UNETHICAL, GOUGED ME, WORST PLUMBING EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD.   first, they charge $75 to come out and give an estimate.  This is NOT applicable to work they subsequently do.  But I was stuck, I was leaving in 2 days so I agreed to pay $75 for the estimate.  (which no other plumbing company anwyhere charges.  They apply it to work you hire them to do)  I asked them to do several tasks, including instaling new shut off valves for the washer and dryer under the bathroom sink in my condo.  I went over the job with the woman who booked the appt, and with the first man who came from Little Big.  He said he needed another person to help take the door off so they could service the washer/dryer.  The owner arrived, Mike Wessell, arrived, and the two of them worked for about an hour.   When he said they were done, I checked the work, and they'd installed the valves in the wrong place!  Behind the washer dryer, not under the sink.  I wish you'd told me that sooner, he said.  I told your assistant and your booker. Think about it, if the valves are behind the machinery and I can't get behind the machinery, what use are the valves?  That's why I asked for them to go under the sink.  Mike let his worker go and re-did the job himself.  Then he gave me a bill for installing two sets of valves.  When I protested that he'd made a mistake with the first valve, he said, okay, I'll take that charge off, but then I'm gonna charge you for an extra man on the job, which I didn't do before.  When he totaled that up, it was MORE than the original bill.  I should have refused to pay, but I had other appointments so I wrote him a check.  I wish I had canceled it, or taken it up with our building manager, who'd recommended him.   As a consequence, the manager refuses to recommend him or have him work in the building.  FIND A DIFFERENT PLUMBER.  SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND AGGRAVATION.

Pipe Masters was able to come right away and diagnose our plumbing problem.  Bernard was very good with his explanations and showing us what he saw in the pipes with his camera.

I didnt like that I got quoted one price of 120 for drainage but 150 when they came to fix. That was a negative mark for me. Grateful yall honored the price that was said.

If you're researching for plumbers stop . These guys are absolutely amazing. The service technician Matt was professional and courteous and did an outstanding job. Hopefully I won't have too many Plumbing issues in the future but if I do I will definitely call these guys again.

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

Wow, great service and expertise. Will definitely use them again. Not only was the skill level of my plumber great, but he was super professional and explained to me everything he was doing.

Dan replied quick to my request for a quote.  His schedule was packed and we waited about a week, but it was worth it considering what other plumbing companies would have charged us.  Their quotes were RIDICULOUS.  I mean, the difference was hundreds of dollars.  Dan and his employee worked quickly and efficiently.  No more leaky faucet!  Will definitely be calling Dan for all our future plumbing needs.

Very professional. Job was estimated and done with excellent communication. I'm a contractor and am very pleased with the ease with which the job was estimated and completed. Well worth every penny. Planning on using them again soon.

Johnny provided us with excellent service. He came to snake our drain well into the evening and charged us an incredibly reasonable amount. Very kind, helpful and knowledgable.

Very nice guy but the only thing that I would suggest is make sure that you get your estimate in writing because my estimate was between $450 and $550 on the date of estimate and he came out on Friday and we agreed that he would do the work on Tuesday and he showed up on Tuesday but my price was now $1000 by the end of the day it was $1500 and he knocked it down to $1200 but because I had to leave there was a couple of things that he didn't finish but does good quality work just make sure you have everything in writing

Alika was punctual for our repair appointment time. He quickly assessed the sputtering sound from our kitchen faucet. Checked the water pressure under sink and discovered that the valve was almost completely shut off. He fully turned on the valve. Same problem with our washing machine. The pipes were making loud clanging sound when washer turned on. He checked the cold and hot water valves behind the washer and noticed they were only halfway on. Our 2 toilets weren't taking too long to fill up. One waking making a high pitched noise. He did a rebuild on one toilet and changed a part on tue other toilet.  He worked fast and efficiently. Very polite and pleasant guy. Would highly recommend this plumbing repair service!

Responded relatively quick to our inquiry. Had a busted pipe behind the wall for our washing machine and needed the repair quick. Ed gave me a good quote, gave me a timeframe on when he would be available and once he arrived was very thorough in explaining the job and making we had our questions answered. Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
