Had a minor issue with the water heater, called on a Sunday, the technician came out, fixed the issue and was able to offer information regarding our water softener as well. Miguel was very professional!

Hector and Carlos both were very professional, had everything they needed and cleaned up afterwards.  I'd hire them again for any plumbing or HVAC.

We had a major plumbing issue that caused drains and toilets to overflow.  We called Active Plumbing on Saturday of a holiday weekend and they came out within 2 hours.  They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and reliable.  They put in significant effort to resolve the problem the same day.  I would highly recommend them.

Great company to work with! Chris came out on a saturday evening within 45 minutes to take care of our HVAC system. His price was we'll worth the service we received and  he was a friendly guy. I would recommend them.

We had roots that split our drain pipe. We also had a separation from our main to the city street line.  Thankfully, Clark County Water Reclamation was responsible for that issue.  Their original markings were placed in 2015 but their crew never came back!  anyway,  after their repair and pipe replacement, I first called our home warranty folks. The crew was too limited and of course knew to get other estimates.  Had YES come out but had to have one more.  One of the CCWR folks suggested I call Drain Bear.  Jason and his crew were great.  Everything from start to finish was done well and also included the replacing our concrete driveway!!!  As for cost, for all they did, was definitely more involved for the basics only previously estimated by the other 2!

Reliable and honest service!!  In the middle of a bathroom remodel, when of course something starts leaking!  Superior was out within a couple hours (others wanted days). Fortunately a quick and easy (for them) fix and we were back to the remodel within hours, without giving up and arm and leg!!

Troy Hines is an honest business owner. He offers fair prices and stands behind his excellent work. He is honest, reliable, dependable and his pricing is very fair. It is beyond anything that I have experienced in any state that I have lived in. I have have had other businesses referred to me by friends, but they have not lived up to the hype. Jeremy and crew were referred to us by a coworker.  They did a great job for us.  Our shower was having problems and it was a simple fix.  We showed him a leaky faucet and he fixed it immediately.  Very honest and did not overcharge us for simple fixes.  Explained all problems clearly and offered ideas on other issues that might arise in the future.  Will definitely be our one and only plumber!  Thanks for a job well done, Moonlight Plumbing!!!

I am 69 years old man.I am a veteran and I hate businesses that take advantage of the Veteran. My water company said I might have a leak because I used a lot of water last month I was recommend to call of duty and this gentleman name David said he was the owner and I believe it was his nephew Xavier came to my house and they said that they were going to charge me $1800 for a leak so I called my neighbor and he told me they were trying to rip me off not only ripped me off but they were smoking marijuana in my yard I was Purdy angry at the situation I told him to leave or I will call the police I don't recommend this company at ALL... customer service was the worst too they don't have patience for the elderly people they don't like to explain they just want to charge and get their money terrible terrible service

Be serious these guys came out twice today. Once to reset an AC unit and a second time to check on our AC units and our filters. Afterward they were saying goodbye and we were ready to pay and they said don't worry about it, it's no charge. This job was too simple. Who are these guys??? One thing for sure I am saving their names and #.

We did a bathroom remodel (just finished this week) and hired Joe and Pain in the Pipe Plumbing to do all the plumbing work - including moving the shower drain location and repairing a couple leaks we found.  The work was perfect and, perhaps as importantly, he showed up exactly when promised.  Doing the remodel was a little like putting a puzzle together in that it had to be done in a couple stages as each sub did their thing.  Joe showed up timely every time it was his turn to do work.  I highly recommend Pain the Pipe Plumbing.

Hawthorne plumbing is by far the worst company to ever have do repair work or a new a/c install! I got a new very expensive roof top split AC /furnace unit was sold to me I was told I have a 5yr parts and 1yr labor warranty when my a/c unit wasn't working blowing hot air after only 11 months of it being installed. I called the dispatch service which notified the company and never got a call from the company. I called the company locally and was told by the manager that we will not come to service your unit you need to call another HVAC plumbing company to work on your air-conditioning. The warrantees that Hawthorne sells there customers is a fake the unit comes with the manufacture warranty and that's what I was told to go through after already being sold on a warranty through Hawthorne plumbing. For being a union outfit related with the local 525 they are a joke save your money and call somebody that really warranties and stands behind their word, work, and craftsmanship!!

I will never use this company again! I had a toilet issue and paid over $150.00 for the service and had the issue again a week later. ( we never use this toilet  I just happen to check it)I call for them to come out again and they stated it would be another charge.

I had a water leak in the main line going into house from the water heater. On a Saturday late afternoon, Daniel came out and fixed the leak.  But there had been water damage .  He returned on Sunday and fixed a temporary stand to move the heater.   When the leakage was dried and the restoration done, Daniel came back and put everything back as originally was.  Thanks to Butter Plumbing for being there when needed.

I'm giving 5 stars because these guys managed to honor my home warranty request during a rough and busy time. I can see why people might give Andy and tough review; he's slightly curt BUT he knew what he was doing and talking about. Thank you 5 Star and Andy!
