Last week week Wednesday from 12-3 scheduled appt for Don in Miliani.  JBC called to confirm and did not show. Don called that day and no one has returned his call. Im not sure how a call to confirm and a follow up call not returned either, fell theu cracks.

5-Stars!  Creative Plumbing is our first choice for our family's properties and they always gets the job done!  We trust them to perform quickly, efficiently, reliably, and professionally for any bathroom or kitchen project.

Back in 2017, we received a quote of $250 just to show up at our front door from Steve's Plumbing.  We didn't hire them.  A year later, my brother actually paid that exorbitant show-up fee because he had a plumbing emergency and couldn't find anyone else to go to his condo.  After that, we promised ourselves we would not call Steve's Plumbing if we needed a plumber.

So in October, 2020, when we needed a plumber for our family-owned condo, we didn't know which company to call that wouldn't rip us off and worse.  It was a relief when our property manager referred us to Full Service Plumbing.  What a great recommendation!  Lindsay requested pictures of the leaking shut-off valve to our washing machine so we could get an estimate and so they would know what parts the plumber needed for the job.  Joe showed up on time for our appointment, was appropriately masked, worked quickly to replace the shut-off valve and hoses, and didn't leave a mess.  After sticker shock from Steve's Plumbing all those years ago, we were delightfully surprised that Full Service Plumbing's bill was reasonable at $209 for all the work done, including parts, and well below the $375 estimate Lindsay had given us.

On April 30, 2021, Full Service Plumbing did work at our house in Kailua.  Lindsay was able to schedule us within a week of my call for help with a leaking kitchen faucet.  In the days leading up to our scheduled appointment, Crystal called a few times to let us know they had openings in their schedule if we wanted the work done sooner.  A change in our appointment wouldn't have worked out for us, but it was good to know they were thinking of us.

Joe was our plumber again.  He removed our leaking kitchen faucet and installed the Moen faucet that we supplied.  He also fixed the pop-up drain stopper for my Grohe bathroom sink faucet.  Joe worked quickly and efficiently.  The entire job took an hour and the cost was $204, which included the materials for the pop-up drain stopper mechanism replacement.  We consider Full Service Plumbing's prices very reasonable.

According to Lindsay, Joe is their go-to repair/service plumber.  He's polite, friendly, professional, and was properly masked while working in our house.  My husband is a retired contractor and he always complained about many of the electricians and plumbers who left their rubbish wherever it fell on the floor and expected he would clean up after them.  This was not an issue with Joe because he picked up after himself, as a professional should, and left his work areas as neat and clean as he found them.

Lindsay is awesome and a pleasure to work with.  Crystal, who also works in the office, is equally nice.  We are grateful to our property manager for recommending Full Service Plumbing.  We will definitely use them again and are already telling our friends about them.

I've always gotten good service from Waialae Plumbing.  Most recently, Bill came to fix a problem I had with the toilet.  He very patiently explained what needed to be done.

Emergency Water Heater Replacement
Here's another instance of an emergency where without warning my sister's water heater started shorting out and tripping the breaker. Tony was at the house checking on completely different problems but he stopped, diagnosed the issues, gave me the estimate and replaced the old water heater with a new one in basically 24 hours - this one was complicated because it has a solar interface and it turned out that a lot of the parts were corroded and the job was just a pain. They worked non-stop to make sure the house wouldn't be without hot water for too long and completed the work exactly as promised. I'm blessed by a few very professional, reliable vendors and Tony/Plumbing Kings, is definitely one of them. Last thing: unlike most plumbers it's never Sorry, next week or two or three weeks, but it's always: I'll try to get over there right now or today to at least tell you what's going on.

We are absolutely thrilled to have hired Benny from BP Handyman services for our 1/2 bath plumbing upgrade and installation. He replaced our very old plumbing, installed a sink, faucet, and skirted toilet with a bidet seat. Benny exceeded our expectations!
From the start, his communication was fantastic and his prices were well within reason. Benny worked hard to update the old plumbing and created a beautiful bathroom remodel.

