my bathroom sink was clogged really bad.
I tried drano max gel many times but didn't work... I called them around 2pm and they said they can come on the same day which is great because I don't have any day off until next week.  The plumber guy came at 6pm which is right on time. He was really polite and professional. He did great job and cleaned up really well after he fixed my sink. Highly recommend them!!!!

Great communications, fast, excellent work, honest, fair pricing, professional - what else could one possibly hope for? Jaren fixed several dripping showers at short notice. It was not an emergency, but he did it right away anyway.

Would never recommend this plumbing company. Office staff unprofessional on the phone. Workers showed up with mask on decided it was okay to take mask off in my property. After 3 attempts to find out why my plumbing is leaking still not fixed.

I was referred to Jeff by an acquaintance and am so  glad I have a reliable plumber. He gave me a honest quote on getting a hybrid water heater and even took the time to explain the issues. He even helped me fix my noisy toilet too.

I needed more work later after seeing my water bill go way high. I got a quick reply via email setting up my appointment and quote. He came on time and did the work perfectly. He had all the parts and got to work quickly and neatly.

Best emergency plumbing experience! Bam Bam and scratch fixed my flex pipes quickly and efficently while the water was turned off in 10 units in my building. In an emergency situation the rates were on high side but i guess you cant predict this stuff and no way anyone was going to keep 10 units without running water for the night. Tough situation but Bam Bam made light of it and appreciated that. Wont go to any other plumber for my condo. Kudos waialae plumbing!

Originally only going to do a free estimate, but It was an easy fix.. just needed to replace the wax seal on a toilet. And Tony and the team were great! Arrived early, inspected and decided to knock it our right away. Didn't try to up-sell to a bigger issue, just knocked it out when he saw the problem. And was almost gone before I knew it..

We are absolutely thrilled to have hired Benny from BP Handyman services for our 1/2 bath plumbing upgrade and installation. He replaced our very old plumbing, installed a sink, faucet, and skirted toilet with a bidet seat. Benny exceeded our expectations!
From the start, his communication was fantastic and his prices were well within reason. Benny worked hard to update the old plumbing and created a beautiful bathroom remodel.

Emerson came out quickly to replace our broken pressure valve. He did an excellent job and it was fair pricing. He's straightforward without all the bullshit- he gets the job done!

Owner was very quick to respond and came out at 10pm at night.  Price was very fair and he unclogged my shower in 20 mins. Recommend 10/10

Furuta was recommended by an employee at my condo because they do a lot of work there and are very knowledgeable about our plumbing.  I called them and was happy that they would be at the building that same day and could add me to the schedule.  They showed up to snake the clogged drain in the bathtub. (Almost $300 flat fee with tax). Great.  Until maintenance showed up and said the water was running into the condo below mine.  I was devastated to know that this couldn't be fixed by the plumber on site and would require another call to return the next day for a Leak investigation. ($250 flat fee plus tax). The next day they were running late and had to cancel, so it was rescheduled for first thing in the morning, (Friday).  I asked several times Okay so when you find the leak, you'll fix it? and was assured that when they found the leak they'd quote me a price and if I agreed on the price, they would fix the problem.  I WAS NOT told that the quote wouldn't be given on site but would have to come in the form of a proposal from the office, and would require ANOTHER appointment for service.  Now remember that the shower and kitchen in my condo are unusable because the water runs into my neighbors.  So I wait.  And wait. I called them on Tuesday and was told to wait some more.  It's now over a week later and I still haven't heard back from them. Apparently they're chiseling my quote into a stone tablet and sending it to me by Pony Express.  If you have a leak that you want FIXED, you should call someone else.  But if you are just curious and you have an extra $250. that you need to get rid of you can get a leak investigation with Furuta.
The people on the phone and the two techs who came out were wonderful.  The problem is that the company isn't run to FIX problems, it's a never ending parade and the weak link is in getting a proposal for the job instead of actually doing the job.

Tandora plumbing provided friendly, quick and quality service. They came into our home and got our clogging fixed. He was knowledgeable and it felt like I was talking to a good friend. Definitely would call them again with plumbing issues.

We had what we thought was an emergency on a 3 day holiday weekend. We discovered late on a saturday night that both are dish washer and washing machine wasn't draining. We just assumed it was a clog so we stopped using water in the house. We were pretty desperate, but it was hard to find someone to come out on a sunday of a 3 day weekend. Ashley was the first to reply and we made an appointment. The service person arrived earlier than expected ,which was awesome.
It ended up that we did not have a clog. Our washing machine ended up being broken and our dishwasher had just stopped short of its cycle. Dummy on us. We were charged a very reasonable rate for the visit.
We would definitely use again.

I would like to give A1 Budget Plumbing more stars. They have exceptional plumbers who care about their work. I use them for all my plumbing problems and they always fix the problem quickly, efficiently and for an affordable price.

A friend had his bathroom remodeled and highly recommended Diamond Head Plumbing. He showed me the before and after pictures and his new bathroom looked amazing. He said that DHP did the remodel and they were very professional and quick and he was very happy with their service and quality of their products. I'm so lucky and glad to have gone with his recommendation. I wanted to remove a tub and replace it with a shower. Everyone that I came into contact with from the initial phone call, estimate, to completion made me really like this company. The estimate was very reasonable and fair and all the information I was given very honest and straightforward. They made everything so stress free and easy. 1-Set up an appointment for measurements and estimate 2- Meet at their showroom to decide on material, colors, door design, fixtures ect. 3- Schedule a start date. That's it!
