These guys are super fast and they are very good they did not rip me off only $143 for them to come over right away replaced the shower handle that was broken and put in the brand-new stem that was completely stripped out I will give them five star and I will call them again great service friendly and easy to deal with

There is absolutely nothing LITTLE about the heart, expertise, competency and aloha of this company.  Based upon the YELP reviews, I called this morning about my leak, was greeted warmly and was scheduled in for an early evening appointment.  Michael was incredible, he got to the problem very quickly, which masked a much larger problem.  With gusto he attacked the clogged drain.  In all of our years of calling folks in to help with the drain, this is first time someone got under the house, opened up the pipes and flushed away the madness.  

They will be my go-to people from now on!  Not only did he take care of business, Michael, our archangel, did customer education, discussed on corrosive home remedies for our pipes and was a genuine good sport about being followed around incessantly by my son.  

Not only is he great with pipes, drains, plumbing, he's incredible with young adults with autism.  Michael for Mayor!

What a gem of a find on Yelp!  I was in need of a handyman for several repairs to my home.  I emailed two but one was not taking new appointments till January.  Ben from BLS Carpentry & Handyman Services contacted me by email right away and scheduled the estimate.  After quoting me an estimate, he went in search of the materials he needed and called me back later that day to say that he had found the siding for my carport wall and could come the next day (Saturday) to do the job.  He and another guy worked on the three repairs and I was so excited with their workmanship!  The pictures show before and after.  Ben and his partner were very professional and cleaned up after the job was done.  Ben was also very courteous and contacted me when he was going to be a little late to the estimate appointment when his earlier project took additional time; and when he was at the hardware store picking up the supplies.  

I also need to give a shout out to Robert Baay Painting Services who did the painting after the repairs were done.  

I will definitely call Ben again for future work on my house!

Don't let plumbers in Hawaii give you high cost proposals with the that's how it is in Hawaii excuse. Rick is very reasonable and will give you quality work.

We were referred to Rick through our home inspector for a condo purchase. The bathroom needed a significant overhaul. New toilet, new supply valves, new shower valve, new sink, new tub surround/tile. We had a specific schedule that we needed to keep due to some conflicting requirements and particular allowable workdays due to condo association rules. Rick and his guys completed all of the work expertly and right on schedule. No complaints, no extra charges. The work is high quality.

I'll close with the fact that I am a construction project manager by profession.  Have been for 25 years. I know a great contractor when I hire one and Rick is a great contractor.

Our rental unit toilet was leaking and we used the condos plumbing company they recommended. Wow, not only were they a total rip off but they also saw something that needed to be replaced while in the same section but didn't let me know until after closing everything up. So now I would have to have them open up the whole area again to have the failing piece replaced while also charging me another call fee.
Thankfully I got a referral for Whit at First Class Plumbing from Joseph at Pop's Painting (another trustworthy source) and I couldn't be happier with Whit's work!!! Not only did he complete the job the first plumbers didn't complete, but his workmanship and quality job he did was outstanding! Not just that but he was also prompt, professional, and his rate is reasonable for the quality of work he does.

Although I've never done business here, I walk Kalihi neighborhood almost daily, and I'm writing this review and posting a picture because of the impressive tidiness of the building and parking lot!

I had the opportunity to call JBC for the second time in two weeks for different problems and both times they did an outstanding job.  They came early both times and were in and out quickly.  They are efficient and vary good at what they do.  I feel that I get quality work from Ryan and his son at JBC and I feel lucky that I found them.  I won't hesitate to call them again.

Daniel came out late in the day to help with our shower handle that sheared off in the on position.  We had to shut off the water to the house.  Nothing about the job came easy.  He worked late into the evening, and then went out of his way to clear his schedule to come back first thing in the morning.  He did an excellent job at replacing some very stubborn, corroded parts.  Now our shower is perfect! The folks at Drain Daddy, like Daniel and Misty know what it means to give great customer service!  Thanks Drain Daddy!

Hey these guys are super good they came out within one hour they fixed my shower I had a broken knob stem had to be replaced it only cost me 143 man these guys are unbelievable so if you need something done for a reasonable price you should call them the dude who help me his name is Mike he's super friendly super clean left no mess very professional people

I am so happy that I went with these guys to do my bathroom! I had 8 different companies come look at my bathroom and all of them were way too overpriced and quoted me 2 weeks to finish! Glad I decided on this company. Alex, the owner gave me the best price and said he could finish my bathroom in a few days. His workers were very professional and fast. They even cleaned up after the bathroom was done! I will be using them for sure for my next home renovation!

They did some work awhile back for me...replaced both wall a/c units. The new units are cheaper to run and work great!

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
