Best Water Heater Installation in Henderson NV

Sean from Vegas Plumbing Service is the best. My Hot Water heater was making a little more noise than normal so I decided to do a much overdue drain and flush on my tank. After getting it as clean as I could, after refilling and restarted the heater, I started hearing hissing noises like water hitting a flame and it was pretty constant for about 1/2 hour, so I was worried that my tank might have sprung a leak or I did something wrong and called Vegas Plumbing Services to get their advice as I had their sticker on the side of my tank. They answered right away, no answering machines or call queue and said that they would send someone out free of charge to look at it and if anything need done they would give me a free estimate with no obligations (you don't hear that everyday or very often)! They gave me a three hour window that very same day, said they would call/text when they were on their way, all of  which they did, they actually showed up in about an hour not the three it could have taken. Sean inspected my setup, let me know that the hissing was normal due to condensation hitting the flames following a flush and made suggestions, and talked and treated me respectfully not talking down to me and didn't try to sell me anything. I asked him instead, being that my tank was almost 7 years old and probably going to go soon, what a new tank and labor would be and their price was better than any others I asked, using superior products with VERY reasonable extended warranties available for yearly service (again by my asking not him trying to sell anything). I wouldn't even think of giving anyone else my business after such a pleasant experience and reasonable prices, and you can't beat free for a service call even when not repairing or selling anything. Vegas Plumbing Service and Sean are the best. I highly recommend them as your hot water tank specialists!

I was out of town when my air conditioner went out on a Saturday night early August. My husband found Active Plumbing and Air Conditioning from a quick Google search while we were across the country in the middle of the night on Saturday. We called and their emergency line answered and a technician from dispatch called me back within two minutes to have someone scheduled for 8 - 10 AM the next morning on Sunday. We were flying back to Las Vegas on the plane when they called, so they coordinated with our dog sitter to come diagnose the issue. We had issues with our AC last year and had home warranty technicians out several times, going without AC in the middle of July for 2 weeks. When Joshua arrived he immediately put us at ease when inspecting and explaining what the issue was. He was able to quickly diagnose and replace the part that went out within minutes. One of the home warranty companies we used last year left an old part just sitting on our roof where our unit is and Joshua removed it for us and explained the unfortunate condition of our AC unit due to lack of care from the home warranty technicians. We signed up for their maintenance program on the spot with him so we can have regular time ups scheduled in advance. His integrity and genuine care was so unexpected and appreciated based on our past experiences with home warranty. We didn't renew it for a reason! From start to finish, calling and getting someone scheduled so quickly to Joshua arriving and completely fixing our issue within minutes upon arrival was a complete night and day experience from what we had gone through last year with home warranty. We are so grateful for him, the communication, and responsiveness from the company overall. We are already scheduled for our heating tune up in the fall so it's safe to say we'll be sticking with Active for future needs.

If I could describe Kea Plumbing with one word, it would be Phenomenal. Franklin and his crew diagnosed the water leak issue and tediously fixed the problem. He and his crew were punctual, friendly and went way beyond my expectations. My husband and I are super excited to get our house ready to rent. We without a doubt, highly recommend Kea Plumbing Contractors!

I just felt like doing it, because the service this man provided was differently 10 out of 10!! Thor Industries installed a top of the line Rheem Hot Water Heater for me in 2019. A few days ago, I noticed water in my garage, called Troy at Thor. He came out right away, said the water heater was defective. They drained and removed my water heater the next day and installed a brand new one. The installation fee was crazy high (as all things are since the pandemic) & I told Troy I simply could not pay that much. Long story short, Thor installed and completed the job absoutely perfect........and he gave me a discount on the install. THAT IS CLASS !! Please use Thor Industries for any HVAC, plumbing issues. You won't regret it.

Super fast and great work! Could not recommend enough for water heater replacement. On time, reasonably priced, and super friendly.

I had a shower leak which was told it could be a major problem. I had one plumber who couldn't fix the issue. Derrick came from Moonlight and had it all fixed in about 15 minutes or less. Arrived on time and has a truck that looks like he could fix practically anything anywhere anytime. Super reasonable rates and he definitely knows his stuff. Also Rosalee in the office is great and made things happen quick for me. Super happy to have a trusted plumber here in Vegas. Highly recommend them.

