Called them at 6:30pm to come out the next morning and they came on time. Was my parents house had to replace both water supply valves for kitchen sink and the p trap. Took him less than one hour and the charge was very reasonable. My parents are happy with service. I'll use them again.

On very short notice, RJ came to my condo around 6:30pm to fix a leak in my bathroom (after he had already put in a full days work).  He took care of my problem competently  and professionally and the timely response definitely saved my flooring.  Even after I had paid RJ, RJ went down the elevators to his van and back to grab some towels to clean up some minor areas on the floor.  I found that rather impressive given that most folks would have probably settled for home at that point or might have even charged for the additional time.

Overall, I am very comfortable saying that I would highly recommend.  On a side note, their business cards were top notch and it will definitely be going into my rolodex.

Arvin from the office to Josh the plumber, both were so courteous and professional!! I was fortunate to get an appointment the next day. Very pricy but problem solved. We had 3 toilets wax ring's and supply line's replaced + diagnostic tests, almost $1000.00.
Caulk work could use some help though.

He built our redwood fence and did a great job! He showed up when he said he would and finished on time. We will totally call him up again in the future. Don't skimp and get a cheap contractor. Get one that knows his stuff and this guy does.

I had a plumbing emergency and I could not use my shower or toilet.  IMUA Plumbing to the Rescue!  This guy is a hard working professional that put in the time (despite his busy day) so I could get my bathroom up and running the same day.  Kelii came and went above and beyond the call of duty. He responds to his calls quickly and as I was telling him the problem over the phone, he was able to diagnosis the problem and knew exactly what had to be done.  He also contacted my resident manager told him the problem & got authorization to do all necessary repairs.  I called late morning and my early afternoon, my problem was fixed.  His customer service is outstanding!  He kept me up to date when he would arrive, he explained step by step what he was doing & he's a very honest/respectable guy.  For any plumbing needs I highly recommend Imua Plumbing!

A few months ago, I tried to DIY a shower faucet fixture to save a bit of money. Unfortunately, I broke a pipe and needed an emergency repair. The whole experience from requesting help to getting the guys to the house was smooth and quick. I have other plumbing work that I have to get done and will be calling them again to help (before it's an emergency).

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

I want to give a shout out and great big thank you to JOEY.  This company is great. They keep a record of how many times they come to your place. Since this is like the 6th time they had to come over, it raised some concern for them.  Joey (who was really nice) went above and beyond.  He spent a good amount of time snaking and always double checking to see that my water was being drained. It was no get in get out kinda job.  He sympathized with me and the situation and wanted to make sure he left no stone unturned within his capability.  I will definitely continue to do business with this company because of him.

The guy that came out was actually from Shaka Plumbing. He fixed a leak and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Would recommend.

This place used to do good work years ago now I am not so sure.  They did work on my sink and I still have a on going drip from it.  I will look for someone else next time.

Johnny is a life saver! On my wife's birthday the kitchen sink began to overflow due to drainage problems from our building. He came over and took care of it at after hours and saved the night. Can't thank him enough!

I had a clogged sink and shower with company arriving the next day! In a panic, at 6PM I called 535 Plumbing--I found them BBB website--they were able to come out the next morning (before the arriving company) and quickly took care of the clogs! They even checked our other shower to see if it should be snaked too ( just in case) which it didn't and they were honest enough to say so! Since then I have referred them to a few friends, who were equally pleased with the service they provide. We are now considering doing some work on our home that will involve plumbing work so I contacted 535 Plumbing for an estimate. Jamie came out and she explained everything we need to know in regards to the plumbing job in a clear and concise manner, patiently answered all my questions, and without making me feel stupid. All estimators, whatever the job, should be like her--willing to provide detailed explanations and answer customer questions. She had the estimate to us the next day. With it in hand we can now continue planning the rest of work and be ready to schedule the plumbing job in the near future. Thanks for doing a great job for us with the clogged drains, providing good service to those we gave a referral, and for providing reasonable estimate for future work in such a timely manner.

I called hone & business remodel for my house total renovation and the owner of the business came to help me.  His name is alex,  he was very helpful and prompt in getting me set up with an engineer for drawing require to get permit.  The engineer was an in house and the price giving to me was very affordable compare to other contractor that I have came to estimate.  The estimated price for the construction was very reasonable and had more allowances then other.  I would recommend this company to any one, to have there house constructed.  They even answer the phone on weekend.

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
