Best A/C Repair in Honolulu HI

Great response, great service.  We got a disposal from Amazon and had put off having it put in.  I had some time off this week and called Fast Rooter based on Yelp reviews.  Junior answered and had his son Jay come out that afternoon.  He installed the disposal, gave his opinion on some shower stems. and fixed and a small issue with a toilet.  All in all competent, fast, service with a 30 day warranty.

They were called by my worthless American Home Shield warranty company for a leaky hot water heater.  LBP did come out, Micheal was friendly enough and recommended replacing the entire water heater without doing much trouble shooting.  Long story short as to why only 2 stars -  it took another 3 days to get an answer if the AHS was going to cover (from either AHS or LBP), then another 3 days to get a quote to repair.  I called every day (sometimes 2 or 3 times) just get an update, not once was the phone answered.  And my calls were rarely returned.  The quote was over $1,500.  I had the hot water heater fixed today for $600 by another company.  Mike the plumber was nice enough, I was disappointed with the company as a whole.

We had an unfortunate incident happen at one of our rental properties but didn't know if there was a active leak in the walls.  Pipe Masters (Arvin) throughout went through the process of what's going to take place and gave me pricing up front.  Once the tech went out and did his diagnostic (no leak found), we were given pictures to show there's no leak and even found a recommendation to replace a control valve.  Arvin called a day later to follow up on everything.  I highly recommend Pipe Masters! Not only are they local owned, they are knowledgeable and quick to respond.

I'm a repeat customer for Shaka plumbing a few times over. They always respond so quickly and do fantastic work. You can really see that they take pride in their work and they are very neat and thorough and strive to find the best solutions to whatever comes up. Thanks !!!

I called in the morning to ask for a last minute AC removal. They were very understanding and were able to come out that night and remove the AC from the window without damaging the frame (previous tenants had glued it into the frame) and came back the next morning to install the new AC that I'd bought.

I didn't get the guy's name but he was very polite and worked pretty quickly. The cost was reasonable as he had to cut through layers of rubber cement to get the old AC out and install the new one.

I'd definitely recommend this company :)

Keli'i is licensed and insured plumber who is very professional and responsive. The first time I called, he was in the middle of a large job but took the time to come over and assess the leak I could hear dripping in my wall.

We communicated via text and although he was very busy, he came after hours on July 3 - the day before a holiday and stayed until almost 8 pm. He had to cut walls in between the upstairs kitchen and downstairs bathroom.

He bought the part needed and squeezed me into his schedule on July 5. After struggling in a small,  cramped space trying to remove a pipe that was installed incorrectly in the 1970s  (he had to chip away at the pipe, then cut it, then drill a bigger hole in the floor joist while working in a hole no larger than a 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper) he kept saying Nothing is impossible. After seeing his accomplishment of this difficult job, I told Keli'i that should be his corporate slogan - Nothing is impossible!

JGR did an awesome job on our garbage disposal drain.   He responded quickly and his price was affordable.   Thank you Jerren.

When I call he responds quickly and/or stops by to discuss the problem with me. I am always satisfied with his work and affordable prices. Shayne is my number 1 go to plumber for everything.

Our experience with Kama Hele Plumbing hands down has been the best customer service experience from the initial call for an estimate to the completed work and clean up. I had my solar water replaced and my quote was on point. They did not try to up sell me with recommending to change other parts if it was not needed. Whit was very flexible, accommodating, professional, and personable!  I was very surprised how quickly and reasonably I got in touch with Whit and Ana to schedule my job as soon as possible.  I really liked the flat rate since it is a  great affordable deal to someone on a budget like I am.  I had my kitchen faucet replaced and the pipes under my kitchen sink properly plumbed.  I will definitely call Whit back in the future.  Thank you so much!!!

While renovating our bathrooms (with Insolid), we were recommended to Plumbing Source to pick up our Delta faucets and fixtures.  The atmosphere is very local and casual - knowledge of pigeon is probably a plus.  In fact, Plumbing Source looks as if it is staffed by your uncles.  The showroom isn't large or glitzy.  None of this should come as a surprise given their location in the industrial area of Kalihi (off Waikamilo).  All this, however, was fine by us.

They gave us a great rate (or so they say) and they were very efficient.

When we do our next renovation, I'm sure that we will deal with Plumbing Source again, since we have every intention of using Insolid again.

Bear in mind, they run very early hours during the week and open at 6 AM on Saturday, but they close by noon.

BLUF: automatic recommend. If you're in a bind, they're worth the wait. But they do have great emergency dispatch too. Not only were they one of the first available, but the recency of reviews was a strong contributor to our decision.

I had a clogged bathtub and requested a quote. Within that hour they promptly responded and scheduled to come help.  It took Daniel a swift 10 minutes to clear my bathtub drain and he was extremely polite and tidy.  Usually plumbers take about an hour and overcharge you but Drain Daddy is a very reasonable price point and doesn't waste your time. I'll definitely be using them again for any plumbing malfunctions in the future. Mahalo!

At the end of 2015 when the Plumbers I contacted (including my regular Plumber) were booked totally solid through the New Year, Junior and Jay of Fast Rooter Plumbing astonished me by being able to come out the very same afternoon I called them to help replace a broken kitchen faucet, which was terribly inconvenient -- especially with our New Year's Eve party coming up the next evening!!! I had to leave voicemails for other Plumbers and they disappointingly called me back after a day or few.

Junior picked up the phone right away and set up an appointment with me later the same afternoon. As promised, Jay showed up and did absolutely stellar work in a quick amount of time . . . my wife and I just couldn't be any happier at all. This was the first time we tried Fast Rooter Plumbing and definitely won't be the last!

I am so happy that I went with these guys to do my bathroom! I had 8 different companies come look at my bathroom and all of them were way too overpriced and quoted me 2 weeks to finish! Glad I decided on this company. Alex, the owner gave me the best price and said he could finish my bathroom in a few days. His workers were very professional and fast. They even cleaned up after the bathroom was done! I will be using them for sure for my next home renovation!

Zero Star Home Repair would be a better name. 3 no shows, no calls/texts to let us know that there would be a delay or that he couldn't make it (we had to call/text to see what was going on). I don't think that's how I would try and start off a job. It's a great way to end one though.

I don't know what else to say. That pretty much sums it up.

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
