I called about an issue with my water heater at 10:45am, and Gabriel was here to help before noon.   He was informative, friendly, and knowledgable.  He happily explained the issues, the different solutions, and not only had a new unit on the truck ready-to-go, but had multiple units at different price points ready to go.

Only a few hours after the initial call, the new unit is in (and I can take hot showers again!)

I had an emergency plumbing situation late in the evening at a time when I had just received guests to my house. The toilet backed up on my guest which was not a pleasant situation. I have a second toilet that also backed up so I knew I had an emergency problem. I googled plumbers and found Drain Bears. I went with them because they offered 24 hour service. I spoke with a very friendly man who then connected me to Stoy, the plumber. Stoy made it to my house within an hour after finishing up another job he had. I was so grateful that he was available at 10pm in the evening!  He was thorough in his approach and got my pipes drained and toilets flushing again. He stayed til 11:30pm.  Ow, that's what I call incredible dedication!  Thank you, Stoy, for helping us so late in the evening and for providing such a great rate for your services!  You'll be the one we call next time we have plumbing issues.

Franklin is terrific!! I called him late on a Thursday night and he came out on Friday morning to check out the issue. The problem thankfully wasn't as bad as I thought and he came back to fix everything that night and stayed until 11pm to finish up the work. We came back from Northern CA to an ice box of a house.  Our thermostat wasn't communicating with our heater. I called Alaskan and they had a technician out the following day. The problem was diagnosed and fixed within 15 minutes! Excellent service! I have always been happy with service from Alaskan.

I had a leak in the waterline from the water main to my house. I contacted Superior Plumbing and the dispatcher was able to get me scheduled with a plumber the following day. Brandon and his partner arrived at the scheduled time and were able to provide me a fair estimate for performing the work. I also added some other plumbing concerns that I had and these projects were incorporated into the estimate. Upon acceptance of the estimate the dispatcher promptly scheduled the work with Brandon and his partner. The work was completed professionally and promptly with apparent quality that passed inspection. I was very happy with the service and value provided by the dispatcher and Brandon and his partner.

I called and spoke with Troy about our leaking hot water heater. He said they could arrive within 2 hours to check it, give an estimate and replace it same day if we wanted to work with him.
He arrived as promised and gave a reasonable estimate for replacement and the work to be done to bring things up to current codes.

After arriving and giving the estimate, he left, got a new water heater, returned and replaced our leaking one all within 1 1/2 hours.

Long story short, 3 1/2 hours and we have a new water heater, hot water and no leaks.

Excellent service I would recommend to others and use again in the future.

Jerry is awesome! He went out of his way to make sure my water heater was replaced correctly and quickly when mine broke. His prices are as far as I'm concerned can't be beat either. I live next to a guy who's a plumber supplier and he recognized Jerry and said hi. Jerry asked him if he would help me with a water heater and he said, not with your prices. I won't make any profit. Lol! Nice neighbor I have huh.

I've had help from WEB for a water softener and a large plumbing remodel.  Great work and service.  Highly recommended.  Billy even showed up on Thanksgiving morning to help out in my prior house for a broken pipe.

I usually don't leave bad reviews unless I am really disappointed by the services. We used Action Plumbing for couple times and we were happy with their services for the first couple times until our recent experience with them.

First incident, my rental property A had a clogging issue in our down stair bathroom. We called them and they came on January 2, 2017. They unclogged the toilet and run a camera through the toilet to the main sewer line. My tenant paid them $350 service fee at that day. We live out of state so we were not able to see the camera when they did that. I called their office to inquire the issues of my sewer line and I was not able to get any answers. I also asked the front desk lady if she can provide me the photos or video. She said she cannot guarantee because I did not request it at the beginning. Finally, Kevin called and he said he needs to review the video to determine the issues.On January 6, I received an estimate from them for $4,570. Basically, it says I need to replace the main sewer line. I asked them what are the issues of my sewer pipe. I really need an explanation before I decide to spend 5K on the repair. That's why I requested the camera service. I got no explanation! On Januarys 9, 2017, I contacted them again, ask if they can provide me the photos or video and asked them to tell me the issues. I got one simple email from their office pipe section that is bad is at front left hand corner of house. The pipe is damaged and has roots growing into the pipe. I emailed the lady again, I told her Kevin called and said he has the video and I asked her to send me a copy. She never responses back to my email. Yesterday, my tenant scanned me the invoice $350 she paid for me. I noted on the invoice it says found root grow up and dip on the pipe and nothing really bad. I was surprised by the description. What do you mean nothing really bad. You gave me an estimate for approximately 5K to replace my main sewer line and you wrote something down nothing is really bad! Do you know the issues or not . I think as a consumer, you owe me an explanation.

