When you need a plumber call Megan at their office and she will take care of scheduling you so you get the service you need when you need it.
They are all so nice and PROFESSIONAL, when they say they will come they are consistently punctual.

I contacted Pipe Masters through Yelp on a Saturday and got a response first thing Monday morning. I was able to upload photos through Yelp but they asked for a video by text to confirm the problem they were suspecting. They had someone out to our condo that afternoon to confirm their assessment and fix our dripping shower faucet, and they picked up the new faucet so I didn't have to deal with it.

I was very impressed with the pre-service call that detailed COVID protocols, which frankly, were more important to me than the service. My feeling is that licensed plumbers can probably all do what I needed well and quickly with the same level of quality. During these times, I appreciated how proactive they were with COVID protocols: they asked me to wear a mask, said their service people would wear masks, asked that I open the windows 5-minutes before their arrival for airflow. This was really important to me that they took these protocols as seriously as me and my family do.

Overall, I appreciated the ease of contacting them, the fast response, an accurate and reasonable price, and how fast they were able to come. It wasn't an urgent issue, but was nice to have it fixed quickly. I also like that they have a website. Small thing, but it's clear they put as much work into their presentation as a modern business as they do into the plumbing work they do.

At first I scheduled an appointment and the plumber didn't show up or call to say he couldn't make it. However, when I called back today the gentleman that answered the phone was very polite and he apologized for yesterday's mishap. The plumber that came to my houses name is Neil and Neil not only did a great job but he was a nice guy too. He even had the courtesy to remove his boots before coming into the house.

When Neil was finished he apologized again for the no call no show and he told me that he would charge me for only part of the work he did today. I would absolutely without a doubt call Shaka plumbing again if I have plumbing problems. I can see why they have 5 star Yelp reviews, it's because they're honest plumbers who conduct themselves in a  professional way. They truck Neil drove was clean and well organized and even the clothing that he wore was clean and he had his shirt tucked in which shows that these guys care about what they do and they take it seriously.

Has anyone else been harassed and offended by Imua Plumbing drivers? We were doing 10+ over the speed limit on Kam highway with this guys tires screeching in our trunk when the car in front of us slowed down... them this AHole passes us (still going over the speed limit) over a DOUBLE yellow. Maybe don't call them unless you someone cracked out coming to tear your job up. Drug are bad... mmmmkay?

We needed someone to replace several leaky spigots and based on the yelp reviews, got a quote from him. Quick response and reasonable too! Was surprised that his call out fee was only $25 ( within area). He has senior and cash discounts too. His quote included everything. Very professional and pleasant, not to mention reasonable. This was only a simple job but we will use him again for other things that may come up!

Shayne was very fast to respond to my request. He came out on a Friday evening and helped snake a clogged drain. Affordable prices and quick to respond! Thanks Shayne!!

Our house has lots of deferred maintenance and our shower fixtures needed replacement.  Sent requests for estimates via the Yelp thingy and they were the first to respond with reasonable quote and fast appointment.   The plumber and manager were great at communicating and doing the job. It's always a struggle just to get anybody to show up for any projects on your house, lots of flakes. Not these guys.

Our old school ball type shower fixture was a little complicated to replace but Whitt was able to do it without cutting a hole in the back of the shower which some other plumbers said was the only way to do it.

They went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right and guaranteed their work. So far so good

My friend has a condo, and I talked him into letting some friends stay there. Guess what...they had a little accident.  A Barbie got flushed. They called me asking what to do. We found Aloha Plumbing they were super helpful. Everything is as good as new. I'd highly recommend them.

JBC did a great job resolving my issues in a short period of time and provided excellent customer service while in my home. I was unaware of what the average price would be and would have appreciated a quote or average site visit price over the phone.

Overall great work and I would call JBC again for future assistance.

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

I can attest that Virtues Plumbing is The Best in Hawaii. Martin, Ben, Joe, Scott have great teamwork, do really neat, excellent work and even clean up after themselves!  They are knowledgeable, friendly, punctual and their pricing is very reasonable. I can say this because I have hired many plumbers over the years for my ongoing bathtub drain issue, which no plumber could figure out why it would back up every few years. I worked mostly with Martin, who is amazing. He put a camera in the drain line and found a lump of lead, which had melted inside the drain line (probably from original building construction) with several (shampoo) caps stuck in and around it. It was so crazy and I am sure that any other plumber would have given up at that point. Not Martin. He managed to bust it loose, pull out some caps, and cleared the drain! I finally have peace of mind and am very grateful to Martin and Virtues Plumbing! Mahalo nui!

So I know I had previously given another plumbing service high accolades but i also like Dan Doe's. I found him to be very responsive and his prices are reasonable.  I was able to secure an appointment time within 5 hours of my request for quotes.

Very professional. Job was estimated and done with excellent communication. I'm a contractor and am very pleased with the ease with which the job was estimated and completed. Well worth every penny. Planning on using them again soon.

Tony came , fixed my toilet.  It's as good as new. And he another new art, not sure what it is called and the toilet is quiet and works like a charm.  Yippppeeeeeeee!

We had a clogged bathroom sink. Saw excellent reviews for 535 Plumbing on Yelp. Decided to give them a try. Very excellent service! Repair technician arrived on time. Sorry for forgetting his name. He was very cordial and also wore a mask. He was able to snake the drain and was done in less than an hour. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing! Thank you very much!!!!!!

I just had my bathroom repaired by Price Plumbing and E.P.K. (the two of them, Richard and Ed, work together, also Ron the carpenter) and they did a great job on a complicated project for an affordable price. The toilet flange had been leaking for a while and had rotted through the plywood and was dragging cracking the ceramic tile. It entailed replacing all that plus a bunch of connecting fixture. They had to work in the crawl space of the house and above. I had tried twice before to get other estimates but neither got back to me after looking at it. They were efficient, finishing the job in about 3 days and left the site nice and clean. I would absolutely recommend them to others and would use either again if I had a plumbing issue.

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
