I had some minor issues that needed to be taken care of at my house, contact AHS they put me in touch with little big plumbing, very professional and honest people that work there all issues was resolved in a timely fashion, Well satisfied with the work

Everybody seemed nice but ... Like most other plumbers NEVER lived up to their word...was asked 3 times to confirm appointment...and kept cancelling and putting it off.. Please make sure you have LOTS of time to waste.. Go somewhere else and save a lot of headache...please please go somehow else... Sick of it..

Called these guys for job and they came in quick and easy will recommend to anybody call them at anytime for your plumbing needs

Talk about response time and quality work!! So thankful I came across his company on Yelp. He's very responsive, detailed, professional and reliable. He responded to an emergency plumbing issue at one of my condos and was able to diagnose and take care of the repair the same day. I had another plumbing issue within the building with another unit and he made some adjustments to his schedule to accommodate some plumbing work needed. Within the last couple of weeks I've called him for plumbing repairs needed at my units and he's always been reliable and honest.

I'm looking forward to working with him with other repairs and or projects.

Leak coming from in between the bowl and tank. Called Plumber and was able to come out two days later. He was extremely professional fixed my leak and to top it off fixed another issue that I had no idea of. The entire time I was asking questions (in case I was interested in doing it myself next time) and he gave me the Step By Step on how I could.  Dont let the limited reviews fool you the company (literally created his account after my visit) he has the Knowledge, professionalism, and best price. Give him a call.

I had a clogged bathroom sink that I put off getting repaired, because I didn't know of a good plumber...and I could still wash my hands in the kitchen sink.

THEN my kitchen sink suddenly clogged, and I suspected an old garbage disposal was the problem. I of course viewed a number of YouTube videos showing how to take a wooden broomstick and try to turn the blades, and it didn't work and emphasized for me why there are plumbers!

I got a lot of advice from various people which made me scared of getting smacked with emergency fees, unexpected added services, plumbers who don't show up, plumbers who don't do a good job, etc

Justin and Troy arrived on time and were very pleasant and professional. They fixed the problems pretty quickly and worked well as a team. They explained what caused the problems and the best ways to prevent recurrence.

The fee was exactly as explained and based on what I have seen in reviews for other companies, the prices are reasonable. I feel that Justin and Troy did excellent work and I will definitely recommend their service.

Responded relatively quick to our inquiry. Had a busted pipe behind the wall for our washing machine and needed the repair quick. Ed gave me a good quote, gave me a timeframe on when he would be available and once he arrived was very thorough in explaining the job and making we had our questions answered. Would definitely recommend Ed and his worker for any plumbing job.

We had a leak in our main water line and had to shut the water off to our home. It was Veteran's Day and I wasn't sure I would be able to get a plumber to come out on a holiday. I contacted a few plumbing companies and Gary from Rayco Plumbing came to take a look at the issue and give us an estimate that day for no charge (after normal business hours on a holiday).

Gary was professional and friendly. He explained what would be involved in replacing the pipe. The leak was coming from the connection point on the main line (see circled area in photo). To make things just a bit more complicated, they would need to cut away some of cement footing. But not a problem, they were equipped and prepared to do it without compromising our brick wall.

He was able to send guys out the next morning so we didn't have to go without water over the weekend. Brandon and another guy worked most of the day replacing the pipe and putting in a new valve. By the time I got home from work they were cleaning up. We had water, a great looking new copper pipe and new a valve!!

I hope I never have a plumbing emergency again, but if I do, I will be contacting Gary at Rayco Plumbing.

Had a few AC units to be installed in the wall and needed a new handyman service because the last guys I used for another project quoted me way too much (they quoted me the same price I paid in total with Sonny for just a single unit-- I had 3 to be done). Sonny & his guy did a fine job with our units and got it done within a few hours! Will definitely be coming back for any new projects I have. Great prices, quick service and cleanup. Thank you guys!

My clog in the kitchen sink was sitting a couple days. I needed someone to come the next day since I needed to coordinate with a neighbor for a shared line. All the more popular plumbers were booked. DOB arrived later than initially planned due to a longer-than-expected previous job, but the dispatcher was very communicative via text and call, setting expectations. The price was very reasonable, the same as others on Yelp. The technician is licensed and patient in explaining what he was doing, professional, and cleaned up after himself. He snaked the line, and it's all good now. He's been a licensed plumber for a long time, and this is a new business (a month old), and he did a good job! He also does bathrooms and other plumbing needs. Consider using DOB for your next job!

I almost hesitated to give this review as he will likely be too busy next time....but it's important to share honestly and frankly.  We are grateful and thankful.

This company was hired through Costco to install our dishwasher and we did not have one good experience with them. They did respond promptly to getting an appointment scheduled which was much appreciated and also showed up on time, but once service started, I wished I had just shelled out the money to hire my own choice of plumber (which I ended up doing in the end anyways). They continuously tried to get me to add in extra fixes that would of course...cost extra, it felt more like they were trying to get more money out of the Costco installation than what I'd already paid. When it came to removing the old dishwasher they said it couldn't be removed, so once they left I gave it a go and only after removing the tile in front of my dishwasher did I see that they had never even disconnected the main water pipe from the dishwasher, meaning the whole time they were tugging on it trying to get it out, the copper pipe was moving with it. Who knows what damage was done to the pipe. Now I'm stuck with hiring a new plumber, fixing the tile, and maybe a bent copper pipe.

I am so happy that I went with these guys to do my bathroom! I had 8 different companies come look at my bathroom and all of them were way too overpriced and quoted me 2 weeks to finish! Glad I decided on this company. Alex, the owner gave me the best price and said he could finish my bathroom in a few days. His workers were very professional and fast. They even cleaned up after the bathroom was done! I will be using them for sure for my next home renovation!

They did some work awhile back for me...replaced both wall a/c units. The new units are cheaper to run and work great!

Rance was the name of our technician. Super professional and very knowledgeable. He was punctual and helped us to understand the problem. He was very mindful and I loved that he showed up with a mask on!! Very respectful and friendly. Got the job done!! Highly recommend!!!!

Nate and Dave just finished a job in my bathroom.  They snaked a clogged sink and now it's finally draining!  I called Waialae plumbing for the same thing months ago and they showed up and snaked (standard snake fee of $500) only for them to tell me that the pipes are galvanized that's why the snake wasn't working.  Sink still clogged and $500 down.  EverTrust was in and out in less than 1 hour and did a complete job finding the connecting pipes and fixing the clog.  It's hard to get in contact with EverTrust on the phone but it is worth it!  A quarter of the price and a complete job based on trust, no schemes or up selling.
