their work speaks for it self. This is why i keep calling them for new fixes.  
As long they keep sending professionals who know exactly what they doing and keep getting great result, you bet i will keep calling them.   They must be retaining professional and that is why I say it's reasonably priced.  Sometimes it's just cheaper to go with the pro's.

I called hone & business remodel for my house total renovation and the owner of the business came to help me.  His name is alex,  he was very helpful and prompt in getting me set up with an engineer for drawing require to get permit.  The engineer was an in house and the price giving to me was very affordable compare to other contractor that I have came to estimate.  The estimated price for the construction was very reasonable and had more allowances then other.  I would recommend this company to any one, to have there house constructed.  They even answer the phone on weekend.

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
