Found this plumbing person on Yelp. 5-stars, he responded to my call for a plumber.  Excellent customer service, he came the next day to help fix my mother house.  I will definitely use Tim, the owner on any more plumbing repairs.  $200- cash for fixing the sink and toilet.  Aloha, Derek

Our bathtub was clogged later in the day and I quickly went on yelp and came across Ku'ulei Plumbing and drain cleaning. Tim responded right away and showed up the next day first thing. Quick and got the job done. The price was very reasonable. Thank you!

What a life saver! We were stuck without any water because we had to shut it off to replace a kitchen faucet. Little did we know when we unhooked all the hoses that the faucet would be so frozen with corrosion and rust that we wouldn't be able to  take it off. We couldn't turn on the water to the house until we fixed the faucet so we were stumped with what we could do. Tried to get a plumber through Yelp on a Sunday afternoon and almost everyone was booked or closed. That was when I got a response from Tim who said he could fix it today and within an hour he was at our house. He was very efficient and he gave us the best price quote which was lower than the companies who told us they couldn't help us until tomorrow. Would definitely recommend him for your plumbing needs. We will absolutely use him again!

Decided to hire him based on reviews that he had called them two times. He came out strangest thing about it was he showed up in a car which I thought was kind of strange but nowadays you'll be surprised had him take a look at my toilet told me he can get it fixed for $200, as soon as he was done, I paid him and the very next day toilet started leaking My wife tried to message him to see if he could come back and take a look at what's going on he claimed it had nothing to do with what he did and he would not be coming back. Give him a few days figured he was having a bad day message to him again, we asked if we could get our money back he said no what a very cocky attitude decided to call the DCCA and ask about this business and they said they receive numerous complaints of their unlicensed activity. He has two complaints on BBB and he is under investigation right now with the department of consumer commerce affairs for non-license activity. Please be aware of who you hire showing up in a  car instead of a service van or service truck is very unprofessional, but hey, I figured I'd give them a shot. Maybe he just started his company this guy does not take pride in his workmanship quality of work I would never ever ever recommend this guy ever please be aware of who you hire and who you let in your house this guy is not even license at all. Went to all the Plumbing houses asked about this company. No one's ever heard of him highly recommend you don't let unlicensed professionals in your house. I should've trusted my instinct when you pulled up in a car and he also has quite a few bad reviews on not being license or registered with the DCCA I WILL POST A PICTURE OF THE DCA NAME SEARCH he's nowhere to be found, and they also said he's never registered at all

Very quick response for a quote - within 5 minutes! Gave me a reasonable time frame to come out (and came early!) within 5 minutes, toilet issue solved!

Next time we have a plumbing issue, I'm calling them!

I needed a response asap as there were 2 clogged sinks and so I reached out to Kuulei plumbing and he was prompt and professional. He was able to fix both drainages in the bathrooms in a timely manner. He arrived a few minutes early which is always a good thing. He got in there and after each sink he explained what he did or found that clogged the sinks. I am so pleased with his efficiency and I am already planning on booking him again for another job I need to get resolved. Mahalo Kuulei Plumbing!!!

Tim had the best price of all the plumbers I looked at.  He completed the job of a clogging I had that went on for years.  He also fixed a leak that was caused by another plumber with no extra charge.  He deserves 10 stars.

My shower drain was clogged and Tim was incredibly professional and got the job done. He was on time, worked hard, and I am happy with the final product. It was a good price and so worth it. Would highly recommend using for any plumbing needs.

Surprised this guy got good reviews. I wanted to support local so I went with him (especially after reading his reviews since I do take them into consideration). He responded quick with a decent quote and showed up the next morning to attempt to fix my bathroom sink leak and specifically told me he would change out my pop-up fixture. Shortly after he left, I ran the water and it was still leaking from the same places and the pop-up fixture broke again (which he did not replace). Prior to leaving my house he said that if any issues come up within 30 days, he will fix it free of charge. I notified him and 2 days later he came back. Again, he said he would replace the pop-up fixture, which he didn't, and after waiting 24 hours to run the water per his instructions, the sink was still leaking. Mind you, I had to push back my tenants move-in date twice because of this. I notified him again about it leaking, and he completely ghosted me. He did not respond or attempt to reach out to me. I waited the remainder of his 30-day policy before writing this review, thinking maybe he'd reach out. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Clogged drain in shower and Ku'ulei Plumbing responded right away,  quoted the lowest price and offered to clear the clog over the weekend at no extra charge even on a Sunday!  Highly recommend Ku'ulei Plumbing for your clogged drains.

Got a quote and responsiveness was quick and something was scheduled for today BUT after giving my contact info and location, he did not come to the address and did not contact me to let me know he could not make it out. I messaged on Yelp an hour after the appointment time and heard nothing. Very unprofessional, will be looking at other companies. I just wish he didn't waste my time as I could've hired someone else in the time I gave him.

Fastest to respond. Goes above and beyond. Accommodated my tight schedule the same day I posted the inquiry. Highly recommended!!! Definitely my go to for plumbing needs.

Look him Based on the reviews decided to give him a call scheduled with me and never showed up not even a phone call to cancel decided to look him up on the DCCA website he is not registered there decided to look up if he has a plumbing license he does not Checked all around for this business it is not accredited with the BBB I will be turning in a formal complaint and have this business investigated for unlicensed activity shame on you schedule waste peoples time this is not how you start a business You can only tell it's a new business because it's nowhere to be found.

I sent Tim one pic of the issue I had with my toilet, and he had diagnosed it without further question, and managed to order the parts without having to see it or require extra pics.
Definitely an expert in his field.
Hopefully I don't have anymore plumbing issues, but will definitely request his services again should we need them.
Very reasonably priced also.
In summary, genuinely lovely guy and expert in his field.

He resolved the problem and was able to make it to our house quickly. For that I am thankful.

Called yesterday and they were able to come this morning.  Fixed my leaking toilet and leaking bidet. I had spent hours trying to replace gasket, they put in a complete new set and it's now a much better set up that I can handle going forward. Nice guys, Tim's the owner and Cody assisted. Highly recommend.

Owner was very quick to respond and came out at 10pm at night.  Price was very fair and he unclogged my shower in 20 mins. Recommend 10/10

Our toilet was apparently leaking into the unit below us. There was a build up of water from our toilet ring. I honestly have no clue when it comes to plumbing, so I hopped on Yelp and found Ku'ulei Plumbing and Drain Cleaning and sent a message. Timothy responded quickly! I gave him all the information I knew from what my condo's maintenance team had told me, he gave me a free quote over message (unlike most plumbing businesses who will charge you a $60 dispatch fee just to come to your place for a free quote). He was able to come out the next day and fix our toilet ring. Very quick, very responsive, I highly recommend!

Attempted to replace my kitchen sink but ran into several issues and it was unusable. Tim responded to my Yelp quote request immediately and was available the next morning.  He troubleshot the issues and had it repaired right away.  Efficient, friendly and inexpensive.  Definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Quick response!! Needed toilet plumbing and valve to be repaired and Tim fixed it real quick. Water wasn't flowing at all and thankfully he solved the problem in less than an hour. Highly recommend!!