Story not over yet... within the same period of time,

My rent property B has a toilet leaking issue in my second floor bathroom. I called their office to check the problem. They told me they provide FREE estimate. They came to my property B on January 9, 2017. They did the estimate and told my tenant it will cost $500 to replace the toilet wax ring and put it back. I told my tenant to tell them to stop because I need a second opinion. Later, my tenant told me they charged her $175 for the estimate and my tenant paid for that. Again... if you don't provide free estimate, please don't tell me so. If you charge for additional service, you should ask my authorization before you start your job. This is such a shame and rip-off.

I highly recommend George.  He was amazingly responsive and on time.  He came over to give me an estimate and started working on my project right away.  I was really impressed on how detailed and thorough he was in order for it  to look perfect.  He exceeded my expectations.  I am already recommending him to everyone!

If your looking for a honest reliable plumber, You can't stop looking! They can attend all your needs. They have great customer service. They were out here the same day and was able to take care of my problem the following day. Over all it was an amazing experience! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I was out of town when my air conditioner went out on a Saturday night early August. My husband found Active Plumbing and Air Conditioning from a quick Google search while we were across the country in the middle of the night on Saturday. We called and their emergency line answered and a technician from dispatch called me back within two minutes to have someone scheduled for 8 - 10 AM the next morning on Sunday. We were flying back to Las Vegas on the plane when they called, so they coordinated with our dog sitter to come diagnose the issue. We had issues with our AC last year and had home warranty technicians out several times, going without AC in the middle of July for 2 weeks. When Joshua arrived he immediately put us at ease when inspecting and explaining what the issue was. He was able to quickly diagnose and replace the part that went out within minutes. One of the home warranty companies we used last year left an old part just sitting on our roof where our unit is and Joshua removed it for us and explained the unfortunate condition of our AC unit due to lack of care from the home warranty technicians. We signed up for their maintenance program on the spot with him so we can have regular time ups scheduled in advance. His integrity and genuine care was so unexpected and appreciated based on our past experiences with home warranty. We didn't renew it for a reason! From start to finish, calling and getting someone scheduled so quickly to Joshua arriving and completely fixing our issue within minutes upon arrival was a complete night and day experience from what we had gone through last year with home warranty. We are so grateful for him, the communication, and responsiveness from the company overall. We are already scheduled for our heating tune up in the fall so it's safe to say we'll be sticking with Active for future needs.

Our master bathroom toilet flooded our bathroom, kitchen and basement. I contacted my home warranty company and they sent Air Squad to to the job. I was greeted by Brian who was a fantastic plumbing tech! He was very knowledgeable of the area and how the plumbing works. Brian was so helpful and educated me on many things around my home as well. Brian and his brother came out to fix the issue with my main line. My home is still unlivable until the water is turned back on after damage repair but I have to say Brian was punctual and professional with all the work he did ion my home. I would recommend Air Squad for any plumbing needs! Brian really took care of me and was very professional. If I have any more plumbing issues I will ask for Air Squad!

Jake Godzak the plumber and Kyle Cosby the A/C - heating serviceman are both extremely reliable and professional in their work and attitude, as are others who are needed to assist. They maintain our whole plumbing, heating and A/C system and fix problems when required. People in the office, from Angel to Sandy, and in-between, are always helpful, quick to respond and friendly. I highly recommend Hawthorne.

The home warranty company sent a plumber over to fix the water flow for my faucet but the plumber said the faucet is broken and could not be fixed. I wanted a second opinion so I called Rakeman Plumbing. The plumber came over and was able to fix it within a few minutes. Super professional and very friendly. Great work.!

Called these people to get an estimate for tankless water heater circulating pump, they charged me $69 to come over to tell me it is not a good idea and I should change my brand new tankless water heater, the technician offered to replace my new water heater for $5800 (verbally), never told me what brand, how many gallon per minute, make and model, capacity and nothing in writing...
Crooked, is the only word I would describe these people and this business....
I called the owner(Sean) he backed up his technician, and would not even offer to send a written estimate. STAY AWAY FROM BUTTER PLUMBING......!!!
