Best Water Heater Installation in Honolulu HI

I contacted Little Big Plumbing because I wanted to replace the water heater in my condo unit.  Megan answered and was familiar with the condo, knew what type of water heater I needed, and gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone.  Just based on my first phone call, I knew I was dealing with a company that was organized and experienced.

My instincts were right.  The water heater came in before the estimated date I was given.  The plumber was on time, got the job done quickly, and did good work.  Billing was easy and emails were quickly answered. What more could I ask for?  I will be using Little Big Plumbing for all my future plumbing issues.

I had a leaking toilet over the holiday weekend and Kelii from Imua Plumbing came as soon as possible. He quickly diagnosed the issue, a loose gasket in the water tank. He fixed it within an hour, and his rate was excellent. He was very professional and respectful. Imua Plumbing is officially my go-to for anymore plumbing issues in my new home. Very grateful for excellent, local service!

Braddah Jaren was prompt and replied in minutes after I sent my shower faucet issue. He is very knowledgeable and truly a craftsman in his trade. He showed up promptly for a quote and offered to do it that day. After he finished it looked magnificent and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants quality work done the first time.

We have a 60 year old condo where the plumbing repairs take patience and determination to get the job done right, all under the pressure of a limited time period water shut-off. Our 30 year old improperly stubbed Angle stops were quite difficult to change out, and Whit calmly and kindly took the time necessary to it. The guy that came out was actually from Shaka Plumbing. He fixed a leak and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Would recommend.

Rick is great! Called him because my water heater was making noise and rattling. He heard it over the phone and he told me what he thought it was after asking me a few questions. I texted him a picture of the part and told me he was going to look for the part.  He called me back after about 15 minutes and told me that the person he gets the parts from had left for the day. He assured me that he would call for the part in the morning and could probably come to my house around 12ish.  He called the next morning to inform me that the part was way more expensive than he thought and made a suggestion to call a solar company because it would probably save me money. He was willing to sacrifice my patronage to save me money!!! I decided to have him do the job because it seemed like knew what he was doing. Explained to me what was happening and why the problem existed. He resolved the problem in no time and was totally professional and trust worthy. Great communication and very reliable! Called JBC for a second opinion after getting upsold a crazy project by a different company. The guys came over and gave me a simple and realistic solution that came in at 1/9 the cost. Good experience start to finish with fast, friendly operators, and technicians who aren't trying to gouge on price.

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

Hands down the best experience we've ever had with any contractors of any sort. FAST EFFICIENT AND QUALITY.

Martin and the team know their business.  We've hired Martin in the past for various smaller jobs; changing out a water heater, finding a leak and fixing it, installing an outdoor shower, and adding a water line on our second story deck. Each job he has done a superb job.  

We recently hired Virtues for a complete replacement of ALL plumbing in our ohana rental AND new plumbing for a bathroom kitchenette build. We just cant speak highly enough of this team!! They bust their asses and get the job done in the time they say they will, and the work is beautiful.

These guys saved me after an outside pipe broke at my house.

The first plumber I called (Banzai Plumbing) never showed for the appt. - and never called to let me know. I lost over half a day (and a hot shower) waiting for them.

Called Accurate the next AM, and they promised to be there by noon. Instead the plumber came several hours earlier and took care of my situation quickly and affordably.

Accurate will be my first call next time!.

Needed to replace some old toilets and replace a leaking mixer valve in the garage. Johnny was very helpful, he even recommended which one to buy and where it was on sale!  He showed up on time, was very thorough in his explanation, didn't waste time, showed me what was done and left the place clean! Totally professional!!

Today (Saturday) I called a few local plumbing places to get our toilet fixed at our apartment.  All other places didn't answer the phone but Quality Plumbing did.  They told me they would arrive at my home in 45 minutes which was a relief to me since I was leaving to go to the beach within the next few hours and I wanted to problem resolved as soon as possible. Tony came by and fixed our toilet in 15 minutes and even fixed the chain for our toilet so we don't have to hold it down for it to flush (I live with a few other girls and we know nothing about toilets), so that was exciting for us. They charge $90 an hour so thats what we paid and we're happy to have it fixed so promptly since we're having guests over tonight.

If I could give more stars, I would. We were very impressed, and would highly  recommend this company.

I called to ask about changing an old kitchen faucet. After text and talk communication he recommended that we bring our plumbing up to code, instead of leaving the 65+ year old galvanized pipe, which he saw from just the one photo I sent. He came out to do the estimate, and we were scheduled within a few days. The day before, he asked if they could come a half hour earlier. The cooperative crew of 8 began arriving 15 minutes early. They cleaned up during and after the job, even making sure to put their cigarette butts in the trash or pocket. One of them even offered to install some handicap bars. They made sure to protect the floors and even did some extras, like fixing a leaking trap by my request, changing out all the under sink traps, caulking around the commode and adding extra hose bibs outside without extra charge. This huge job was completed in less than 8 hours, and our family couldn't be more pleased.

I just needed a simple rewiring of a 220v outlet to 120v. Well, not quite so simple, considering the washer/dryer in front of the outlet had to be moved out of the closet first.

Alex looked at the outlet (behind the washer) and gave me a quote within minutes. Since his company did work in the building before, I didn't have to go through the hassle of submitting the license and insurance required by building management. Alex and his team completed the work within an hour the same week, at a reasonable price (neither the highest or the lowest).

I'm happy to discontinue using an extension cord for the washer/dryer unit.

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
