We needed our water softener put in a different place in our garage, which required a new plumbing route. Gary came out to see us. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite! So he came here today with Matt. They did a superior job!!  We are very happy, and we would recommend them to do any of your plumbing issues! Thanks so much Gary and Matt!

Outstanding service! I need two vanities replaced in my master bath and had to work around my tile guys.  They sent Chris and he was very professional.  He explained everything during every step of the process. He didn't try to add any additional expenses and was very forthcoming about want I needed and didn't need.  The tile guys were a little late in finishing their portion of the project and Chris was nice enough to stick around until they were finished.  I signed up for their preventive maintenance plan and it was well worth it.  Again, every step along the way Chris showed me exactly what he was doing and what was needed.  They were very friendly, on time, and called in advance each time to let me know their technician was on the way.  Their prices were competitive and they would match the estimates from others as well. I recommend this company without any hesitation.

Friendly, fast service, very reasonably priced, job well done. I would recommend Kea plumbing and I will use them in the future if needed.

Amazing service experience.

Mid August, my AC was blowing air but the AC unit outside was not turning on. Bottom line, no cool air.

I called. The phone receptionist was professional and took down my info. They promptly transferred me to Chris (HVAC on-call, technician) who talked to me over the phone and later came to the house to diagnose the problem.  Chris was very cordial, motivated, and professional. I never felt like I he was trying to pull the wool over my eyes. Chris quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the issue, and had my AC working in no time.

The company charges a service visit fee of $89  (half of it is applied to the cost of the repair). The pricing was fair and they provided me with prompt, transparent service.

I will definitely use them again.

I had an emergency plumbing situation late in the evening at a time when I had just received guests to my house. The toilet backed up on my guest which was not a pleasant situation. I have a second toilet that also backed up so I knew I had an emergency problem. I googled plumbers and found Drain Bears. I went with them because they offered 24 hour service. I spoke with a very friendly man who then connected me to Stoy, the plumber. Stoy made it to my house within an hour after finishing up another job he had. I was so grateful that he was available at 10pm in the evening!  He was thorough in his approach and got my pipes drained and toilets flushing again. He stayed til 11:30pm.  Ow, that's what I call incredible dedication!  Thank you, Stoy, for helping us so late in the evening and for providing such a great rate for your services!  You'll be the one we call next time we have plumbing issues.

Friend of my refer preferred plumbing to me , I had a water leak in the walls coming from my second floor laundry room. I spoke to Dennis and he send Tom to my home few days later. Tom was very professional and did a great job looking for the leak spot. Also Dennis charged me a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

They have a 24hr answering service that you leave messages for and no response. I've left two messages two days back to back, and the answering service with his dog barking in the background says they will call when they have a chance?! I am having a water heater emergency and obviously there is NO LIVE PERSON to talk to but an answering service! Horrible customer service and I paid over 1400!!!!  They overcharge for labor and then quick to ignore your complaints

This is our first experience with these plumbers. We booked our appointment for 9, and Our technician showed up at 9 o clock on the dot, he was super friendly and explained the repairs needed  in a way I could understand. He made his repairs very quickly  and there a great price! Not only was the technician awesome but so was the sweet heart who booked our appointment. If I could give this place more stars I would!

I am 69 years old man.I am a veteran and I hate businesses that take advantage of the Veteran. My water company said I might have a leak because I used a lot of water last month I was recommend to call of duty and this gentleman name David said he was the owner and I believe it was his nephew Xavier came to my house and they said that they were going to charge me $1800 for a leak so I called my neighbor and he told me they were trying to rip me off not only ripped me off but they were smoking marijuana in my yard I was Purdy angry at the situation I told him to leave or I will call the police I don't recommend this company at ALL... customer service was the worst too they don't have patience for the elderly people they don't like to explain they just want to charge and get their money terrible terrible service

Called NRS due to the AC blowing hot air on the second story of my home. Juan came out late at night and serviced my AC. Thanks to Juan, all occupants inside the house slept soundly and cooled. I could not have asked for a better technician. I have NRS information on my fridge now for all future services.

.......................DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOUSE......they were sent to my house from Lowes to replace water heater. before they came we had a pvc pipe break, we asked them if they could fix it and I was willing to pay for the repair, they said they could not repair, they only do installs, and this is a professional plumber company that cant to a simple pipe repair. so they said they could not do it and left...they were rude ppl and not professional at all..i will be contacting the BBB on there. I told lowes and lowes said that they were dropping them from there install list of plumbers...SO STAY AWAY FROM THEM....

Hawthorne installed a water heater in my home yesterday tech Felipe was prompt very professional wore a mask did excellent work installing my water heater. I would have liked to give Rakeman Plumbing five stars, The service technician is a five. But after spending $3824.68 between two houses I thought they would honor what they print in their advertisement. Seniors and military are entitled to some kind of discounts. I asked and the tech said it wasn't available for the work performed at the two houses. No reason given. I am 74 years young and non-active Marine. (once a marine, always a Marine) So, be sure to ask if a senior discount is available for the kind of work that is to be performed and if you are a veteran or active military, be sure to ask if any discounts are offered.  Mike R.

Butter Plumbing fixed our shower problem today and the difference is amazing!  Everything was explained to us beforehand and they did exactly what they said they would do.  They called 20 minutes before arriving (so we could put the dogs out), and even used booties over their shoes!
We used them once before for a problem with a pool pump and jacuzzi that was not functioning in a house we just purchased.  Two other companies couldn't figure out what was wrong - Butter Plumbing fixed everything and put it in perfect working order.  We will call them again with any plumbing need!

Too bad there isn't a negative number because that's what they deserve!! They are the worst of the worst, bottom of the barrel, bad. The office staff, especially Brandon, have absolutely no customer service.  They are miserable at their job and it shows. Since my home warranty is paying them, they don't have to be courteous, I guess.
They gave me an outrageous, out-of-pocket amount for my repairs. The 3 times I had to call the office, I was on hold for 20 minutes.  When I did speak to someone, Brandon and a female, they were annoyed if I asked questions and would put me hold because of it for 15-20 minutes. When the technician finally came, he said it was a 5 minute repair. He didn't repair my issue correctly. I still had the problem. It's been 2 weeks. Communicating with them has gotten so bad that my home warranty assigned another company to correct and actually repair my issue!! Stay away!! Don't waste your time. You'll only be disappointed. The only way they are in business is because they are contracted with home warranties or they wouldn't have any business!!