If your looking for a honest reliable plumber, You can't stop looking! They can attend all your needs. They have great customer service. They were out here the same day and was able to take care of my problem the following day. Over all it was an amazing experience! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

This was the contractor that was provided through Lowe's, as I purchased a toilet, kitchen faucet, P-valves and the hoses that supply water through the p-valves to the faucet and toilet.

DONT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!  THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!

They called to say they were on their way.  I said call me when you get here.  They didn't call.  1 hour and 45 minutes later I called them, as I had not heard from them.  Apparently our tenant was home and they started the job without consulting us.  They took our valves and hoses and had them in their van.  They tried to steal our materials and not replace them.  We were charged for their labor to replace them and had to have a firm conversation with them to get the work done.

UNPROFESSIONAL!  DISHONEST!  THIEVES!  DON'T USE THEM!  I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!!

They sent a plumber here this morning sent by property management and he was so unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and a big jerk!

He came in and had an attitude the second I opened the door. I asked if he was here to fix the shower issue and he replied with sarcasm, well if there's something wrong with it then yeah. Duh! You wouldn't have been called if there wasn't anything wrong with it!

Background - we've had this foul odor coming from the drain of the shower for 3 weeks. Property management sent two maintenance guys saying it needs a plumber. They smelled the odor as well.

So I show him where the shower is and comes to me within a minute and asked what are we smelling. I told him literally smells like shit, to which he replied, you can't smell shit. Seriously?! I told him to let the water run longer than 2 minutes.

So I hear him on the phone saying to someone he doesn't smell anything. So I go there and tell him to let the water run longer as if he's taking a shower. I told him showers doesn't take 2 minutes. He said he takes 5 minute showers. (There's one problem)

So he keeps talking back and I told him we've been dealing with the smell for 3 weeks and 2 maintenance guys have smelled it. He's the only one not smelling it. Then he starts yelling and calls me names so I told him to get the eff out of my house.

He leaves slamming my door and gate! What an ass! Then he sits at the curb in front of my house for a good 5+ minutes on his phone.

If you need a plumber, get someone else with high ratings because this one experience, I will NEVER recommend Hawthorne to anyone! This ahole needs to be fired! He's lucky my husband wasn't home.

In 15 years I think this is the 3rd time we have used Rakeman. Once again our friends at Rakeman Plumbing did a great and quick job for us. GG truck #9 (-:  

One of the best parts is there is no BS.  Had a water heater that was still under warrantee and called several  Plumbing companies and everyone had some BS story, my model was obsolete and there was an upgrade charge,  Nooooooo not a problem at Rakeman, one guy told me if it was older that 6 months the building codes required $100's in up grades Nooooooo not a problem at Rakeman.

By far the worst experince Ive ever had trying to pay someone to fix someting for me. Shawn was very rude and insulting and did not diagnose anything on my pool heater. Would not recommend this business for anything.

More like 1 Star Plumbing.  This company is the worst.  Do not use them even if your home warranty company - Fidelity - tries to make you.  You will end up paying more for the repairs than you paid for the home warranty.  They came out and attempted to fix a leak in our master shower.  The shower had a small leak upstairs and leaked into the ceiling which caused the ceiling to bubble and fall in in the kitchen.  Fidelity used this plumbing company to come out. First of all the plumber spoke absolutely no English whatsoever.  Just trying to explain the issue was impossible.  He used a bunch of black plumbers putty instead of replacing the part in the shower that was leaking.  We then had to pay a restoration company to remove mold and repair the ceiling.  The cost was $1000  6 months later the same exact issue happened.  When I called Fidelity to handle it they sent out a different plumber.  They said the part should have been replaced. We then had to pay another $1000 to have the ceiling restored. Fidelity wouldn't take responsibility and said I had to go directly to 5 Star Plumbing and try to get them to cover it. What a nightmare.  Henry at 5 Star acted like he was really trying to help.  He kept putting me off and after 3 months and many ignored texts and excuses he offered $100. I really wonder how these people stay in business and how do they sleep at night?  It is just not right to treat people this way.
