After months of communications with Junior and Mike, there's still no appointment set for someone to look that the leaks. Very unprofessional and unreliable- each time I spoke on the phone with Junior, he promised to send a follow up text to set up an appointment. This said text never comes through. When I follow up, there is no answer! It's been months with the same cycle and no progress - leak has become worsen. I'd never recommend these guys to anyone. Bad overall experience!

I am really happy overall even though this was a just a snake job in my kitchen sink.  When I first called to arrange service I did have to leave a message, but was called back and an appointment was set up for the next day.  Timing was perfect.  The plumber, Keoni was very pleasant and professional.  Although casual in his conversation, I could really tell he knew what he was doing.  The clog turned out to be a little more complex, but he recognized the problem and quickly changed equipment to fix the problem.  In all, it took less then an hour of my time.  Another nice thing, is he barely left anything for me to clean up.  Most times, I end up having to do a big scrub down from service issues, but can put back my kitchen now with little effort after the visit.  I will keep their number on hand for sure if I do encounter any future plumbing issue and not hesitate at all to ask for their assistance.

My experience with pipe masters is awesome. They have worked with my needs and budget of re-lining my sewer pipe. I have gotten quotes from different companies Steve's plumbing quoted 41,000 and  that's 3,000 for Hydro jetting, 14,000 descaling and 24,000 for re-lining. CJ plumbing quoted 23,000 for 30' that's with the descaling and Hydro jetting of pipe. Pipe masters give me a quote little over 18,000 for 40' of re-lining sewer pipe that includes hydro jetting, and descaling of sewer pipe. This help me a lot with my budget. I'll be using pipe master for all my needs with plumbing. I'll be recommended them to all my family and friends. They have my 5 star rating.

Lehi from Shaka plumbing is possibly the most helpful and nicest plumber I have ever met. We called him to locate a cesspool and after he had worked hard and was unable to access the sewer line he didn't even charge us. He was full of very useful information and was extremely friendly.

Keli'i is licensed and insured plumber who is very professional and responsive. The first time I called, he was in the middle of a large job but took the time to come over and assess the leak I could hear dripping in my wall.

We communicated via text and although he was very busy, he came after hours on July 3 - the day before a holiday and stayed until almost 8 pm. He had to cut walls in between the upstairs kitchen and downstairs bathroom.

He bought the part needed and squeezed me into his schedule on July 5. After struggling in a small,  cramped space trying to remove a pipe that was installed incorrectly in the 1970s  (he had to chip away at the pipe, then cut it, then drill a bigger hole in the floor joist while working in a hole no larger than a 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper) he kept saying Nothing is impossible. After seeing his accomplishment of this difficult job, I told Keli'i that should be his corporate slogan - Nothing is impossible!

Jaren is my go-to guy with any plumbing related repairs! 5-star service and he always has a solution. I could not recommend him and JGR Plumbing enough!

Called around and was referred to Kama Hele by another company. Best move i ever made. They came out the next day to inspect the work and we decided they could start right away. A hour later i had a new shiny water main valve and pressure regulator. Priced super reasonable and great service. Well deserved 5 stars. P

I had a leaking shower in a new condo.  I found this company on Yelp but also contacted another company referred by a friend.  The other plumber came out first but had never even seen Grohe fixtures and admitted he didn't know how to fix it.  Whit from First Class Plumbing came out and was the sweetest and nicest guy.  I trusted him immediately.  He was able to determine the problem.  I had to order the part from the mainland and it took months but I finally got the part and he fixed it today.  If you need a plumber, you have to use this company.  Not only do they respond quickly, but they are professional and honest!  That's pretty hard to find these days.  I'm going to recommend them to everyone I know.

Had them replace our wax ring last July. Recently found out it was not installed properly. We had water (and mold) in our wall behind the toilet. Looks like they put the ring down once, then moved it. The bolts were also not installed properly. Now we have to pay 10 times what we paid them just to fix it and remediate the damage. Very disappointed.

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

I've used Fast Rooter for many years now and they continue to be reliable, capable, and efficient. They've performed tasks from complex to simple, for example finding a difficult leak or solving a perplexing dishwasher drainage problem to replacing a stuck shower faucet. Mike is especially great. Highly recommend this company.

There are good plumbers, there are great plumbers and then there are the rarified super great plumbers.  Companies that excel in all facets of their business.

We've had pretty good luck over the years with plumbers.  For many years, the plumbers would give vague estimates which might be spot on or way off.  Sometimes the job would require more work, hence the higher charge.  Most customers are ok with that as long as it's explained.  Many times that is not the case.  

Through word of mouth and Yelp we discovered Virtues Plumbing.  We needed to have some work done in one of our bathrooms and also outside, including relocating a water shut-off valve.  

These guys were great!  They came out to determine what needed to be done, gave an estimate and gave recommendations on how we could accomplish something on our own without involving their services.  

Whenever there was a potential deviation, they would ask us how we would like to proceed.  Their recommendations saved us some money which is always nice.  

Because of problems with some other fixtures we had bought, we had to return some stuff and get replacements.  They followed up to help us get the installation done correctly above and beyond what was required.  

Like I said, there are good plumbers, there are great plumbers.  Virtues Plumbing are super great plumbers- first on my list today.

Don't hire anyone else~ Call Dan he's the man to do the job. I explained the problem & what I wanted done....he came a few days later per my request. Arrived on time as scheduled. Came in fixed the toilet leak, adjusted my garbage disposal and boom he was right out the door 15-20 minutes tops! He even told us if we had any problems after to call and he'd come back with no charge. Keep in mind he also didn't charge us an arm & leg for coming out to the west side ....which most companies do (or they are afraid to lol). Easy online bill pay. He was very professional and in fact I have referred him out to quite a few people already. Much cheaper than anyone else.

I recently found out that my Aunt has had a broken shower for years since my uncle passed away. My aunt is struggling financially and is a dialysis patient and very weak..... she's been filling up buckets and struggling as she had to carry the water to the bathroom to take a sponge bath. Left me broken hearted to hear. So, I asked Dan to please run up to her place and see what's up. He went up there and did a free estimate, we scheduled an appointment for repair which he also took the extra additional time to see the association complex manager etc., He went on his scheduled repair time on time of course, did his thing, in and out....and now my Aunty is SO HAPPY and BLESSED to have regular daily showers!

Fast, reliable, honest services at a very reasonable price!  Clayton and Colton came and resolved our issue within an hour.  We will definitely utilize their services again.

Johnny provided us with excellent service. He came to snake our drain well into the evening and charged us an incredibly reasonable amount. Very kind, helpful and knowledgable.

I have a rental property the tenant called saying the shower was leaking. I had this contractor go take a look and told me that the whole shower needed to be ripped out and replaced and that it was going to cost anywhere 3-5K. I did some YouTube research and bought less than $50 worth if supplies from Home Depot. I was able to fix the leak in a hour. Beware.

This place has a very high rating.  It also says they will call back within 15 minutes.  I left a message explaining that I was in an emergency situation, but5 hours later there was still no response.  Do not waste your time with this company.

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