Emerson came out quickly to replace our broken pressure valve. He did an excellent job and it was fair pricing. He's straightforward without all the bullshit- he gets the job done!

Very quick response for a quote - within 5 minutes! Gave me a reasonable time frame to come out (and came early!) within 5 minutes, toilet issue solved!

Next time we have a plumbing issue, I'm calling them!

Solid company and crew.  Dayne is very knowledgeable and gives fare estimates without over selling or giving you the run around.  His staff is also very knowledgeable, friendly and know how to work efficiently (pretty hard to find nowadays).  

I've used them a few times for work and have never had to make a call back.
My last call was for a clogged drain line that services our steam boilers.  They used their Hydrojet to break up all the scale build up.  Wayyyyy easier than trying to manually snake the lines.  They also used a scope to check their work before and after to see where the build ups were.

The company vehicles are very clean and without any oil leaks.  I'm throwing that out there because the last thing you want is a black slick spot in your driveway or loading zone haha.

Isaac is wonderful!  He goes above and beyond to service his customers, is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional.  His communication was so great.  I had sent him a picture of the hot water heater set up I had that was broken and needed to be replaced.  I'm not familiar with plumbing so I told him what I thought I had.  He very kindly explained to me that my setup was in fact a little different than I thought and asked if I had already bought the new tanks.  I explained to him I had no idea what to do.  He was so patient with me and even went above and beyond to call places to see if they carried what I needed and if they had it in stock for pick up.  When he found what I needed, he even placed the order for me and gave me all the instructions for pick up from the warehouse.  He went out of his way to help me and make sure what I got was correct.  

At time of install, he arrived on time and communicated well throughout the install.  He even put up with my elderly father who wanted to watch everything that was going on and Isaac never made him feel bad or in the way.  My dad felt like he had helped in the project and it was a real kindness that Isaac did for him.  Isaac's work was beautiful and he cleaned up after like he was never there.  

I would recommend Isaac and Tandora Plumbing to everyone.  Solid guy who works hard, goes out of his way to help ensure the job is done right and professionally.  Pricing is super fair and we will be using him again in the future.

Less than 6 months after the good work done. We had an issue with the one of the sinks that were worked on. I reached out again but never heard a response back. :(

Jordan is the most amazing plumber! He was courteous, respectful of our space, quick at fixing our problem and left the whole area better than when he came in.
Hawaii drain pros were amazing to deal with. Extremely nice over the phone, listened to my concerns, and dispatched Jordan immediately. From the time I called to when Jordan arrived on site was an impressive 30 minutes! Jordan gave me an estimate before the work was done, explained what he was gonna do and gave me a time frame. He was spot on with everything and replaced a 20 year old rusty clogged pipe super quick.
At the end they emailed me pictures, and video of all the work that they did. Truly exceptional service. I only wish they had a tip option upon checkout. I had limited cash for tip, but would have given more if there was a tip option upon credit card check out. I will only work with Hawaii drain pros in the future!

I really do not recommend this company at all.  Like the review by James L. and others are saying, I concur that they were unprofessional, arrogant and rude.  Plus they have this outrageous pricing system where the customer pays a flat rate for EACH service such as drain cleaning would be one set charge no matter how small or close to the drain the clog was, and no matter how little time it took, and an additional added flat rate if they use a camera, and then added on top of that, a labor rate per hour.  Seemed like triple pricing for such a small job.  Then when I questioned how much it was for each of these potential services and how much for the hourly rate, they couldn't answer my question.  He went on, either you agree to pay whatever we charge or find another plumber.  I said, I do not think we have a meeting of the mind on this job.   I am afraid I will be given an enormous bill for a small job.  He went on, This is the way we run our business and if you don't agree, don't use us.   Seemed to me they were attempting to make a small, maybe 1-2 hour job into a big, double or triple unreasonably priced job.  And, most importantly, my attempts to reconcile my fears were met with rudeness, hostility and what seemed to me to be unprofessionalism.  Read the reviews; others saying the same thing.
